터널식 전력구 쉴드TBM 선정 및 기본설계 사양 제시에 관한 연구 (Study on selection and basic specifications design of shield TBM for power cable tunnels)

  • 터널식 전력구는 지중으로 전력을 공급하기 위한 구조물 중 하나이며, 도심지 및 해저구간을 통과하는 구간에 쉴드TBM 공법을 활용하여 안정적으로 건설을 추진한다. 전력구 건설의 경우에는 수직구 심도가 깊어 주로 암반지반을 굴착하며, 암반대상 밀폐형 쉴드TBM 선정에 대한 고찰이 필요하였다. 또한, 지반조사 보고서 결과를 바탕으로 범용적이고, 간단한 설계방법이 필요하였다. 이에 실대형 굴진시험, 누적 굴진데이터, 수치해석을 종합하여 쉴드TBM 설계방법과 관련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 결과에 대해 검증을 수행하고자 준공된 전력구 1개 현장의 굴진데이터를 활용하였다. 굴진데이터의 모집단을 추정하기 위해 커널밀도추정 방법을 도입하여 추력, 토크, 동력의 기본사양에 대해 검증을 완료하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 쉴드TBM 설계업무 전문성 강화 및 안정적 전력공급의 사용자 편익증대를 기대할 수 있다.

배전용 전력케이블의 반도전층에 함유되어 있는 불순물 분석 (Impurities of the Semiconductive Shield in the Power Distribution Cable)

  • In order to evaluate the soundness of 10 year service-aged XLPE-insulated 22.9 kV underground distribution cables, semiconductive shields have been characterized. The edge of insulation near the insulation shield shows a drastic decrease of OIT. Impurities such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu were detected in both conductor and insulation shields. Their concentrations at the insulation shield are much higher than those at the strand shield. All these facts suggest that the edge of insulation near the insulation shield is degraded considerably, which might be attributed to the oxidation reaction of insulation by a large amount of impurities in the insulation shield.

전력케이블용 반도전 재료의 불순물 함량 (Impurity Property of Semiconductive Shield Materials in Power Cables)

  • In this paper, we investigated impurity content of carbon nanotube reinforced semiconductive shield materials and conventional semiconductive shield materials in power cables. To reduce impurity content, we used solution compounding method that an adding process of extra additives neglected. Impurity content measured through ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy). Also, impurity measured Ca, Cu, Fe, Al, Mg, Na, K, Si in eight. As a result, carbon nanotube reinforced semiconductive shield materials is lower than conventional semiconductive shield materials in impurity content by ICP-AES.

  • Because High efficiency electric vehicles use electrical energy by an power source, radiated noise at high voltage cable bring on problems at other electric/electronic components. But, in order to insure shielding effectiveness increasing braid density infinitely, it is possible that the cost is more than one third of cost of manufacturing cable. Accordingly in this paper, we studied design of cost-effective and light shield cable using dual shielding system of braid and al-foil.

  • With rapid development of world economics, electricity demand in metropolitan area has been increased dramatically. HTS(High Temperature Superconducting) cable is one of most promising technology to solve the bottleneck of electric network. However, HTS cable is not considered as matured technology yet to power system planners because of its different characteristics with conventional metal conductors. This paper suggests the comparison results of HTS cable simulation and experiment on steady state operation, also give the simulation results on transient characteristics of HTS cable components. This results could devote not only to discuss the security of HTS cable operation, but also to design power system oriented HTS cable.

  • This study provides review and improvement plans for the possible problems caused when the CV cable is used as a positive feeder line which supplies power from the DC HSCB (high-speed circuit breaker) to the catenariesin Seoul Metro which is using direct-current feeder method. In detail, this study contributes to stabilizing the power line by triggering a protective device by instantly detecting potential rise which happens when grounding fault occurs in non-grounding type CV cable shield.

  • Recently as ultrasonic medical devices are gradually developed, many of those require smaller and more precision coaxial cables in the probe. So, the use of micro coaxial cable becomes an efficient solution for ultrasonic machine. However, there are many difficulties in stripping micro coaxial cable by traditional mechanical process. In this paper we use the Nd:YAG laser for the efficient striping of conduct wire of cable. Through some experiments, we found that there is a new possibility in the proposed method. Also, we propose a pre-process of the cable before stripping in order to enhance the performance.

전력케이블에서 탄소나노튜브 함량에 따른 반도전층 재료의 특성 연구 (A Study on the Properties of Semiconducting Materials with contents of Carbon Nanotube in Power Cable)

  • In this paper, we have investigated chemical, mechanical and structural properties by changing the content of carbon nanotube, Which is a component part of semiconductive shield in underground power transmission cable. The multi luminescence spectrometer MLA-GOLDS was used to investigate chemical properties of specimens. Also, the density meter EW-200SG was used to investigate the mechanical properties of specimens, and the FE-SEM S-4300 in Hitachi was used for dispersion of CNT(Carbon nanotube). As a result, the cl intensity, which show the effect of oxidation, was decreased by CNT of 1 [wt%], and the density of semiconductive shield materials with CNT and EEA(Ethylene Ethyl Acrylate) is lower than that for commercial semiconductive shield materials. Also, the properties of dispersion showed an increase according to an increase in the ratio of CNT, and the properties were the best at 5 wt%. Therefore, excellent chemical, mechanical and structural properties can be improved with the small amount of CNT.

강연선과 아일랜드타입 전단키를 이용한 쉴드터널 체결기술 연구 (A Study on Shield Tunnel Assembling System Using a Cable and Island-Type Shear Key)

  • 본 연구에서는 볼트체결을 이용한 쉴드터널 세그먼트의 체결방식의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 새로운 세그먼트 체결기술을 개발하였다. 개발된 체결방식과 볼트체결방식에 대하여 구조검토와 수치해석 기법을 통해 세그먼트에 발생하는 역학적 거동을 평가하였다. 아일랜드타입 전단키는 기존 세그먼트 체결방식의 고인장력 볼트보다 높은 전단강도를 확보하였으며, 강연선에 의한 인장강도의 증대로 세그먼트 전체의 안정성 증가를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this paper, to obtain the material properties through the semiconducting shields of 22kV XLPE power cable. the water absorption TGA DSC and dielectric properties were respectively measured between semiconducting shield and XLPE. Especially, dielectric properties were measured with temperature variation. Above result, the water absorption was 1200 ppm and the ratio of carbon black was 40% in semiconducting shields. The dielectric constant was $10^3{\sim}10^5$, $tan{\delta}$ was $10^2{\sim}10^3{\Omega}cm$ and volume resistivity was $280{\sim}2.8{\times}10^3$.
