블록체인의 잠재력이 높은 반면, 아직까지는 현장에서 완전히 검증되지 않은 기술이기 때문에 예상만큼 블록체인의 도입이 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 거래 정보에 대해 제 3의 신뢰기관에서 인증하는 기존의 방식과 달리 블록체인은 네트워크 참여자가 작업증명 등의 방식으로 인증하기 때문에 분산 원장 기술로도 불리는데, 이러한 특성으로 인해 네트워크의 규모가 확대될수록 데이터의 신뢰성 및 투명성이 강화되므로 소비자들의 참여를 촉진하는 것이 ····(중략)····.

A series of internatinoal standards in connection with safety of ships, safety management and operation of company, and pollution prevention at sea has been provided in ISM. And that Cheapter IX has been adopted in SOLAS with ISM as its annex gives this code mandatory effect On the eve of the implementation of ISM by IMO. Administrations, classifications, other maritime industry organizations as well as all shipping companies assessmentand evalution have been made inthis paper to thedevelopment of marine safety culture through the discussion of the general recognition of safety culture by IMO and her Contracting States, thenecessity for establishing unity of benefit and safety in a shipping company, the development of scientific safety managment systems and new reflections of safety culture in internation shipping industries.

China has integrated maritime safety system which positively and effectively ensures safe navigation and environmental protection. This paper gives brief account on maritime safety rules and regulations, adminstrations and management mechanism, navigation aids and facilities, maritime communication and GMDSS etc. China is a developing country with fast economical growth. With a long coastline of 18,000 kilometers, and 5,000 more islands, China has a fairly developed shipping industry. China also sits in IMO Council as A member. In China , there are over 200 ports with an annual hadnling capacity of over 10,000 tons of cargo ; there are over 4,000 coasters and ocean-going ships with more than 3 million seafarers of which 1/3 being officers ; there are an aggregate gross tonnage 17 million gt for merchant ships. China ranks No.5 shipping country in the world as shown by Lloyd's Maritime Information Services Ltd. 1995. The Chinese shipping industry plays an important role in both domestic transportation and foreign trade. The Chinese government always attaches great importance to maritime safety . Since 1949, and from the adoption of reform-opening policy, China has gradually formed an integrated maritime safety system.

A Satellite shipping container must afford the satellite a relatively benign thermal, vibration, and particle environment that is oblivious to the extreme temperatures, sand, dust, vibrations and shocks that can accompany the transportation. In this study, we have designed a vibration isolation system of a spacecraft container that will be used to transport a satellite called KOMPSAT (KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite) -2 from KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute) Taejon to its launch site. To identify the dynamic characteristics of the system, a 1/3-scaled mockup of the container was developed. A large electro-magnetic shaker (Max. 240 KN) was used to excite the mockup, and vibration signals from 20 points were collected for modal tests. Numerical simulations through CATIA 3D Modeling were performed to identify the behavior of isolation springs. The results showed that a simplified model predicts the behavior in a reasonable accuracy. Moreover, the model guides us how to design a full-scaled satellite-shipping container.

국내 자동차운반선 운영 선사 중 일부 선사에서 컴퓨터에 설치하여 실행되는 선적계획시스템을 도입하여 운영 중이며, 대다수 선사는 Excel 등의 문서로 선적계획을 수행 중이다. 자동차운반선 대상 화물 선적계획 과정을 다수 사용자가 더 효율적으로 계획시스템을 활용할 수 있도록 웹서비스 기술을 활용한 연구이다.

Recently, the trade volume between Korea, China, and Europe is increasing gradually with various transport routes such as sea, railway. and linking of them. In this study, economic efficiency of existing transport routes are estimated and trainferry type shipping between Mokpo and Lianyungang is proposed as a efficient transport route considering the trade volume between Korea and China.

우리나라 선박금융은 경기순행적 투자의 성격으로 인해 해운 불황기에는 민간부문의 선박금융이 크게 위축되고 정책금융기관이 선박금융을 주도하는 패턴을 보이고 있다. 한편 정부는 「해운산업 리더국가 실현전략」을 수립('21.6.29)하여 고효율 신규선박 확보 등 지원을 통한 2030년까지의 발전목표를 설정했으며 적정 선대규모 달성을 통한 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 선박금융 투자를 촉진하고자 한다. 하지만 해운산업에 대한 투자는 그 위험과 불확실한 시황 등으로 인하여 투자 유도가 쉽지 않은 상황으로 이에 정부 차원에서 투자자들의 공동 투자를 유도할 수 있는 세제혜택을 검토할 필요가 있다. 따라서 국내 선박금융 시장의 유동성 Gap 해소 및 해운재건 5개년 계획의 성공적 이행을 위해 한국형 선박 조세리스 제도 도입이 필요하다.
