레이저트래커(Laser Tracker)를 이용한 대형 광학 거울의 형상 측정 (Measurement of Large Mirror Surface using a Laser Tracker)

  • 대형 광학 거울은 연삭, 연마, 최종연마의 단계를 거쳐 가공된다. 이 가운데 가장 진행이 빠르고 가공량이 많은 연삭 단계에서 정밀하고 신속한 측정이 가능하다면 가공 공정의 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 그런데 연삭 단계의 광학면은 거칠고 광택이 없기 때문에 빛을 이용한 측정이 매우 어렵다. 따라서 간섭계를 사용할 수 없으며 기계적인 방법을 이용하여 면을 측정해야 한다. 레이저트래커는 이동이 가능한 3차원 좌표 측정기로, 이를 이용한 측정 방법이나 데이터 분석을 연구하면 연삭 단계의 광학 거울을 정밀하게 측정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 레이저트래커를 이용하여 직경 1 m의 구면 거울의 형상오차를 측정하고, 이 측정 결과를 간섭계로 측정한 것과 비교하였다. 레이저트래커를 이용한 측정법은 형상오차 rms $0.2{\mu}m$, PV $2.7{\mu}m$의 측정 결과를 얻는 것으로 파악되어 연삭 단계 광학면의 정밀한 측정이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

산부식후 상아질 표면의 습윤 또는 건조가 상아질 결합에 미치는 영향 (EFFECTS OF DENTIN SURFACE WETNESS OR DESICCATION AFTER ACID ETCHING ON DENTIN BONDING)

  • The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate dentin bonding by two different dentin bonding systems(DBS) using acetone based primer or adhesive [All Bond 2(AB2), One Step(OS)] when they were applied by wet or dry bonding technique. Morphology of resin-dentin interface and hybrid layer thickness(HLT) were investigated using Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope(CLSM) and compared to shear bond strength(SBS). 72 extracted sound human molars were randomly divided into 4 groups of 18 teeth each - Group 1.(AW); AB2 by wet bonding. Group 2(AD); AB2 by dry bonding. Group 3.(OW); OS by wet bonding, Group 4.(OD); OS by dry bonding. In 6 teeth of each group, notch-shaped class V cavities(depth 2mm) were prepared on buccal and lingual surface at the cementoenamel juction(12 cavities per group). To obtain color contrast in CLSM observation, bonding resins of each DBS were mixed with rhodamine B and primer of AB2 was mixed with sodium fluorescein. Prepared teeth of each group were treated with AB2, OS, respectively according to the manufacturer's instructions except for dentin surface moisture treatment after acid etching. In group 1 and 3, after acid etching, excess water was removed with wet tissue(Kimwipes), leaving consistently shiny, visibly hydrated dentin surface. In group 2 and 4, dentin surface was dried for 10 seconds at 1 inch distance. The treated teeth were then packed with composite resin(${\AE}$litefil) and light-cured. 12 microscopic samples($60{\sim}80{\mu}m$ thickness) of each group were obtained after longitudinal section and grinding(Exakt cutting and grinding system). Morphological investigation of resin-dentin interface and HLT measurement using CLSM were done. For measurement of SBS, remaining 12 teeth of each group were flattened occlusally to remove all enamel and grinded to 500 grit SiC(Pedemet Specimen Preparation Equipment). After applying DBS on the exposed dentin surface, composite resin was applied in the shape of cylinder, which has 5mm diameter, 1.5mm thickness, and light cured. SBS was measured using Instron with a crosshead speed of 0.5mm/min. It was concluded as follows, 1. HLT of AW(mean: $2.59{\mu}m$) was thicker than any other group, and followed by AD, OW, OD in descending order(mean; 2.37, 2.28, $1.92{\mu}m$). Only OD had statistically significant differences(p<0.05) to AW and AD. 2. There were intimate contact of resin and dentin at the interface in wet bonding groups, but gaps or irregular interfaces were observed in dry bonding groups. 3. The length, diameter, density of resin tags were various even in the same group without significant differences between groups and lots of adhesive lateral branches were observed. 4. There were no statistically significant difference of SBS between AB2 and OS, but SBS of wet bonding groups were significantly higher(p<0.05) than dry bonding groups. 5. There were no consistent relationships between HLT and SBS.

17·18세기 류큐(琉球) 사서(史書) 소재 왕통(王統) 시조 신화와 왕권의 논리 (Myths for Kingship of the Ryukyu Kingdom in the 17th and 18th Centuries)

  • In the 17th and 18th centuries, when the Ryukyu kingdom had been invaded and controlled by Japan, some official texts about 'history' were documented. In that texts, there are some myths about the kings-Syunten(舜天), Eiso(英祖), Satto(察度), Syouhasi(尙巴志), Syouen(尙圓)-who founded dynasties of Ryukyu kingdom. This study attempts to delineate the features and meaning of those founder myths as a polotial discourse for kingship. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The founder myths are discourses to describe the genealogy of the Ryukyu kingdom as the result of Mandate of Heaven(T'ien Ming, 天命). 2. In ancient okinawa, the sun was a symbol of ruler. The king of Ryukyu kingdom was thought as 'son of the sun', 'Tedako(てだこ, 太陽子) in the time of Syou dynasty(尙王朝). But in the founder myths, the only one Tedako is Eiso. 3. In the myths, the 'historical' founders are described as the king for agriculture. They were said to make the farming instruments with iron and rule the spring water for farming. The iron and water for fariming was thought to represent the power of king and the kingship. 4. The writers of myths aimed to be separated from the mythical kingship of past Ryukyu(古琉球). So, they threw the idea of Tedako(=mythical kingship) into the prison of mythical ages by rewriting myth of King Eiso. Instead of it, they built up the new image of agriculture-king who rules and controlls the iron and water for good farming. The meaing of this change, from 'shiny sun' to 'cultural king', is that the abstract and general power of kingship was turned into a concrete and restricted power of kingship. On the bases of it, there was the confucian political ideas from China, T'ien Ming thought(天命論). Under the influence of not only China but also Japan, the writers of myths attempt to find a new way for their kingdom by reconstructing kingship with ruminating over the kingship of past. The myth of founders in the 17th and 18th Centuries shows the aspects of kingship of Ryukyu kingdom and tells us that those myths are the political discourses identifying kingship and Ryukyu kingdom.

The study of seed morphological trait and testa characteristic for Korean Vicia species

  • In order to evaluate the taxonomical relevance of seeds morphological characteristics, a macroand micro-morphological study was conducted on seeds of Korean Vicia (Fabacea). We collected 19 taxa of genus Vicia distributed in Korea and introduced one taxa from USDA. The morphological characteristic and testa texture of seeds were investigated using a Stereo-microscope (SM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Most of Vicia seeds were found spherical or oblong and some seeds were oval and subglose. The largest seed was V. chosenensis ($4.3{\times}3.6{\times}2.6mm$), and the smallest was V. teterasperma ($1.7{\times}1.7{\times}1.5mm$). V. chosenensis and V. hirsuta were separated from other Vicia species by having a shiny in seed finish. In hilum shape, 14 species have linear and V. sepium was distinguished by having a circumlinear. In testa texture, they developed papilae, only V. hirsuta has lophate in level type. Deposition of the sheet-like debris between the papilae was observed in V. chosenensis, V. cracca, and V. unijuga. Polymorphism information content (PIC) values of the 13 qualitative morphological characters (QMC) were in the range of 0.0950 to 8863 with an average of 0.4611. PIC value of seed shape, seed colour, hilum colour were 0.7403, 0.8177, 0.883 respectively. Cluster analysis based on QMC detected three main clades. V. cracca, V. amurensis, V. amoena were involved in Group 1 and V. unijuga f. minor, V. unijuga, V. unijuga f. angustifolia, V. sepium, V. hirticalycina, V. hirsuta, V. linearfolia, V. chosenensis, V. pseudorobus, V. venosa var. cuspidata were involved in Group 2. V. nipponica, V. japonica, V. villosa, V. dasicarpa, V. bungei, V. angustifolia, V. tetrasperma were clustered in Group 3. Our research suggests that morphological characteristic and testa texture of seeds could be used as definers for the identification of genus Vicia.

Comparison of agronomic characteristics of colored soybean landraces and selection of useful genetic resources

  • This study was conducted to compare the agronomic traits of well-known colored native soybean germplasms. Recently, we are increasingly interested in colored as various functional ingredient of soybeans have revealed. We used a total of 396 soybean genetic resources, consisting of ten "Seonbijabikong", 110 "Jyinunikong", 276 "Seoritaekong". We sowed on 10th June 2018 at the field of Nongsaensmyeongro in Jeonju city. The average number of days to flowering, days to maturing and days to growth of colored soybean were 53, 84 and 136 days, respectively. Days to flowering of "Seonbijabikong" were ranged from 41 to 50 days with an average 48 days, those of "Jyinunikong" were ranged from 39 to 72 days with an average 52 days. Days to flowering of "Seoritaekong" were ranged from 35 to 63 days with an average 54 days, which were earlier in "Seonbijabikong", and similar with "Seoritaekong" and "Jyinunikong". Days to growth of "Seonbijabikong" were ranged from 125 to 137 days with an average 132 days, those of "Jyinunikong" were ranged from 91 to 144 days with an average 130 days and those of "Seoritaekong" were ranged from 99 to 150 days with an average 139 days. they were shortest in "Jyinunikong" and longest in "Seoritaekong". The distribution of maturity period was from 6th September to 5th November. The maturity period was as early as September and yields were more than 100g per plant, which were all three accessions(IT161905, IT162602, IT269617), "Seoritaekong". They would be useful as breeding materials of colored soybean with early maturity. The 100-seed weight is important characteristics that distinguish the usage of soybeans. "Seoritaekong" and "Seonbijabikong" have large seed characteristics for cooking with rice, "Jyinunikong" has small seed it for medicine. The average 100 seed weight was 35.0g of "Seonbijabikong", 30.8g of "Seoritaekong" and 13.4g of "Jyinunikong", respectively. As for seed coat lust, the ratio of dull was as high as 100% of "Seonbijabikong" and 91% of "Seoritaekong", that of shiny was as high as 77% of "Jyinunikong". Cotyledon color of "Seonbijabikong" were all yellow, that of "Seoritaekong" were 94% of green. The other name of "Seoritaekong" is "Sokcheong", which means that cotyledon color is green. Therefore if cotyledon color of Seoritaekong is not green, it might be misidentified. In the future, we will increase the utilization through evaluation of functional component such as isoflavones and anthocyanins of colored soybean landraces.

플럭스 활성제 종류에 따른 Sn-Ag-Cu 솔더 페이스트의 젖음성 및 슬럼프 특성 평가 (Effects of Flux Activator on Wettability and Slump of Sn-Ag-Cu Solder Paste)

  • 플럭스의 활성제 종류에 따른 솔더페이스트의 인쇄성 및 젖음성을 평가하였다. 활성제는 디카르복실산 계열로 탄소기의 개수가 0인 옥살산, 1인 말론산, 2인 숙신산, 3인 글루타르산, 4인 아디프산, 5인 피메릭산이 사용되었다. SMT scope로 $250^{\circ}C$에서 용융솔더를 실시간 관찰했을 때, 글루타르산을 사용한 솔더가 가장 매끈한 표면을 갖고, 젖음성도 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 슬럼프율은 탄소기 개수가 1, 2, 3인 말론산, 숙신산, 글루타르산을 활성제로 사용했을 때 작았고, 퍼짐성은 활성제의 탄소기 개수가 2 이상인 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 피메릭산을 사용했을 때 우수하였다. 웨팅밸런스로 젖음성을 분석한 결과 탄소기 개수가 3이상일 때, 제로크로스타임이 1초 이하로 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 탄소기 개수가 0, 1인 옥살산, 말론산을 플럭스 활성제로 사용하였을 때, 제로크로스 타임이 길고 최대 젖음력이 낮았다. DSC와 TGA를 통해 옥살산과 말론산을 활성제로 사용한 플럭스는 솔더링 시 분해가 발생되고, 이로 인해 활성도가 떨어져서 디웨팅 등이 발생하였다. 글루타르산은 재산화가 적고, 높은 젖음성과 낮은 슬럼프 특성을 보여 주었다.

Variation of Anthocyanin and Protein Contents in Glycine max L. (Merr) (Soybean) Germplasms from Korea

  • Soybean (Glycine max L. (Merr) is commonly consumed and found in major foods including soymilk, soy sauce, tofu, and soy sprout in Korea and east Asia. In addition, it is common to cook the whole seeds with rice. Soybean is known to have ranges of health benefits including antiaging, anticancer, neuroprotective and antidiabetic taken either as supplement or dietary food. Anthocyanins and flavonoids in G. max are found to be the main contributors to such wide arrays of health benefits. Due to increasing economic values of soybean, development of specialty soybean cultivars is becoming an area of interest worldwide. In this study, 746 black soybean accessions from National Agrobiodiversity Center were characterized as part of an attempt to identify important germplasms of G. max. Seed coats of each accession were analyzed for their total anthocyanin, cyanidin 3-O-Glucoside (C-3-O-G), delphinidin 3-O-glucoside (D-3-O-G), petunidin-3-O-glucoside (Pt-3-O-G), and their whole seeds for crude protein contents. HPLC was used to determine and quantify the anthocyanin compositions while crude protein was determined using Kjeldahl method by Kjeltec auto-analyzer (Kjeltec 8400, Foss, Sweden). Accessions were grouped according to their anthocyanins and protein contents; the mean content of which were correlated to agronomic traits including maturity date, one hundred seed weight, cotyledon color and seed lust color. The results indicated that the total anthocyanin content (TAC) ranged from 273.77 to 6250.52 mg/100 g, with mean value of 1853.03 mg/100 g while the crude protein content (CPC) being between 33.43 and 47.51%, with mean value of 40.81%. The highest number of accessions (45.97%) showed TAC between 1000~1900 mg/100 g while 30.96% of accessions showed CPC between 41~43%. Among the 746 accessions considered, 11 (IT142935, 175818, 175855, 177191, 177209, 177211, 177214, 177216, 177218, 177220, 177274) of them showed TAC above 4000 mg/100 g. C-3-O-G was found to be the major contributor to TAC showing strong correlation. Accessions with green cotyledon color showed high mean TAC compared to those having yellow cotyledon color, and accessions with dull seed lust color showed high mean TAC than those having shiny seed lust color. One hundred seeds weight and maturity date showed positive correlation with all anthocyanin contents, except for Pt-3-O-G in the latter case. The overall result of the present study could be used as background for developing new black soybean cultivars and breeds with high anthocyanin and protein contents. The result depicted that many of the accessions could be used as potential parental lines.

The Korea Cohort Consortium: The Future of Pooling Cohort Studies

  • Objectives: We introduced the cohort studies included in the Korean Cohort Consortium (KCC), focusing on large-scale cohort studies established in Korea with a prolonged follow-up period. Moreover, we also provided projections of the follow-up and estimates of the sample size that would be necessary for big-data analyses based on pooling established cohort studies, including population-based genomic studies. Methods: We mainly focused on the characteristics of individual cohort studies from the KCC. We developed "PROFAN", a Shiny application for projecting the follow-up period to achieve a certain number of cases when pooling established cohort studies. As examples, we projected the follow-up periods for 5000 cases of gastric cancer, 2500 cases of prostate and breast cancer, and 500 cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The sample sizes for sequencing-based analyses based on a 1:1 case-control study were also calculated. Results: The KCC consisted of 8 individual cohort studies, of which 3 were community-based and 5 were health screening-based cohorts. The population-based cohort studies were mainly organized by Korean government agencies and research institutes. The projected follow-up period was at least 10 years to achieve 5000 cases based on a cohort of 0.5 million participants. The mean of the minimum to maximum sample sizes for performing sequencing analyses was 5917-72 102. Conclusions: We propose an approach to establish a large-scale consortium based on the standardization and harmonization of existing cohort studies to obtain adequate statistical power with a sufficient sample size to analyze high-risk groups or rare cancer subtypes.

엔진 구동형 니켈-타이타늄 합금파일의 절삭각에 따른 근관성형 효과에 관한 전자현미경적 연구 (SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY ON THE EFFICACY OF ROOT CANAL WALL DEBRIDEMENT OF ROTARY NI-TI INSTRUMENTS WITH DIFFERENT CUTTING ANGLE)

  • 본 연구는 엔진구동형 Ni-Ti 합금 파일의 삭제날 각의 차이가 근관 성형 후 근관 내 절삭 면에 형성되는 도말층의 분포, 형태 및 상아세관 내로의 침투 정도 등에 어떤 차이를 보이는가를 알아보기 위함이다. 건전한 36개의 단근관을 갖는 발치된 사람의 단근치를 선택하고 positive cutting angle을 갖는 HEROShaper 파일과 negative cutting angle로 된 ProFile 파일을 이용하여 근관성형 후 절단면에서의 도말층의 양, 분포 형태 및 상아세관내로의 침투 빈도를 주사전자 현미경을 이용하여 사진촬영 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 사용된 엔진구동형 합금 파일의 삭제날 각의 차이에 관계없이 모든 군에서 도말층이 형성되었다. 2. 근관 성형 후 절삭면상에 나타난 도말층 형태는 삭제날 각의 차이에 따라 형태학적인 차이를 보였으며, positive cutting angle과 radial land가 없는 니켈-티타늄 전동통파일에서 상대적으로 적은 양의 도말층 형성을 보였다(p < 0.05). 결론적으로, 본 연구는 삭제날의 각이나 radial land의 유무에 관계없이 사용된 모든 엔진구동형 파일에서 도말층이 형성된 것으로 미루어 근관 성형 시 liquid EDTA와 같은 chealting agent의 사용의 필요성을 시사한다.

  • SOO-BAL(Hair Style) is a method Which match hair style to face and clothes with using hair covering and protecting the head. Also SOO-BAL includes personal ornaments using to avoid one's hair be disheveled. In a standpoint of beauty and spirit, etiquette SOO-BAL is a very important thing as one being dressed up. Until now, since just a form of hair style have been studied, hair styling process is nothing to be known and studied. Time after time, our unique traditional SOO-BAL is forgotten with clothes and then this th-esis will be classified hair styling form follow-ing a form of hair style in royal palace of the C-hosun dynasty. According to the record of HAE DONG HISTORY, it shows the same of attire between Ko-rean and chinese style in ae of the chosun. The reason in that there were no any certain boundary border and the interaction of culture between two countries was happened spontaneously at ancient time like the GOCHO-SUN age. Until the period of the three states, the korean attire be changed had gone with chinese one s-imilarly. The chinese form gave to influence on the EONJIN MEURI·POON-GI-MYEONG MEURI·JJO-CJIN MEURI·MOOK-EUN GOONG-BAL MEURI·OL-LIN MEURI·SSANGSANG-TU ME-URI be drawn wall painting in the KOKUR-YU. And a gold chignon accesso-ry unearthed in a MOO-RYOUNG royal mausoleum is proof of the korean attrire be changed with chinese. In the shilla dynasty at three years after Cjin-Deuk(A.D. 649) reign. It was recorded that the dynasty let women wear the form of chinese attire. Also in the koryo dyn-asty, a rod-like hairpin (BIN-YEU) and DANG-GI employing EON-JIN MEURI was used. The SOO-BAL based on the Confucianism had lots of regulations which limited to use ornaments with classes of society in the CHOSUN dynasty. Until YOUNG CHO and CHUNG CHO period. EONJIN MEURI be decorated GACHAE was announced by dynasty as ind-ulging in luxury. Women of yangban used a rod-like hairpin and a chignon accessory made by jewerly. And 1-owly women weared a rod-like hairpin made of born and wood to perfom EONJIN MEURI with PUNCHAE. Most unmarried women decorated with DDA-AH-NEULIN MEURI, GUI-MIT MEURI, specially in palace with SAE-ANG MEURI. At palace, one put on a full dress with KEUN MEURI, and a simple dress with ER-YEO MEURI be decorated DDERL-JAM The CHOP-JI MEURI manifested social rank, class. Kids at CHO-SUN age had BA-DUK-PANMEURI and JONG-JONG MEURI. The ornament things are GACHE, DDERL JAM with EON-JIN M-EURI, and all kinds of rod-like hairpin and chignon accessory used in JJOK MEURI. And at palace, kinds of CHUPJI used with JJOK MEURI showed social rank. In CHOSUN age, women want to keep shiny hair washed at TA-NO festival day, a treatment of bald hair used a forked remedy. In CHOSUN age, woman Soo-Bal hair style has DAE-SOO·DDEU-KOO-JI MEURI·CHO-P-GI MEURI·EON-JIN MEURI·SAE-ANG MEURI· and so on. We could find out Soo-Bal was developed very well by these variety hair styles. I attatched all of the hair style pictures step by step, and also explained detail my research foll owing these pictures.
