비대칭형 보강재 간격에 따른 주기구조물의 SPL모드 해석 (Modal Analysis on SPL of the Periodic Structure depend on Unsymmetrical Beam Space)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the vibration and acoustic pressure radiation from a thin isotropic flat plate stiffened by a rectangular array of beams, and excited by a time harmonic point force. These constructions on aircraft and ship structures are often subjected to fiequency dependent pressure fluctuations and forces. Forces from the these excitations induce structural vibrations in a wide range of fiequencies, which may cause such things as acoustic fatigue and internal cabin noise in the aircraft. It is thus important that the response characteristics and vibration modes of such periodic structures be horn. From this theoretical model, the sound pressure levels(SPL) in a semi-infinite fluid(water) bounded by the plate with the variation in the locations of an external time harmonic point farce on the plate can be calculated efficiently using three numerical tools such as the Gauss-jordan method the LU decomposition method md the IMSL numerical package.

레이더 송수신기용 X 밴드 주파수 합성기에 관한 연구 (A Study on X-band Frequency Synthesizer for Radar Transceiver)

  • In this paper, a frequency synthesizer for X-band FMCW radars is proposed. Some X-band FMCW radars have been used as a level sensor for tanker ship and the resolution of the level sensor may be mainly depend on linearity of frequency sweep. For a linear frequency sweep. the proposed synthesizer employs a phase-locked loop using prescalars and a high speed digital PLL chip. The measured results show that the linear frequency sweep range is from 10 GHz to 11 GHz and the output power of the synthesizer is minium 7 dBm. and the phase noise is about -80 dBc/Hz at 100 KHz offset from 11 GHz.

  • The determination of sound pressure radiated from periodic plate structures is fundamental in the estimation of noise levels in aircraft fuselages and ship hull structures. As a robust approach to this problem, here a very general and comprehensive analytical model for prediction the sound radiated by a vibration plate stiffened by periodically spaced orthogonal symmetric beams subjected to a sinusoidally time varying point load is developed. The plate is assumed to be infinite in extent, and the beams are considered to exert both line force and moment reactions on it. Structural damping is included in both plate and beam materials. From this theoretical model, the sound pressure levels on axis in a semi-infinite fluid(water) bounded by the plate with the variation in the loactions of an external using three numerical tools such as the Gauss-Jordan method, the LU decomposition method and the IMSL numerical package.

  • 캐비테이션 터널에서 변동압력의 정확한 계측은 실선에서의 진동과 소음세기 예측에 필요하다. 본문에서는 프로펠러 케비테이션에 의해 야기되는 변동압력의 실험적연구 결과를 나타내고 논의 한다. 문제시 되고 있는 프로펠러 회전수에 의한 영향을 이해하고자 변동압력을 캐비테이션 터널에서 평판을 이용하여 여러 회전수에서 계측 하였다. 균일류에서 오차를 추정하기 위하여 계측 및 계측결과에서의 불확실성 해석이 사용 되었다.

코어공명을 이용한 허니콤패널의 흡음율 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of sound absorption coefficient of an honeycomb panel by the core resonance)

  • Honeycomb panel has a constructive advantage because it is constructed with a honeycomb core, so it has relatively higher strength ratio to weight. Therefore honeycomb panel has been used as the light weight panels in the high-speed railway technology and high-speed ship like as cruise yachts. Also it has been used in the aircraft and aerospace industry as a structural panel because light weight structure is indispensible in that field of industry. Recently, the honeycomb panel is embossed in the viewpoints of high oil prices as the lightweight panel of the transport machine, however the sound insulation capacity of the honeycomb panel is poorer than those of uniform and another sandwich panels. In this paper a method to improving the sound absorption coefficient of a honeycomb panel Is studied by using the Helmholtz resonator. The sound absorption coefficients for some kinds of honeycomb cores are demonstrated by the normal incident absorption coefficient method.

광대역 불규칙 가진력을 받는 탄성진자계의 내부공진효과 (Influence of Internal Resonance on Responses of a Spring-Pendulum System under Broad Band Random Excitation)

  • An investigation into the modal interaction of an autoparameteric systemunder broad-band random excitation is made. The specific system examined is a spring-pendulum system with internal resonance, which is known to be a good model for a variety of engineering systems, including ship motions with nonlinear coupling between pitching and rolling motions. By means of the Gaussian closure method the dynamic moment equations explaining the random responses of the system are reduced to a system of autonomous ordinanary differential equations of the first and second moments. In view of equilibrium solutions of this system and their stability we examine the system responses. The stabilizing effect of system damping is also examined.

  • An investigation into the stochastic bifurcation and response statistics of an autoparameteric system under broad-band random excitation is made. The specific system examined is a spring-pendulum system with internal resonance, which is known to be a good model for a variety of engineering systems, including ship motions with nonlinear coupling between pitching and rolling motions. The Fokker-Planck equations is used to genrage a general first-order differential equation in the dynamic moment of response coordinates. By means of the Gaussian and non-Gaussian closure methods the dynamic moment equations for the random responses of the system are reduced to a system of autonomous ordinanary differential equations. In view of equilibrium solutions of this system and their stability we examine the stochastic bifurcation and response statistics. The analytical results are compared with results obtained by Monte Carlo simulation.

  • An investigation into the response statistics of a spring-pendulum system whose base oscillates randomly along vertical and horizontal line is made. The spring-pendulum system with internal resonance examined is known to be a good model for a variety of engineering systems, including ship motions with nonlinear coupling between pitching and rolling motions. The Fokker-Planck equation is used to generate a general first-order differential equations for the random responses of the system are reduced to a system of autonomous ordinary differential equations. In view of equilibrium solutions of this system and their stability, the response statistics is examined. It is seen that increase in horizontal excitation level leads to a decreased width of the internal resonance region.

  • 본 논문은 수중방사소음을 이용한 선박 클래스 식별을 위하여 비선형매핑법을 제안한다. 수중방사소음으로부터의 특성벡터 추출과정은 신호의 주파수영역 변환, 규준화, 및 특성추출 과정들을 포함하며, 비선형매핑법은 이러한 과정을 통하여 추출된 특성벡터를 입력으로 선박의 클래스를 분류한다. 제안된 비선형매핑법은 인공적으로 생성한 데이터들을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증되고, 실제 데이터를 이용한 테스트 결과들은 본 논문에서 제시한 방법이 식별을 위해 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • In this paper, design sensitivity of vibration displacement and acceleration is computed and design sensitivity, the derivative information of responses with respect to design perameters, is used as a design guidance tool to reduce the vibration. First, the harmonic vibration analysis of deck and simplified ship structures is performed by finite element method and secondly continuum disign sensityivity for excessive dynamic response is computed by continuum method. Both the direct and modal frequency response methods for the finite element analysis are adopted. Sensitivities of structural components such as upper plate, side wall, bilge, bottom plate are compared and the reductionof vibration is obtained by the proper increase of thickness of each component.
