3축 유압 도로 시뮬레이터의 정량적 피드백 제어 시스템 설계 (Design of Quantitative Feedback Control System for the Three Axes Hydraulic Road Simulator)

  • This paper presents design of the quantitative feedback control system of the three axes hydraulic road simulator with respect to the dummy wheel for uncertain multiple input-output(MIMO) feedback systems. This simulator has the uncertain parameters such as fluid compressibility, fluid leakage, electrical servo components and nonlinear mechanical connections. This works have reproduced the random input signal to implement the real road vibration's data in the lab. The replaced $m^2$ MISO equivalent control systems satisfied the design specifications of the original $m^*m$ MIMO control system and developed the mathematical method using quantitative feedback theory based on schauder's fixed point theorem. This control system illustrates a tracking performance of the closed-loop controller with low order transfer function G(s) and pre-filter F(s) having the minimum bandwidth for parameters of uncertain plant. The efficacy of the designed controller is verified through the dynamic simulation with combined hydraulic model and Adams simulator model. The Matlab simulation results to connect with Adams simulator model show that the proposed control technique works well under uncertain hydraulic plant system. The designed control system has satisfied robust performance with stability bounds, tracking bounds and disturbance. The Hydraulic road simulator consists of the specimen, hydraulic pump, servo valve, hydraulic actuator and its control equipments

  • As well-known, fuzzy control has been recognized to be of great usefulness in many engineering fields. However, the present design methods of fuzzy control systems depend on trial and error the thing that limits its usefulness. Therefore, an effective and convenient support tools for design and evaluation are greatly needed as well as the establishment of the design methods and guidling. From these backgrounds, we have developed a fuzzy control simulator[1, 2] which has various fuzzy control methods such as "direct method", "indirect method" and "fuzzy-PID method". This paper deals especially with the "direct method" function of the simulator. The simulator was developed for personal computers and programed in C language.

  • The roles and importance of the application of simulator in harbor and waterway design are emphasized. Different methods of simulation and their application are described. A large-scale simulation concept, group simulation, is proposed. Requirements of the simulator for accomplishing the tasks properly and effectively are suggested. Some points on modeling of ship hydrodynamics and environmental factors, welch are critical especially in waterway design simulation are discussed and algorisms presented.

  • In this paper, we will present brief design feature, implementations, and tests for verification of KOMPSAT-2 simulator, which is a subsystem of KOMPSAT-2 MCE. SIM is implemented on PC server to minimize costs and troubles on embedding onboard flight software into SIM, OOA/OOD methodology is employed to maximized S/W reusability, and XML is used for S/C characteristics, TC, TM and Simulation data instead of commercial DB. Consequently, we can reduce costs for the system, efforts embedding flight software, and maximize software reusability. SIM subsystem test was performed successfully.

  • In this paper, several application examples of a forging simulator POSFORM were introduced with some forged parts for verification purpose, found in cold or hot forging companies. the forging simulator was also introduced in brief. The simulated results and the actually forged ones were compared in shape or metal flow. It has been shown that the design approach based on the forging simulator is most efficient in reducing design tryouts and development cost and accumulating design experience and technology effectively.

  • Recently, the cylinder of the excavator is applied in the various environment. So, we need the development of the simulator for the excavator. The simulator has the effects of the decrease of the cost and improvement of the cylinder's performance. In this paper, we design the simulator for the excavator and makes an analysis of the dynamics and structure. The simulator was applied to the excavator's models of 10ton, 20ton and 30ton because we built the data base of a real excavator's cylinder of information in the experiment. And we used the FEM analysis for the comparative study on the characteristics.

  • The above-Knee Prosthesis has been used by the handicapped person and become a important part of their life. But uniform above-knee prosthesis only increases inconvenience And so the tool that can estimate and help to design of suitable prosthesis for user need to be developed. The simulator developed in this research is composed of two part. One is hardware that can realize various walking motions. The other is software that can display and analyze the results of walking mot ion. Three motors constitute hardware of Simulator. Two motors are used to realize heap motion that need two degree of freedom and the rest one used to realize swing motion. Software of Simulator display results of three motor trajectories and walking mot ion of hardware using computer graphic. Therefore, The simulator developed in this research which is able to realize human gait and results are analyzed through simulation program at PC will be some help to design and produce of prosthesis suitable to user.

태양광발전 시뮬레이터의 강인제어설계 응용 (Application of Robust Controller Design to Photovoltaic System Simulator)

  • Photovoltaic system simulator is under being developed for the performance test of Power conditioning system (PCS). The photovoltaic system simulator is required to emulate real system, which can be obtained by fast response controller. In this paper, we suggest a robust control method as a tool to design the simulator controller. The performance of the controller is determined by weighting functions, sensitivity function $W_1$ complementary sensitiviey function $W_3$, and a control signal shaping function $W_u$. Experimental results show that robust control method is promising for obtaining better performance of the photovoltaic system simulator.

기계적 한계를 고려한 심혈관 순환계 임피던스 시뮬레이터 설계 및 평가 (Design and Evaluation of Cardiovascular Impedance Simulator Considering Mechanical Limits)

  • The parameter-based cardiovascular impedance simulator that is able to overcome the limits of conventional mock circulatory systems is critical for the development and test of biomedical devices including artificial heart. The concept of impedance simulator was validated mathematically in a previous study using high-gain feedback linearization control which, however, may cause serious difficulties and limits for practical implementation. In this study, therefore, practical applicability of the impedance simulator is investigated considering the physical limits such as motor speed and torque. Simple PID controller which do not require complex model of the simulator is used considering the practical implementation. Design guidelines of the impedance simulator are also provided based on the results.
