A Study on Adult Women′s Clothing Shopping Orientation and Response to the Shop-master s Attitude (성인여성의 쇼핑성향과 샵마스터의 태도에 대한 반응 연구)

  • The study is designed to classify consumer groups based on their clothing shopping orientation and to examine the relationship among clothing shopping orientation, satisfaction to the shop-master, and factors of the shop-master's nature to understand clothing shopping orientation of women from 18 to 35. The final analysis was performed with 447 (consumers) ailed 336 (shop-masters) pieces of questionnaire. The data was analysed with SAS statistics package. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Clothing shopping orientation were composed of four dimensions : recreational shopping orientation, convenience/economic shopping orientation, store/brand loyalty shopping orientation, and shopping confidence. 2. In the satisfaction to the shop-master, the consumer was not satisfied by the appearance, product-presentation, and consumer-management of the shop-master but kindness, trust, and product-explanation by the shop-master. The shop-master guessed that consumers were completely satisfied. 3. The consumer had an influence on product-understanding, response, and consumer-understanding of the shop-master, and the shop-master guessed that consumers had an influence on every thing of shop-master. 4. The more consumers were store/brand loyal, the more they were satisfied with tole shop-master, and had an influence on the factors of the shop-master's nature. But consumers were confident on the shopping, were not shown to be significantly different in the satisfaction of the shop-master and the factors of the shop-master's nature.

A Coffee Shop's Relationship to Customer Trust, Commitment, and Shop Loyalty (커피전문점의 관계특성요인이 신뢰, 몰입, 점포충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • We suggested specific and practical marketing strategies to coffee shop managers and customers to create a symbiotic relationship. The coffee shop's relationship to reliability, commitment, and shop loyalty was analyzed thoroughly. The samples for this study were 393 coffee shop customers in Seoul. The results showed that customer reliability about coffee shops improved as reputation, customer orientation, specialty, and tie increased, but reliability was reduced as the size of the coffee shop became larger. Communication did not significantly affect reliability. Second, customer reliability positively affected commitment, so commitment increased as customer reliability increased. Third, customer reliability positively affected shop loyalty, so shop loyalty increased as customer reliability increased. Fourth, customer commitment positively affected shop loyalty, so shop loyalty increased as customer commitment increased.

Developing Job Flow Time Prediction Models in the Dynamic Unbalanced Job Shop

  • This research addresses flow time prediction in the dynamic unbalanced job shop scheduling environment. The specific purpose of the research is to develop the job flow time prediction model in the dynamic unbalance djob shop. Such factors as job characteristics, job shop status, characteristics of the shop workload, shop dispatching rules, shop structure, etc, are considered in the prediction model. The regression prediction approach is analyzed within a dynamic, make-to-order job shop simulation model. Mean Absolute Lateness (MAL) and Mean Relative Error (MRE) are used to compare and evaluate alternative regression models devloped in this research.

  • 본지는 지난 7월호부터 현장의 SHOP DWG 현황에 대한 기획연재를 하였다. 7월호에는 우양기건(주)의 반도체 공사현장의 SHOP DWG과 8월호 (주)세보MEC의 연대 세브란스 새병원의 SHOP DWG, 9월호에는 (주)우원의 국립중앙박물관의 SHOP DWG, 11월호에는 (주)우진아이엔에스의 오피스텔 현장의 SHOP DWG을 연재하였다. 이번 호에는 그동안 연재를 하면서 도출된 SHOP DWG의 현황 및 문제점을 지적하고 앞으로의 발전방향을 가늠하는 총론을 펼친다. 설비건설업계에서 SHOP DWG은 이제 공사현장에서 필수로 자리잡을만큼 공사현장에서 꼭 필요한 부분으로 자리잡았다. 그러나 일부 건설사를 제외한 대부분의 건설사들이 SHOP DWG 비용을 외면하고 있어 설비건설업계가 그 비용을 고스란히 부담하고 있는 실정이다. 이번 호는 SHOP DWG 실태와 문제점을 정리하여 본다.

A Study on Airborne Coal Dust Concentration at each Work Site in Coal Briquet Factory (연탄제조 공장의 작업장별 석탄분진의 농도에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate exposure level, size distribution, and respirable mass fraction of airborne coal dust and heavy metal concentration of respirable coal dust at each work site in coal briquet factory from July 1991 to September 1991. Geometric mean of total dust concentration was 10.88mg/m$^{3}$ at storage shop, 8.22mg/m$^{3}$ at pulverize shop, and 3.79mg/m$^{3}$ at rotary press shop, respectively, but those at storage and pulverize shop were higher than TLV. Geometric mean of respirable coal dust concentration wat 1.03mg/m$^{3}$ at storage shop, 0.78mg/m$^{3}$ at pulverize shop, and 0.55mg/m$^{3}$ at rotary press shop, respectively, which were lower than TLV Aerodynamic 50% cutoff diameter of the suspended coal dust was 5$\mu$m at rotary press shop and 6.8$\mu$m at storage shop, ranged to thoracic particulate defined by ACGIH, and deposited in the region of repiratory system. The mass fraction rate of respirable dust to the total coal dust was 26.2% at rotary press shop, 18.8% at storage shop, and 13.8% at pulverize shop, respectively. Heavy metal concentrations of the respirable coal dust were 0.028mg/m$^{3}$ ib Fe, 0.0081mg/m$^{3}$ in Cu, and 0.0039mg/m$^{3}$ in Pb.

  • 전통적인 job shop 일정계획문제는 NP_hard 문제로 조합최적화 문제이다 일반적인 가정은 job이 방문하는 기계들의 경로가 고정되어 있다는 것이다. 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 일정계획문제는 job이 방문하는 기계들의 경로가 고정되어져 있지 않다는 것이다. 이러한 경우에 전통적인 job shop 문제를 복잡하게 만든다. 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 문제도 NP-hard 문제이다. 그러므로 휴레스틱이나 AI 기법들을 사용하는 하는 것이 불가피하게 되었다. 유전 알고리즘은 매우 복잡한 조합 최적화문제인 job shop 일정계획문제에 적용되어지고 있다. 이 논문은 최대완료시간(makespan)으로 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 일정계획문제를 풀기 위한 유전 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 경로 유연성을 가지는 job shop 일정계획문제에 대한 정의를 내리고 유전 알고리즘을 구축하기 위한 첫 단계로 유전적 표현 즉, 개체 표현방법에 대해 설명하고 유전 연산자의 소개 그리고 알고리즘 재생과정을 제시하고 수치실험을 통해 알고리즘이 양질의 일정계획을 찾을 수 있다는 것을 보이고자 한다.

A Study on Development of E-Learning Training Course of Shop-master Certificate

  • Since the 1990s, the domestic fashion industry has been changing rapidly and has become more competitive. Due to these circumstances, the roles of Shop masters were intensified and a training course to acquire a certificate of qualification as a Shop master was in great demand. The 1st Shop master certification exam took place in the year 2001. The purpose of this study was to research the formality of Shop master certificate training courses via e-learning, which is a hot topic in 21st century education, and to provide a development example. First, an analysis was made of the definition and basic characteristics needed of a Shop-master. Next, we noted the problems of former Shop master training facilities and their training process. Thirdly, we did a research on the definition of e-learning and the elements to embody the system. Based on the information obtained through this research, we provided a development example on Shop-master certificate training courses via e-learning that overcame the problems of courses that are currently provided.

  • To date, facility layout problems has been solved and applied for job shop situations. Since flow shop has more restrictions, the solution space is much smaller than job shop. An efficient heuristic algorithm for facility layout problems for flow shop layouts is needed to be developed. In this thesis, a heuristic algorithm for rectangular bay layouts in a flow shop situation is presented. The proposed algorithm is developed by using slicing tree representation and applied to various flow shop layout problems. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of exploration rate and objective function value are shown by comparing our results to simulated annealing.

  • The study was done to provide domestic fashion multi-shops with basic Information about the distribution and the promotion strategies through an investigation the marketing strategies for domestic multi-shop dealt with imported product only. Data were collected from Interview with a buyer or a staff of marketing department of Domestic Fashion Multi-shop dealt with Imported Product only. The results were as follows: For the distribution strategies, these fashion multi-shops as chosen were all placed in department stores. Their distribution channels were diverse like road shop, shop in department store and shop under direct management of department store. In case of shop in department store, it was common that the shop paid a definite commission to the department store. But S shop was managed directly by a department store as an advanced buying system that department store bought and sold goods and held themselves responsible for overstock. For the promotion strategies, these fashion multi-shops didn't make a definite budget for advertising and publicity contrary to other one-brands. But they attached importance to visual merchandising (VMD) because they had to harmonized the concept of a shop with various brands. Also they concentrated on seasonal fashion show, management of their customers and personal sales.

A Study on Determinants of Franchised Coffee Shop Rents (프랜차이즈 커피점의 상가임대료 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The study has analyzed the determinants of retail rents for the franchised coffee shop with the Multi-Regression analysis in Seoul. Central place, agglomeration, and demand-externality theories provide the basis for empirical models. The data used in this study consisted of 2,000 retail units in Seoul. As the results, the results show that coffee shop of retail sales per $3.3m^2$ and characteristic of retail trade-areas, and characteristic of coffee shop affects on the coffee shop's rents per $3.3m^2$. Coffee Shop's sales are the major determinant of coffee shop's rents. Also, coffee shop's goodwill per $3.3m^2$ and rental bond per $3.3m^2$ are positively correlated with a coffee shop's rents. Additionally, number of wholesale company and manufacturers in the retail trade-areas influences coffee shop's rent per $3.3m^2$. In summary, the study shows that coffee shop's brand identity, location and retail mix in the retail trade areas affects a coffee shop's rent per $3.3m^2$.
