노지감귤의 출하구조 분석 (An Analysis on Shipment Structure of Field Tangerine in Jeju)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노지감귤의 출하구조를 순별, 월별로 구분하여 분석한다. 이를 위해 노지감귤의 가격신축성함수를 추정, 분석함으로써 어떻게 출하조절을 하는 것이 노지감귤농가의 소득을 안정시키고, 증대시킬 수 있는지를 모색하고, 이에 따른 정책적 함축성을 도출하는 것이다. 노지감귤 출하물량 1% 증가에 따른 순별 가격신축성은 시기에 따라 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 10월 하순에서 1월 초순까지의 하락폭이 큰 것으로 나타나 이 시기의 출하조절의 필요성이 크다. 품질이 떨어지는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM_Q의 부호는 (-)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 설날 연후 7일 이상이 2월에 들어있는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM02의 10월 초순부터 1월 하순까지의 부호가 (-)를 보이고 있다. 이는 설날이 1월에 있는 경우보다 2월에 있는 경우가 물량증대에 따른 하락폭이 크다는 것을 나타낸다. 노지감귤의 출하물량 1% 증대에 따른 월별 가격신축성은 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 10월에서 12월까지의 하락폭이 큰 것으로 나타나 이 시기의 출하조절의 필요성이 요구된다. 품질이 떨어지는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM_Q의 부호는 (-)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 설날 연후 7일 이상이 2월에 들어있는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM02의 10월부터 1월까지의 부호가 (-)를 보이고 있다. 이는 설날이 1월에 있는 경우보다 2월에 있는 경우가 물량증대에 따른 하락폭이 크다는 것을 나타낸다. 그리고 순별 및 월별 가격신축성함수의 더미변수인 DOM_Q와 DUM02의 부호가 음(-)을 보인다는 것은, 품질이 좋은 해보다 품질이 나쁜 경우에, 그리고 설날이 1월에 있는 경우보다 2월에 있는 경우에 출하조절의 필요성이 더 중요함을 의미한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제주도 하우스감귤의 출하구조를 순별, 월별로 구분하여 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 제주도 하우스감귤의 가격신축성함수를 추정, 분석함으로써 어떻게 출하조절을 하는 것이 하우스감귤농가의 소득을 안정 증대시킬 수 있는지를 모색하고, 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 제주도 하우스감귤의 순별 가격신축성은 시기에 따라 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 6월 상순에서 7월 하순까지의 하락폭이 큰 것으로 나타나 이 시기의 출하조절의 필요성이 크다. 품질이 떨어지는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM_Q의 부호는 음(-)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 추석이 10월에 들어있는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 DUM_SUK의 10월 중순부터 하순까지의 부호가 음(-)을 보이고 있다. 하우스감귤의 출하물량 1% 증대에 따른 월별 가격신축성은 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 6월에서 7월과 9월에서의 하락폭이 큰 것으로 나타나 이 시기의 출하조절의 필요성이 요구된다. 월별 가격신축성함수의 더미변수인 DUM_Q 및 DUM_SUK의 부호는 음(-)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 따라서 순별 및 월별 가격신축성함수의 더미변수인 DOM_Q와 DUM_SUK의 부호가 음(-)을 보인다는 것은, 품질이 좋은 해보다 품질이 나쁜 경우에, 그리고 추석이 9월에 있는 경우보다 10월에 있는 경우에 출하조절의 필요성이 더 중요함을 의미한다.

한라봉의 출하구조 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Shipment Structure of Hallabong Tangor in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한라봉의 출하구조를 순별, 월별로 구분하여 분석한다. 그리고 한라봉의 가격신축성함수를 추정, 분석함으로써 어떻게 출하조절을 하는 것이 한라봉 농가의 소득을 안정시키고, 증대시킬 수 있는지를 모색하고, 이에 따른 정책적 함축성을 도출하는 것이다. 월별 가격신축성함수 추정결과, 출하물량 1% 증대시 가격신축성은 시기에 따라 상이하게 나타나고 있는데, 가장 하락폭이 큰 시기는 12월과 1월이므로 이때의 출하조절의 필요성이 다른 시기에 비해 더 많이 요구된다. 품질이 다소 떨어지는 해를 나타내는 더미변수인 dummy는 3월~5월까지 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보여주고 있는데 이들의 평균은 -0.337%로 나타났다. 이는 품질이 좋은 해보다 품질이 나쁜 경우에 품질관리와 출하조절의 필요성이 더 중요함을 정책적으로 시사하고 있다. 한라봉의 월별, 출하물량 1% 증대시 가격신축성은 상이하게 나타나고 있다. 가격신축성은 12월의 것이 -0.46로 가장 높았다가 품질향상과 설날 수요 등 특수 수요증대로 인해 가격하락폭이 다소 적어져, 1월 -0.33%, 2월 -0.261%, 3월 -0.307%, 4월 -0.318%을 보였다. 그 이후 저장물량이 점차 소진되면서 가격신축성은 5월 -0.243%, 6월 -0.236%으로 다소 떨어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 더미변수인 설날연후 7일이상이 2월에 들어있는 해를 나타내는 DUM02는 1월달인 경우를 제외하고는 2월~6월까지의 부호가 전부 (+)를 나타내고 있다. 이는 설날이 1월달에 있는 경우보다 2월에 있는 경우가 물량증대에 따른 가격하락폭이 적다는 것을 나타낸다. 따라서, 설날이 1월달에 있는 경우에는 출하조절의 필요성이 더 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • In past decades, a maximum standard vessel size for chemical tankers is not normally larger than 55,000 TDW due to the characteristic of chemical product shipment which is so variable but small quantity unlike single product carries such as crude oil tankers. These days, as demand of very large chemical tanker is rising due to the change of market trend of chemical product shipment, 75,000 TDW class chemical tanker has been developed. The newly developed vessel's structure has been designed based on CSR (Common Structural Rule) for double hull oil tankers (hereafter CSR) published by IACS (International Association of Classification Societies). However, due to the large difference from typical oil tankers, many items should be specially considered such as on deck transverse and corrugated bulkheads. In addition, two longitudinal bulkheads without upper stool have been constructed in order to maximise the number of cargo tanks and the volume of each cargo tanks. In this study, key word of the vessel has been briefly reviewed and the structural reliability of the proposed vessel has been investigated.

중소형항만의 화주유인증대를 위한 모형개발에 관한 연구 - 군산항을 중심으로- (Model Development for Increasing Shippers′ Attraction of Small and Medium Ports: With the Focus on Kunsan Ports)

  • Although the small and medium ports are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of small and medium ports are not known very much. Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the structural model for increasing shippers' attraction of small and medium ports. The process began by abstracting the components that composed the success factors through recent research, and grouping it by FA(Factor Analysis) method. Also, by using the FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) method to understand the structure of the grouped components, and the structural model for increasing shippers' attraction of small and medium ports was able to obtain as the result. When analyzing the obtained structural model, easiness of shipment, connection to hubport and efficiency of hinterland network came out to be the most important component groups.

  • The objective of this paper is to introduce to development of resource planning system of footwear manufacturing. The system development is to be done separately by module and each of which makes interface possible. And the final goal of the system development is to combine those modules to be ERP system covering all works from order to make, shipment, accounting. First, in this case study, introduce analysis of existing business flow and design of standard business process for development of systems. Second, describe in and out of the standard business process for shoes production and information management. Third, basic structure and design of the total system flow, configuration of completed 6 sub-systems of developing total 13 sub-system are presented. Fourth, function of software modules and principal algorithm and basic data structuring techniques o the 6 sub-systems are explained. Finally, hereafter implementation and development plans are presented.

A Study on Customary Practices in Iron Ore and Steel Product Shipping Contract - Case of Long-term Shipping Contracts in Korea

  • Long-term shipping contracts represent the cooperative and coexisting relationships between the shipping and steel industries. Yet, differences between the contract forms for iron ore and steel products have emerged. Specifically, the large proportion of consecutive voyage charters (CVC) is being applied in the iron ore trade, whereas the contract of affreightment (COA) is proportionally higher for shipping steel products. The literature review and in-depth interviews in this study identified through the research model, the characteristics of the shipping and market structure in both markets have significantly contributed to the preference of different long-term contracts. It has been determined that the mutual oligopoly market structure and the characteristics of shipping such as, the small number of suitable vessels in the market, the single fixed load/discharge ports, the long-distance voyages, and the potential risks for fatal accidents because of cargo liquefaction, for the iron ore trade, provide higher contribution to the preference of CVC contracts. In contrast, the consignor oligopoly market structure and the shipping characteristics, such as the greater number of suitable vessels available in the market, the variation in ports, the cargo quantity per shipment, the various load/discharge ports, and the need for experienced carriers for steel product loading in the steel product trade has shown higher preference on the COA contracts as the consignors with superiority over the shipowners, resulting in favorable contract types and conditions for the consignors.

반촉성 시설수박 재배농가의 경제적 효율성 분석 (A Study on Economical Efficiency Evaluation of Semiforcing under Structure Watermelon Cultivators)

  • Technical efficiency of semiforcing watermelon growers is 0.8248 on average, and distributed between 0.6744 and 0.9268. The result showed that semiforcing watermelon growers had by 18% of technical inefficiency and could be assumed that increasing technical efficiency could induce watermelon production more increase. Consequently, if growers' technical efficiency were improved while other environments were constant, watermelon production could be increased. Following the results from the inefficiency effect model, all assumption coefficient such as growers age etc, are significant at 10% level. Estimate of dispersion parameter ${\gamma}$ is 0.89, which confirms those differences between practical output and frontier output were derived from the technical efficiencies among growers. Differences of production system between high and low level growers in production efficiency were showed at side altitude, ventilation and heat-retaining in section of facilities and automation, soil test and calcium application in section of environment management, transplant preparation and duration of pollination in section of crop management and shipment place, sorting degree and management record analysis in section of business management respectively. As a result of analyzing consulting data by using standard diagnosis table of watermelon cultivation under structure which cultivated on semi-forced watermelon growers, gap between high and low level growers was 7.0 points in facility automation section, 7.1 points in environment section, 8.8 points in crop management section and 13.6 points in business management section, respectively, which were the biggest one among them. In case of excluding information-related items from the evaluation index of business management section, changes of business achievement are to occur. Therefore, it is recommended for us to review the standard diagnostic table of watermelon cultivation under structure by dividing evaluation index of management section into management and information.

수급모형을 이용한 양식넙치의 생산 및 출하조절 효과분석 (An Analysis of Production and Marketing Control Effect of Aqua-cultured Flounder Using Supply and Demand Models)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the production and marketing control effects of aqua-cultured flounder required for stable income growth of aqua-cultured household. We analyzed the supply and demand structure of cultured flounder using the partial equilibrium model approach. And we estimated the optimal yield of cultured flounder and analyzed the effect of marketing control through constructed model. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the fitness and predictive power of the estimated model showed that the RMSPE and MAPE values were less than 5% and Theil's inequality coefficient was very close to 0 rather than 1. It was evaluated that the prediction ability of the aqua-cultured flounder supply and demand model by dynamic simulation was excellent. Second, dynamic simulation based on policy simulation was conducted to analyze the price increase effect of production and shipment control of cultured flounder. As a result, if the annual production volume is reduced by 1%, 5%, and 10% among 32,852~37,520 tons, it is analyzed that the price increase effect is from 1.2% to 12.5%. Finally, this study suggests that the production and marketing control can increase the price of aqua-cultured flounder in the market. In this paper, we propose a policy implementation of the total supply system instead of conclusions.

수도권지역산업의 경쟁력우위 분석

  • This paper studies the comparative advantage of competitive and specialized regional industries which are manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, servies in the metropolitan area-Seoul, Inchun, Kyunggi-do of Korea, For the analysis of industries, the coefficient of specialization, the indices of competitiveness of labor and value-added, the growth rate are simultaneously examined under the criteria of the number of workers, value of shipment, value-added, This comperative synthetic analysis is different from the traditional approaches. This paper shows that the perfectly competitive advantage of specialized industries satisfying all of three criteria are 'other business related activities', 'recreational, cultural and sporting activities' in Seoul, 'machinery and outfits, n.e.c', 'retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles, repair of personal and household goods' in Inchun. We conclude that each should strategically develop the region-oriented specialized industry which has the comparative advantage. It is the reason why the concentration of industry in necessary for the leading of regional industry under the weaken local public finance. Moreover, such an industy should provide the increase of employment and income from the viewpoint of the activation of regional economy. The potential-specialized competitive industry requires the advanced structure of production under the criteria of value-added. For the development of the metropolitan area's economy, the highly advanced technology industry including computer and electronics should be induced through the loosening of metropolitan regulation. Research center(science park) supported by th private-public sector should be built for the increase of technology sector should be built for the increase of technology power of the small and medium enterprises, Also it is necessary that the small and medium enterprises strategically make the cooperative-large group in order to avoid the disadvantage from the size.
