Physicochemical Properties and Stability Study of BR-8702-2, a New Anticancer Drug

  • 합성한 BR-8702-2의 시험결과 원소분석에서는 이론치와 실험치가 잘 일치하였고, 구조확인을 위한 FT-IR 및 FT-NMR(H$^1$)등의 시험에서도 구조와 일치하는 결과치를 나타내었다. 합성물질의 정량법을 HPLC 및 구성원소인 P와 N을 이용한 정량법에서도 유의성있는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 분말상태인 이 물질의 안정성은 고온 고습하에서도 양호하였으며, 각종 완충수용액에서 pH가 분해에 미치는 영향을 pH-rate profile로 나타낸 결과 pH7, 8, 9에서 안정하였고 pH8에서 k=1.3$\times$$10^{-4}$day으로 가장 안정하여 shelf life는 807일이었다. 광에 대해서도 k=5.8$\times$$10^{-4}$day로 매우 안정하였다.

  • It has been studied to find relationships between pine-mushroom yield and climatic factors. Recently, Hyun-Park, Key-I! shin and Hyun-Joong Kim(1998) investigated relationships between pine-mushroom yield and climatic factors by autoregression model. In this paper, to improve the forecast we suggest the conditional autoregression model using probability of existing pine-mushroom production.

  • SAR has pulse compression gain through the process including range and azimuth. Efficient jammers against the SAR with simulated elements are evaluated in the view of power and SAR image. In this paper, J/S is analysed for SAR with RF propagation equation firstly. Several jamming signals on SAR signal are made into SAR image through pulse compression process. Objective jamming performance is evaluated using euclidean distance.

  • The voltage controlled ramp(VCR) waveform has recently been introduced in the reset period prior to addressing for plasma display. However, this method results in the oscillation of the gap voltage when the ramp rate is increased so as to reduce reset period. In this paper a current controlled ramp(CCR) waveform method in the reset period is suggested. This method can suppress the oscillation of gap voltage under the condition of shorter ramp time. Moreover, the reset time can be reduced by about 30 % compared with the VCR method under the same background luminance.

  • 디스크의 탄젠셜 성분의 틸트가 생긴 경우 발생하는 체널의 변화에 대해 적응형 부분 응답 신호처리 과정인 비터비 디코더를 적용하게 되면 비트오율에 상당한 효과를 가져온다. 이러한 적응 과정을 효과적으로 진행하기 위한 간략화된 오류 발생 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a plan to promote the use of life SOC facilities by analyzing the factors affecting utilization of life SOC facilities established as part of the rural center revitalization project. To this end, we selected Seongjeon-myeon, Gangjin-gun where the rural center revitalization project was implemented, conducted a survey on residents while analyzing the project details, and analyzed the results. This study revealed that the residents with a cognitive level for the rural center revitalization project and life SOC tended to more actively use the life SOC facilities. Therefore, to boost residents' use of the life SOC facilities, it is necessary to promote their understanding of and interest in the rural center revitalization project in the project implementation phase and have them be sufficiently aware of the facilities by operating pilot programs for residents in each facility and holding local events and festivals. This study will lay a steppingstone for active resident use of life SOC facilities established in rural centers and provide basic data for further research.
