A Study on the Effect of Online Activation Business Transaction Factors of Fresh Food Shopping Mall on e-Customer Relationship Quality and e-Customer Loyalty

  • Purpose - For the development of fresh food shopping malls, consumers should continue to experience loyalty and favorability for the company's products or brands, and this should lead directly to purchase so that active word-ofmouth and recommendation should be encouraged. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of e-service quality and e-ERM on e-loyalty with customer satisfaction and commitment as mediators. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted by sample survey method on 320 online customers who have experience in using major online fresh food shopping malls for more than one year. Data analysis methods were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result - Hypothesis 1 through Hypothesis 7 were all supported. The results of this study suggest that e-service quality and e-CRM of online fresh food shopping malls have a significant effect on satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, the conclusion has been derived that the focus of this study, that such satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on e-customer loyalty. has been supported theoretically and empirically. Conclusion - This study suggests that studies on customer loyalty based on activation commerce factors related to fresh food in online shopping malls will be an index that can reflect on customer's needs corresponding with future trends of not only online shopping malls but also offline shopping malls.

  • This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of social shopping, adventure shopping, value shopping, relaxation shopping, and idea shopping in influencing impulsive online buying behavior moderated by scarcity and serendipity information. The research method used is the quantitative research paradigm using surveys as a medium to obtain primary data. The paper examines the theoretical research model and tested fifteen hypotheses. The questionnaire was developed based on indicators from previous research. A non-probability sampling framework is used in this study. The data collection method uses electronic and online questionnaires to collect primary data with a total sample of 330 taken with the criteria of having made transactions in e-commerce Shopee in the last three months. Data analysis tools using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. The results showed that 8 out of 15 hypotheses were accepted and supported. The results show that there is a relationship between the value of hedonic shopping, scarcity, and serendipity information on impulsive online buying behavior. Therefore, analyzing the needs of customers, optimizing customer satisfaction, service excellence, website quality, and the ease of use of e-shopping itself especially in the e-commerce industry should be taken seriously nowadays.

  • Development of efficient integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web environment by real time.

  • Shopping is a work and fun for a consumer. Retailers satisfy social and physiological needs through various experiences as well as economic and rational. Do offer online shopping malls fun and hedonic experiences that offline retailers do? This study applied the hedonic-experiential value relating to the consumption dimension of fun and excitement to online shopping. Especially, a model of online hedonic-experiential value, consisted of its antecedents and consequences, was developed and identified through a survey(n=436). As the result, graphic & multi-media, site structure & design, customer services, payment, individualization, product assortment & display, interactivity, dynamic pricing factors influence online hedonic-experiential value. Also, online hedonic-experiential value significantly related to revisiting, purchasing, and word-of mouth intention of the shopping site. The implications for online retailer are discussed and further research is suggested.

  • Fashion business is undergoing a severe competition because of the various consumers' needs, over production, and short product life styles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of personalization in apparel shopping. Characterizing the notion of the personalization typology, investigating the effect of personalization to different consumers, and providing useful issues to draw more target consumers are to be accessed. For empirical research a survey method was employed. A measure for personalization in apparel shopping was developed based in existing scale items and pilot study. Consumers responded highly on design personalization in shopping apparel products. Factor analysis extracted six dimensions of apparel product personalization. Six types of personalization were: "personalized advice", "personalized design choice", "personalized fit", "sales-promotion personalization", "personalized costomer relationship management" and "in-store personalization".

  • 1. The Purpose of this study is (1) to analyze college women's clothing Interest. (2) to find out the relationship between Needs and Clothing Interest Field. 2. Results (1) Clothing Interest of Fashion and Shopping Field was highest in score. (2) The relationship between Needs and Clothing Interest field was as follows. (a) Clothing Interest of Construction correlated significantly with abasement, dominance, and sex atp<.05, and with achievement, affiliation, and emotionality at p<.01 level. (b) Clothing Interest of Design & Fashion correlated significantly with achievement, affiliation, aggression, dominance, emotionality, exhibitionism, sex, and autonomy at p<.01 level. (c) Clothing Interest of Shopping correlated significantly with emotionality at p<.05, and with affiliation, exhibitionism, sex, aggression, dominance, and achievement at p<.01 level. (d) Clothing Interest of Management correlated significantly with affiliation, achievement, and emotionality at p<.01, and with dominance at p<.05 level. (e) Clothing Interest of Pscho. Aspect. correlated significantly with abasement at p<.05, and with achievement, affiliation, aggression, dominance, emotionality, exhibitionism, and sex at p<.01 level.

  • This study is to implement the search system of human sensibility ergonomics in the internet shopping mall, which is a the electronic commerce in the contemporary as a shopping culture on the internet. Instead a category of business, an item, cost & size is using the keyword of a search in a existing shopping mall, the research is accomplished the center of system selecting products by the sensitivity feeling in products. The search system chooses the proper item and makes database with the sensible vocabulary for its image and then searches the item chosen by customers with keywords of the vocabulary after constructing web-server on the internet. This study - systematizes customers' sensible needs with more practical ways. - recognize the customers' sense on items and provides the applied technology conditions tor customers. - gives more opportunities of choice to customers on the internet shopping mall. - supplies various information and approaches to the customers' needs with practice.

A Study on the Post-Purchase Satisfaction of Clothing related to Shopping Value (쇼핑가치 추구집단에 따른 의류제품 구매후 만족에 관안 연구)

  • Value is one of the most useful variable for achieving marketing concept that satisfy consumer needs. The issue related to which value consumers have when they're shopping and which effect this shopping value has on the process of consumer satisfaction formation, would be helpful to understand the post-purchase behavior as well as the process of pre-purchase decision making. Therefore, the objective of this study was to clarify differences in the process of satisfaction formation in relation to the type of shopping value. The study was conducted in three steps. Through the two steps, measurement instruments were developed. At the last step, judgement sampling method were utilized to collect the data and subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, frequencies, t-test, and structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the data. Two groups regarding shopping value were found, which included consumers with hedonic shopping value and consumers with utilitarian shopping value. Overall, the results revealed a similar tendency in the process of satisfaction formation between two groups. But the tendency, which expressive product performance was related to the positive consumption emotion more than instrumental product performance was and instrumental product performance was related to the negative consumption emotion more than expressive product performance was, was clearer in consumers with utilitarian shopping value than in those with hedonic shopping value. In consumers with utilitarian shopping value, expressive product performance has a greater effect on satisfaction than instrumental product performance did, but in consumers with utilitarian shopping value, expressive product performance showed a similar effect on satisfaction with instrumental product performance. Understanding of the post-purchase behavior of the consumers with hedonic shopping value and the consumers with utilitarian shopping value and practical administration of the differences of the two groups would contribute to build useful marketing strategies.

User Needs for Haptic Communication of VR Fashion Product Shopping

  • Non-contact judgment and evaluation for products are increasingly needed along with a rapid environmental change in fashion that sows urgency in the need to implement services that allows users to judge and experience a tactile sense in a fashion product without actual contact. Technological development is required to provide users with syn-aesthetic experiences that integrate the visual, tactile and the auditory. There is also a need to conduct research to increase immersion that provides users with ICT-related experiences communicated through fashion images. The study analyzed demands for haptic communication technology by Korean users in immersive VR fashion product shopping. Accordingly, it defined haptic communication through literature research, investigated immersion in the VR environment and conducted in-depth interviews for haptic communication applicable to VR shopping. Findings show that hedonic reactions by fantasy, emotion and fun function are an important motive in selecting VR shopping. VR fashion product shopping steps were divided into 4: move to store, search in store, search of product and purchase based on offline store shopping experience. It defined the haptic communication by steps and analyzed the types of the haptic feedback to be implemented. The study results provide basic data for developing haptic communication technology that can enhance e a sense of the presence and immersion experiences that can help lay a groundwork for pilot studies on the convergence of the virtual and the real.

Nowadays accordance with improving and being familiar with the World-Wide Web Many people are giving it a try to use the Internet as commerce markets. The noticeable example of internet-based use of the commerce is the Internet shopping mall. Using the WWW companies exhibit their products and users select the ones and take the payment for ones in the on-line Increasing the the Internet shopping mall there needs to be the countermeasure that companies and clients must verify each other. In this paper there are explained the development credit authentication system of the Internet shopping mall and the construction of the trusted environment clients can use Internet shopping mall. That is to develop the credit authentication system the credit-rating of Internet shopping mall can be sent securely and easily to clients and the information of credit-ranting cannot be eavesdropped.
