  • 이 연구는 Sentaurus Process를 이용하여 실리콘(Si) 웨이퍼에 각각의 불순물들의 도핑 농도를 모의실험 하여 공정 방법과 순서, 온도, 깊이에 따른 도핑 농도의 변화를 나타내었다. 입력한 값에 대한 수치를 한눈에 알아 볼 수 있으며 공정이나 깊이, 도핑 농도에 따라 불순물의 집중도와 공정 방법에 따른 소자 특성의 변화를 한눈에 알아 볼 수 있어서 Sentaurus Process를 이용한 연구를 통해 우수한 소자를 개발하는데 도움이 되리라 본다. 이 연구에서는 공정 파라미터 값의 변화에 따른 도핑 분포를 Sentaurus Process 시뮬레이션을 통하여 관찰할 것이다.

  • 23 hallux valgus patients were evaluated with clinical examinations and plantar pressure distribution measurements. A masking method for detailed plantar pressure distribution analyses was suggested. With higher grade of hallux valgus, pressure, contact length & area, and impulse on metartasus were significantly increased. Localized pressure concentration is very important in foot diseases and appropriate plantar pressure distributions should be considered on any shoe design.

  • The bimodal distribution of CuCl nano-crystals precipitated in alumino-borosilicate glass matrix (30SiO2-45B2O3-7.5Al2O3-7.5Na2O-7.5CaO-2.5GeO2(mole %)) was investigated by TEM and the temperature dependent optical spectroscopy. Two types of CuCl particles with different size were observed by TEM and it was confirmed by the splitting of Z3 absorption peak at low temperature and the occurrence of deflection point in the optical spectra with temperature.

  • Twenty five specimens (40.8~58.4 mm SL) of Gymnogobius taranetzi (Family Gobiidae) were collected from the estuary of Samcheok-si and Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, Korea. This species is distinguished from other Gymnogobius species by oculoscapular canals not extending anteriorly through interorbital space, but replaced by rows of sensory papillae; oculoscapular canal pore C is absent; some yellow bands on body in female with breeding color. The new Korean name "Dong-hae-nal-mang-duk" is proposed for this species.

Dynamic Stability and Vibration of a Drum Brake Shoe under a Distributed Frictional Force (분포 마찰력을 받는 드럼 브레이크-슈의 동적안정성과 진동)

  • In this paper, dynamic stability and vibration characteristics of a flexible shoe in drum brake systems are investigated. The frictional force between the drum and the shoe is assumed as a distributed frictional force, while the shoe is modeled as an elastic beam supported by two translational springs at both ends and elastic foundations. Governing equations of motion are derived by energy expressions, and numerical results are calculated by finite element method. Through the numerical simulation, critical distributed frictional forces are calculated by changing the stiffness of two translational springs and elastic foundation parameters. It is also shown that the beam loses its stability by flutter and divergence depending on the stiffness of elastic supports and elastic foundation parameters. Finally, the time responses of the beam corresponding to their instability types are demonstrated.

  • 텐터의 성능을 결정하는 요인은 여러 가지가 있으나, 섬유의 종류 또는 가공 공정의 목적에 따라 적절한 건조속도 및 효율성, 원단의 전 폭에 걸친 건조 균일도, 습윤 공기의 자동 배출, 원단의 장력 및 오버피드, 그리고 각종 자동화 제어 장치의 활용 등으로 구분되어 질 수 있으며, 그러므로 텐터기 챔버 내부의 공간구조에 따른 비효율적 유로형상과 공기 분사노즐 정확한 압력 및 온도분포에 대한 현장 기초자료를 확보하여 텐터의 에너지 절약 및 건조 원단의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 구조의 설계가 요구된다.

  • Recently, characteristic research by the changes in the spectrum, one of the factors that influence analysis of maximum output power of PV module, has been studied. In this paper, a one-day intensity of solar irradiation, change of spectrums with time and electrical output for spectrums are analyzed. As a result, blue-rich wavelength compared with red-rich wavelength has large variation of solar irradiance with time, so we recognized that change of solar irradiance is dominated by variation of blue~rich wavelength. Also in same intensity of solar irradiance, electrical output in blue-rich wavelength was 3-8 % higher than one in red-rich wavelength.

  • In this study the thermal stress distribution and deformantion characteristics resulting from the nonuniform temperature fields of the cylinder block of a light 3-cylinder 4-stroke gasoline engine were analyzed using the 3-dimensional finite element method. The temperature distributions req-uisite for the thermoelastic behavior alalysis were obtained from the steady-state heat conduction analysis performed on the basis of experimental data. in order to examine the effect of a ceramic material the cylinder liner was replaced by the silicon nitride($Si_{3}N_{4}$) and its thermal behaviors were compared with those of the original block.

  • 국가GIS사업 및 관련사업을 통해 다양한 지리정보가 생산되었으며, 다양한 분야의 사용자에 의해 구축 활용되는 지리정보의 특성에 따라 전국에 분포되어 관리되고 있다. 이러한 지리정보가 사장되지 않고 목적에 맞게 효율적으로 활용되기 위해서는 다양한 콘텐츠 확보가 이기종간 공동활용이 선행될 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 시스템 환경에서 지리정보를 연계하여 활용할 수 있도록 카탈로그 모듈, 브로커 모듈, 맵브라우저 모듈, 지리정보등록 모듈 등을 구현하고 Informix, Oracle, GMS, ZEUS 등 여러 가지 조합이 도출될 수 있는 시스템을 대상으로 검증실험을 하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 모듈을 적용하여 데이터 연계의 제약조건인 DMBS, 공간DBMS 영향을 최소화함으로써 지리정보공유 활성화에 기여할 수 있다.

  • In this study, uniform pressure distribution with small hole on the surface of symmetric object were given to reduce the viscous frictional force. The results were as follows : 1. The velocity on upper stream were accelerated by uniform pressure distribution on symmetric objects for reducing the viscous frictional resistances. 2. The effects of the distributed small holes were reduced the viscous frictional resistances in down stream region more than upper stream due to the increasing pressure in reverse flow region. 3. The viscous skin friction on surface of symmetric objects with and without distributed small holes are effect in region of upper stream and much decreased in down stream region due to increasing of boundary layer thickness.
