The objective of this study is to establish a hierarchical structure for Quality of Service Management (QOSM) from subsriber's viewpoint. First, We construct the hierarchy of the QOSM items. These items are derived from the CCITT concepts and the present Korean Telecommunication Authority(KTA) system. Then QOS performance indicators which consists of the lower levels of the hierarchy and the weight value is constructed. Finally, an evaluation method of the QOS is presented. It is expected that this study offers an evaluation method of network performance and efficiency of operation and maintenance for telecommunication facilities.

본 논문은 HEVC 표준화 회의 중 빈 단위 병렬화 위해 제안된 V2V 기술을 바탕으로 슬라이스 내에서 적응적으로 발생 확률 예측을 통하여 압축 효율을 높이는 기술을 제안한다. 기존의 V2V 기술은 슬라이스 단위로 확률 양자화 간격과 대표 확률 결정하여 다수개의 빈 코더에 매핑하여 병렬 엔트로피 부호화를 수행하였다. 제안하는 방법은 V2V 기술에서 슬라이스 보다 작은 단위의 확률적 특성을 고려하여 슬라이스 내에서 대표확률의 선택을 적응적으로 결정한다. 대표 확률의 적응적인 선택은 이전의 부호화된 빈의 실제 심볼의 확률을 이용하며, 이로 인해 슬라이스 보다 작은 단위의 국부적 특성을 확률 양자화기에 반영할 수 있다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법을 위해 실험된 현재 부호화 빈의 발생확률은 이용하여 최적의 확률을 얻는 실험은 기존의 V2V 기술 대비 0.1%의 부호화 효율을 얻었다.

암모니움 썰페이트 분획분리법. 초미량여과. DEAE - 셀루로오즈 및 젤 여과 크로마토그라피법 등을 사용하여 사람의 정액에서 베타 글룩유로니다아제를 분리하였다. 이 효소는 pH4.4와 온도 50${\sim}$$54^{\circ}C$에서 최고의 활동도를 나타내었다. 파라-나이트로페닐-디-글룩유로나이드를 기질로 사용하였을때 Km치는 0.59mM이었다. 또한 이 효소는 수은이온, 구리이온, 은이온에 의해 활동도가 방해되고 반면에 망간이온 및 코발트 이온에 의해서 효소의 활동도가 증가되었다. 세파댁스 G-200 젤여과법에 의해 측정된 사람의 정액 베타글룩유로니다아제의 분자량은 400,000 이었다. 이렇게 정제된 효소는 수정과정 중에서 카페시태시션의 연구에 도움을 주리라고 본다.

Objective : Every language has twofold aspects in meaning of characters such as 'lead' means guide as a verb and 'lead' means one of metals. Chinese character has several meanings because it is phonogram, even if those are exactly same in shapes. we have concern how different meaning of the character 'Si(死)' is in traditional medical classics. Method : we try to find out the meaning of 'Si' excluding meaning of 'Si', 'death' in "Huangdineijing". Result : 'Si' means 'death' primary and means 'serious disease to death', 'losing consciousness just like death' and so on. Conclusion : Someone who have concern traditional medical classics have to give attentions that characters in classics could get different meanings in same character.

객체지향 프로그래밍 방식으로 인해 프로그램의 재사용성이 증대되었다. 객체들을 재사용함으로서 프로그램을 수정 갱신하는 일이 더욱 많아져 점진적 데이터 흐름 분석 기법은 코드 최적화의 성능을 향상하는 중요한 방안이 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 데이터 흐름 분석을 위한 지배자연결그래프를 점진적으로 구성하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 이의 타당성과 성능을 실험을 통하여 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 코드 최적화를 위하여 계산적으로나 수명적으로 제한이 없는 희소 코드 모션 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 지나친 레지스터의 사용을 막기 위하여 불필요한 코드 모션을 억제한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 기존 알고리즘의 술어의 의미가 명확하지 않은 것을 개선하였고 노드 단위 분석과 명령어 단위 분석을 혼용했기 때문에 발생하는 모호함도 개선하였다. 따라서, 제안한 알고리즘은 불필요하게 중복된 수식이나 배정문의 수행을 피하게 함으로써, 프로그램의 불필요한 재계산이나 재실행을 하지 않게 하여 프로그램의 능률 및 실행시간을 향상시킨다.

최근 들어 SVM(support vector machines)은 기계학습의 분야에서 많은 응용이 이루어지고 있으며 특히 분류(classification)나 회귀(regression)분석의 영역에서 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 SVM을 이용하여 입력영상자료(image data)를 분류하고자 한다. RGB 컬러 영상자료가 입력되면 이미지 크기에 관계없이 이미지 자체를 입력패턴으로 인식하고 SVM을 통한 훈련(training)을 거친 결과(weight 들과 bias 추정치)를 이용하여 입력영상자료가 사람인가를 분류할 수 있는 문제를 다룬다. 제안된 방법의 타당성은 152개의 영상자료에 적용하여 분석되었다.

Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the effects of oriental medicine therapy on Vocal cord paralysis with Ramsay Hunt syn. Methods & Result : The clinical data was analyzed on a patient with Vocal cord paralysis with Ramsay Hunt syn. whose main symptoms were right facial palsy, auricle pain, dysphagia and hoarseness. The patient was treated by the acupucture and Herb-medicine.. As the result, symptoms are improved. Conclusion : This result suggest that the acupucture and Herb-medicine. was effective treatment of Vocal cord paralysis. So futher research is needed continuously.
