  • 본 논문에서는 복합 이벤트 처리를 적용하여 비즈니스 활동 분석(BAM)을 위한 이벤트 분석 방안을 제안한다. 이는 프로세스 관리자가 프로세스가 종료되기 이전에 발생 가능한 위험을 감지하고 모니터링하기 위하여 실시간에 진행되는 이벤트에 대하여 조기 경보를 제공하기 위하여 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 의미 있는 위험을 가지는 이벤트를 추출하는, 프로세스 기반의 이벤트 모니터링 과정을 제시하였다. 복합 이벤트 패턴은 과거 누적된 이벤트 로그를 바탕으로 정의되며, 이벤트의 위험도는 그 패턴들에 기반하여 평가된다. 제안된 방법론은 홈쇼핑업체의 서비스 프로세스의 예를 이용하여 설명한다.

  • This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' using behaviors of living facilities at 3 complexes. The physical characteristics of the complexes have been investigated by a literature study and field survey. In addition, questionnaires were answered by residents on living facilities using behavior on community environment. The tools of analysis are frequency, percentage, and cross tabulation using SPSS WIN 12.0 program. Followings are the results of the study. 1) The developmental concept of 3 complexes maintained its initial identity. (1) The residence-oriented complex, having wider residential space, had better downtown access and more convenient facilities for daily life. (2) The residence-government mixed complex, constructed with an eco-friendly concept, had wider green and public service space and good downtown access but on the other hand, had less convenience facilities because of a short period from construction. (3) The residence-industry mixed complex, located in sub-urbanity and conceding more land for industries, had poor access to downtown but had more convenient facilities for workers' use. 2) The most frequently visited convenience facilities were shopping facilities, large or small, and banks, and activities were commonly done in the complex or adjacent area. This means it is recommended that the developer of the new complex locate convenience facilities in multi-core concentration types or street types rather than one-core concentration types.

데스크톱에서 쇼핑몰의 탐색을 위한 내비게이션 사례분석 (A Case Study of Navigation for Shoppingmall on desktop)

  • 본 연구는 언택트 시대로 인해 인터넷 쇼핑 인구가 증가함에 따라 데스크톱 환경에서의 쇼핑몰 이용 시 가장 많이 사용하게 되는 내비게이션의 사례를 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 쇼핑몰의 탐색에 있어 구조적 탐색 유형에 따라 GNB와 LNB의 종류와 유형을 분석하고 그 구성요소를 알아보았다. GNB는 탐색구조의 최상위 요소로 콘텐츠 섹션의 레이블 구성을 바탕으로 사용자의 탐색을 유도하며 컬러, 텍스트, 아이콘, 이미지 요소를 배치할 수 있다. LNB는 드롭다운, 플라이아웃, 드롭라인 그리고 메가 메뉴의 형태로 분류할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 많이 사용하는 오픈 마켓 중지 마켓과 인터파크의 내비게이션 구조를 분석하였다. 지 마켓의 GNB는 2단 구조로 컬러, 텍스트, 이미지, 아이콘 요소가 사용되었으며 인터파크는 3단 구조의 수평 레이블로 구성되어 있었다. 인터파크의 GNB는 지 마켓과는 달리 일시적인 콘텐츠 섹션인 계절 레이블에 뱃지를 두어 시선을 유도하였다. 두 쇼핑몰의 LNB는 모두 좌측에 배치된 로고 하단에 수직 텍스트 형태로 배치된 카테고리 메뉴에 마우스 오버하면 플라이아웃 메뉴가 돌출되며 플라이아웃 메뉴는 메가 메뉴의 레이아웃으로 구성된 복합 구조를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑이 증가하고 있는 요즘 쇼핑몰의 GNB와 LNB를 분석하여 사용자 경험 요소를 밝히는데 의의가 있으나 오픈 마켓 외 소셜 커머스나 대형 마트와 같은 타 쇼핑몰이 분석을 함께 하지 못한 것은 한계로 남는다.

쇼핑용 복합빌딩의 옥외조명으로 인한 광공해발생 실태조사 (Light Pollution Survey of Outdoor Lighting in Shopping Complex)

  • 우리나라의 경우 최근 경관조명의 중요성을 인식하고 많은 건축물과 광장, 조경, 역사적 모뉴멘트 등에 옥외조명이 설치되고 있다. 특히, 최근 쇼핑용 복합건물들은 옥외조명을 설치함으로써 건물의 인지도를 높이고, 그에 따라 매출을 증대시키고자 한다. 그러나, 대형 쇼핑용 복합빌딩에 옥외조명을 과다하게 설치함으로써 광공해를 발생시키고 있다. 이미 광공해에 대하여 선진외국에서는 조명조례와 광공해대책가이드 등을 제정하여 쾌적한 조명환경을 구축하려고 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주로 야간에 많이 이용되는 3개의 복합쇼핑 빌딩에 설치된 옥외조명의 광공해의 발생 실태를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 건물의 표면휘도, 보행도로의 수평면조도 및 연직면조도를 직접 현장에서 측정기구로 측정하여 CIE기준과 비교하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 전반확산형조명기구가 보행도로에 설치됨으로써 눈부심이 부분적으로 발생하고 있으므로 cut-off 조명기구를 설치할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 건물외관의 옥외조명은 건물의 인지도와 광고를 강조하기 위하여 휘도값을 크게 설계한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 도로에 면한 건물표면의 측정휘도값이 CIE기준과 비교했을 때 2배정도 높게 나타났으며, 보도의 연직면 조도비도 권장값보다 크게 나타났다. 아직 우리나라의 경우 광공해에 대한 기준이나 가이드가 없으므로 이에 대한 대책이 절실히 필요하다.

  • Planning a major change in the domestic residential complex 'complex' in the 'city' to the influx of urban space. So, considering a set of self-environmental complex of openness and connectivity between cities inflow from residential urban housing is formed. Complex-oriented development approach and apartment high-rise and high-density regions of space and social disconnection that causes a uniform methodology that can solve the problem of housing plan, however, a recent New Urbanism New Urbanism has been introduced. And intravenous forms of communal life that occurred in the United States prior to World War II, this value is based on the main form. Design reorganizes This modern lifestyle factors (such as housing, jobs, shopping, leisure space) to go back to the traditional lifestyles while Neotradiotional Planning exercise. New Urbanism in the late 20th century, some literature refers to a postmodern approach adopted in the field of urban planning, the specific case. Actually important feature of post-modernism in the New Urbanism has been expressed. Problem is very confusing, and the principles of New Urbanism, New Urbanism, even those who claim that have different social and design views. Therefore, this study explores the postmodern tendencies of the New Urbanism, and based on this, the possibilities for the development of new towns in Korea mainly affected on the theory of New Urbanism in South Korea in Eunpyeong examine.

  • attention to the elevation of the Quality of living, various ways to revitalize the community spirit are found including reforming hardhearted neighborhoods and overcoming the dreariness of city. With the development of the internet and the spread(dissemination) of "digital home", the communities in cyber space are especially active since we are living in an information-oriented society. To consolidate the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find revitalization methods of the cyber community by analyzing the contents of the web sites, understanding the cyber community. The cyber contents that are provided come from three main companies that develop the internet apartments. These are compared and analyzed. The related cyber communities("cafe") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1)Though they have some differences on details, the content provided from internet companies can be categorized as introduction to the apartment complex, personal service, community, club and internet shopping. 2)The contents on the cyber community made by the residents are mostly for clubs and chatting since they are made for communication between residents. 3)To revitalize the cyber community, the content that gets more attention from the residents needs to be subdivided into groups.

대형 할인매장 주차장 이용만족도의 영향요인 분석 (Study Analysis of Big Box Retailer Parking Lot User's Satisfaction)

  • This research has analyzed factors affecting customers' satisfaction when they use parking lots of big retailers so that, in case of constructing, operating or managing such retailers, proper measures can be come up with. The analysis has been implemented on the basis of survey, and influence factors including entry/exit lamp, parking cars' traffic flow, parking type, pedestrians' movement after parking and safety. Parking lot users' satisfaction has been analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modelling and, as a result of it, in case of a detached or single building, pedestrians' movement flow after parking contributed the most to the users' satisfaction, while, in case of multipurpose complex, parking cars' traffic flow has the most influential factor. It is interpreted that users of a single building put a bigger emphasis on entry to the shop and their way back to the parked area after their shopping while customers of multipurpose complex might have various purposes of visiting the place and there are relatively more cars so that they put more emphasis on traffic counterflow, other cars and pedestrians.

  • In this study, it is the study of foreign tourism content information providing utilizing mobile indoor location information services. In particular, we compared the Web App used in Osaka, Japan. Widespread use of smartphones in the world increases, it is changed to free travel of individuals from group travel. Tourists cultural complex shopping mall is able to travel in a room is increasing. By utilizing the services of the guidance location based on the room, it is possible to easily obtain the discount coupon information, tourism content. Also, it is possible to grasp the movement path and disaster relief information. Osaka Japanese tourists increased after the earthquake in Tokyo. So we compare the difference in Osaka web and applications. If improving the indoor location information service method of domestic if it would help foreign tourists attract. In addition, it will give a big impact if there is a fusion of the Internet of things.

  • In Korea, the Seoul subway line 1 was opened in 1974 and the subway service is being operated in Seoul, Pusan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Inchon. The subway station is related to a underground shopping mall that was developed as complex spaces. According to the time of people's stay at the underground space, the necessity about the safety countermeasure of the underground space has been enlarged. Therefore the result of this study is t propose guidelines for improving the evacuation safety performance in underground subway stations.

조직갈등 관리: 인지맵 기반 접근 (Organizational Conflict Management: Cognitive Map Approach)

  • As organizations have come to be more complex and diverse, management has come to spend an increasing proportion of its time and efforts in handling organization conflict. Moreover, organizational conflict problems are often not recognized until the balance of interests is destroyed or a radical organizational change such as BPR takes place. Once an organizational conflict arises, however, it reduces corporate synergy seriously, leading to organizational ineffectiveness. Therefore, it is important to identify the cause of organizational conflict in advance and resolve it based on the proper diagnosis as early as possible lest it should undermine the organizational effectiveness. We propose a method that facilitates diagnosing potential organizational conflict and determining appropriate strategy to the conflict, based on the analysis of cognitive maps. To support the application of the method in the real world context, a computerized tool is introduced. The working procedures of the method and the features of the tool are illustrated with their application to the real case of the cable TV home shopping company.
