The present study discusses about the combustion and thermal flow characteristics of a G+R type incinerator, which is under construction for MAPO Incineration system, to evaluate the effects of various operating and design parameters. A bed combustion model is developed to simulate the waste bed combustion on the stoker. The effects of waste composition and primary air distribution are estimated. The results of the waste bed combustion model is applied to CFD(computational fluid dynamics) simulation, which simulates the detail of the thermal flow in the combustion chamber. The effects of bypass damper opening ratio, primary air distribution, and secondary air jet configuration are discussed.

In this paper, several numerical examples are analyzed and the results are compared with those from other reseachers to verify the applicability and the validity of the geometric and material nonliner analysis method of reinforced concrte shells refered to the paper ( ). As a results, this method is a useful tool to account for geometric and material nonlinearities in detailed analysis of reinforced concrete shells of general form.

Efficient video data storage and search techniques are essential for DVR-based security systems. We have designed appropriate data structures and search techniques for efficient image storage and search, in this study. The date and time can be saved and searched as a folder form. The overall system is designed for MPEG4 CODEC. It can handle variable sizes of frames (100bytes $^{\sim}$ 6Kbytes) produced by MPEG4 CODEC without errors. We also have developed image transmission techniques through inter-net networking.

The building construction industry of Korea was going through difficulties in improving productivity and competitiveness in international market. Therefore we expected to see the improvement in productivity by applying six-sigma based approach to general reinforced concrete construction work. As a result of applying DMAIC method, one of 6 sigma tools, we found that the most effective inspection items are 'Gap of forms' and 'status of clean'. We could see from this case study that the percentage of additional work days has decreased to 37.7% as a result of applying six-sigma based approach to reinforced concrete construction.

DMX-512 protocol is a lighting protocol which can control the various lighting fixtures by linking as networks. Recently many lighting fixtures corresponding to DMX-512 have been manufactured. The software which makes LED Control of lighting fixtures easy and simple, is proposed in this paper. The complicated interface and production method were improved and each mode was divided for simple production and reducing confusion of operator. The producing effects were confirmed by simulation results.

In this research, the bidirectional-communication-media-system which is not able to implement by using the existing coaxial cable was manufactured and the method applicable to Educational Environment was proposed. Also, it is implemented that we can use various media contents through narrow bandwidth by network-linking. The unified broadcasting system applicable to Educational Environment based on IPTV was implemented in the last.

In this paper, the requirement specification of the LAN which will be used in the New Directory Assistance System is outlined. And phisical design of the LAN using the repeater/bridge, which is used for communication efficiency and reliability and logical design using the LAT/DECnet are described. Finally a method for load balancing between CPUs is proposed.

Generator has responded quickly with variation of power system voltage and is controlled at real time. As a reactive power source, generator is revalued better than power condenser and as a reactive power sink, is revalued. But Domestic generators scarcely have been tested and operated to reactive power capability. In case of power system fault, operators wouldn't quickly take a follow-up measures about reactive power disturbance. Therefore generator reactive power capability verification strategy must be developed, several generators is tested as a exhibition since 2004. This paper is extract from the test contents.

본 논문에서는 사용자 인증이 요구되는 장소에 자동으로 출입을 인증하여 사용자에게 더 나은 편의성과 보안성을 제공하기 위한 자동 출입 인증 시스템을 제안한다. iBeacon과 일회용 인증 방식을 이용하여 정당하지 않은 사용자의 접근을 불허하여 보안성을 강화하고, Bluetooth LE 기술을 기반으로 한 저전력 iBeacon 기술을 이용하여 사용자의 불편한 인증정보를 스마트 디바이스가 자동으로 수행하여 편의성을 제공하고자 한다.
