전원전압의 불평형 및 왜곡에 강인한 3상 4선식 전력용 능동 필터의 설계 (Design of the Robust Active Power Filter under the Unbalanced and Distorted Source Voltages in Three-phase Four-wire Systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 PQR 순시전력 이론을 적용하여 3상 4선식 배전망에서 전원전압의 불평형 및 왜곡에 강인하게 동작하는 전력용 능동 필터의 제어기를 디지털적으로 설계한다. 인버터의 교류측 필터의 특성을 분석하고, 디지털 제어시스템이 내재적으로 갖고 있는 시간지연문제를 극복할 수 있는 우수한 성능의 제어기구조를 제안하며, 제어 이득을 설계한다. 전류 고조파 및 중성선 전류 고조파를 감소시키기 위하여 제어기 구조와 3중 비교삼각파 사용을 제안하고 제어 이득을 설계하였다. 디지털 구현이 용이한 삼각파 비교 PWM을 보상전류 제어 방식으로 채택하였다. 설계된 전력용 능동 필터를 PSiM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하고 전류 응답성이 뛰어난 히스테리시스 PMW 결과와 비교 분석하였다.

  • In this paper, the current controlled active poler filter(APF) with the performance of reducing harmonic and improving power factor is studied. It has high speed and good performance with low cost. The current controlled shunt APF is proposed, and the control part of APF is designed of SOC(System On Chip). So this system has low expense and good performance. In this study, the micro-controller which designed with VHDL. is applied to APF system. And the proposed technique in this paper demonstrates the excellent of the dedicated micro-controller. VHDL-based ASIC can simplify the process of development and has a competition in market because it reduces the consuming time for the design of IC(Integrated Circuit) in system level.

  • This paper propose the advanced topology of UPQC, its DC link is connected with Lithium battery, to compensate the momentary interruptions. The proposed system can be operated as UPS mode using the parallel inverter, which control the charge or discharge of battery, in case of the interruption. We dvelop 100kVA UPQC using the proposed topology to rise the power quality and the reliability of Microgrid. We verify its usefulness through voltage compensation test, UPS operation test and etc. using Microgrid test facility.

Source Current Control Strategy of Active Power Filters for Unbalanced Load Compensation in Three-Phase Four-Wire Distribution Networks

  • This paper proposes a modified control strategy to improve the performance of three-phase four-leg shunt active power filters (APFs) for the compensation of three phase unbalanced loads. Unbalanced current cannot be obtained accurately by a harmonic detector due to the lower frequency. The proposed control strategy eliminates conventional harmonic detectors by directly regulating the source current. Therefore, the computational complexity is greatly reduced and the performance of the APF is improved. A mathematic model has been developed based on the source currents. The corresponding controllers have been designed based on the sinusoidal internal model principle. The proposed control strategy can guarantee excellent compensation performance and stable operation after an extreme disturbance such as a short circuit fault. In addition, the proposed technique can selectively compensate specific harmonics. A 50kVA prototype APF is implemented in the laboratory to validate the feasibility and performance of the proposed control strategy.

  • Islanding is the electrical phenomenon in a part of a power network disconnected from the utility, where the loads are entirely supplied by PV systems, and where the voltage and frequency are maintained around nominal values. But islanding may result in power-quality issues, interference to grid-protection devices, equipment damage, and even personnel safety hazards[4]. Therefore, islanding must be detected and stopped. The existing anti-islanding methods have NDZ(None-detection Zone) or power quality degradation. But PV-AF power generation system has the function of not only shunt active filter but also anti-islanding method without NDZ. In this paper, It is proved that PV-AF system has originally the function of anti-islanding without not only NDZ and but current distortion
