신호시스템 시운전 시험 연구 (A Study on Test Working of Signalling System)

  • Testing evaluation is a part of process for design, production, evaluation, operation and abolition, and is the process of certifying system performance. The main purpose of testing evaluation is to reduce the risk factor under the determining process. Testing process has the three step such as design qualification, integration and validation test in factory, system integration and commissioning test. Design Qualification is to verify errors on the design process. Integration and validation test in factory is for the H/W and S/W of an equipment and is to verify interface of subsystem, communication protocol and main functions. System integration and commissioning test is a functional test to adjust successful installation of equipment. According to the testing process, briefly consideration for test item, test method and test contents about signalling system is carried out.

  • 최근 기상환경 변화로 인해 낙뢰의 발생횟수가 증가하고 뇌전류의 세기가 점점 강해지고 있다. 접지 시스템은 시공당시에 어떻게 시공하느냐에 따라 그 성능이 좌우된다. 특히 매설접지선을 이용한 공용접지 방식은 시공 이후에 접지저항 측정으로는 관리하기가 곤란하므로 신설 및 보강시 정확한 설계와 철저한 시공이 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 철도신호설비의 접지시스템 배선방식은 독립접지 구간과 공용접지 구간에 따라 다르게 구성될 수 있다. 이렇게 다양한 환경아래에서 운용되는 신호설비에 대해서 표준접지방식을 제시하기란 매우 어려운 일이다. 각 개소별 정확한 현상파악 없이 일괄적으로 접지시스템에 대한 표준을 정한다면 해당구간에서의 주위 환경이 철도신호설비에 미치는 영향을 고려할 수 없기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 철도신호설비의 접지시스템 구성현황을 검토하여 독립접지와 공용접지 구간별 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 ROM table look-up 방법에 의한 주파수 발생원리 및 이를 이용하여 전자교환국간의 신호방식에 사용되는 MF(multi-frequency) 디지탈 송신기의 설계에 관하여 고찰하였다. 그리고 실제로 MF 디지탈 송신기를 구성한 후 실험을 통해 신호의 규격을 충분히 만족시킴을 알 수 있었고, 이러한 근본적인 원리는 음성대역내의 주파수에 의한 신호방식에 적용이 가능함을 알 수 있으며 또한 전자교환기 국간 신호방식으로 사용되는 R2-MFC 신호 장비에도 이같은 원리를 적용하여 구성할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • We implement an universal signaling equipment including many kinds of singling devices just as R2 MFC seder.receiver DTMF sender/receiver Tone sender sued in Digital Switching System the universal signaling equipment has two parts sender part and receiver part. The sender part is implemnted with ROM-LOOK-UP Table method and the receiver part is implemnted that the equipment satisfies the Recomandations of CCITT. Also the capability of the equipment is evaluated by the LCS(Local Call Simulatior)Test in the TDX-1A system.

  • 본 논문에서는 철도의 운영효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 무선통신에 기반을 둔 열차제어기술에 대해 연구하였다. 현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 신호시스템은 궤도회로 기반의 열차제어시스템으로서 열차의 이동성과 안정성을 고려하여 사용한 기술이다. 최근의 세계적 추세는 열차간격을 고밀도로 제어하기 위해 새로운 패러다임으로 떠오르고 있는 무선통신기반 열차제어시스템이다. 국내에서도 이에 대한 기술 확보가 요구되며, 이에 따른 무선통신기반 열차제어시스템의 연구개발을 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 열차제어시스템의 구성 중 핵심적인 요소인 차상제어장치를 개발하였고, 이를 수도권 광역전철중의 하나인 분당선의 전동차에 설치하여 시험한 결과를 설명하고 있다.

  • To determine operational requirement, the environmental condition for an equipment must be investigated, and to certify equipment's normalized operation, appropriate test must be carried out under the considered environmental condition. The actual environmental conditions to which equipment is likely to be exposed are normally complex and will comprise a number of environmental factors and corresponding parameters, When defining the environmental conditions for a certain application it is, therefore, necessary to list the factors involved and select the appropriate severity. For the preparation to determine operational requirement, environmental condition of equipment is investigated.   • Korean-Automated Guideway Transit (K-AGT) was successfully developed through Light Rail System Development Project. Since then, the domestic development rate of on-board signalling system of light rail has been improved up to 90% by Practical Utilization Project of Light Rail. After utilization project, furthermore, POSCO ICT has developed the wayside signalling system of CBTC, including wireless communication equipment. KRRI carried out the performance test of the wireless communication, interfacing and using the other CBTC equipments of KyungSan Test Line so as to see whether it conforms IEEE 802.11x, international communication standard in view of operational concept of CBTC. In this paper, we presents analysis results of roaming test while train runs.

  • CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) System has many superior train control performances than conventional track-circuit-based train control system with higher train operation efficiency, and less installation and maintenance cost. It is expected that CBTC will replace the conventional train control systems in near future. As CBTC has different mechanisms from conventional track-circuit-based train control systems in identifying train positions, and communicating information between train and ground facility, we have to pay a earful attention to making the interface between CBTC equipments and other signalling devices. This paper provides the construction of the interface between CBTC equipment and other signalling equipments such as TTC(Total traffic Control) system. ATO. electronic interlocking devices.

  • The railway signalling system plays an essential role in the headway and routing control for a safe and efficient train operation. The reliable and safe operation of the system is very important because the failure of the railway signalling system can lead to the collision, derailment, or unexpected stop of a train. So far, the conventional wayside signal mode (ATS: Automatic Train Stop) has been generally used as the railway signalling system. However, this system is highly linked to a risk of major accidents resulted from human mistakes such as missing a signal or careless control of train speed. Accordingly, the onboard signal mode (ATC: Automatic Train Control) as an alternative of ATS has been recently introduced and applied to transmit effectively the information on speed control of a train by using computers and communication equipment. In the process of replacing the obsolete signal system, it is necessary to switch over the system while providing passengers with normal services. Therefore, the integration of a railway signaling system compatible for both ATS and ATC and its interface is discussed in this study. In particular, the implementation scenario required for operation planning of the integrated system was designed, and the results as well as effects of its applicability test were also presented.
