3대 동거형 아파트의 입주후 실태분석 -상계지역의 경우- (A Research on the Actual Condition of Living in the Three Generation Sharing Apartment Houses -A Case of Sang-Gye Area-)

  • The purpose of this survey was to find out the actual conditions of living and housing needs of three generation family in the sharing apartment houses in Sang-Gye area. 1. General family type was one which is living with single parent (female), middle-aged couple and their children togeter. 2. Their main mobility to move in this houses was because of the special design of sharing apartment houses. 3. Most of actual dwelling activities of old parents and middle aged couple were performed in condition of space-integration except a few activities. 4. The "Space-compromise type" was proved as the most ideal type of three generation sharing house in our country. In which, private spaces (such as bed rooms and bath rooms) are planned to be used seperately, public spaces (such as living room and dining room) together. 5. It would be better if massionette type was taken in the case of more than 30 pyung (net area).net area).

  • This study aims to offer basic data for development of the three generations sharing house plan, through finding out the relationship between family characteristics and the housing needs of the middle aged living in the middle and small cities. The 1029 questionnaires were used for this study, and data were analysed by canonical correlation analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression. The results are as follows. Their family characteristics influence housing needs for the three generations sharing house. Especially groups of female, neuclear family, family of higher S.E.S., less number of children. family living in the apartment houses and owner occupied house prefer more privacy between generations in the three generations sharing house.

A Strategy for Multi-target Paths Coverage by Improving Individual Information Sharing

  • The multi-population genetic algorithm in multi-target paths coverage has become a top choice for many test engineers. Also, information sharing strategy can improve the efficiency of multi-population genetic algorithm to generate multi-target test data; however, there is still space for some improvements in several aspects, which will affect the effectiveness of covering the target path set. Therefore, a multi-target paths coverage strategy is proposed by improving multi-population genetic algorithm based on individual information sharing among populations. It primarily contains three aspects. Firstly, the behavior of the sub-population covering corresponding target path is improved, so that it can continue to try to cover other sub-paths after covering the current target path, so as to take full advantage of population resources; Secondly, the populations initialized are prioritized according to the matching process, so that those sub-populations with better path coverage rate are executed firstly. Thirdly, for difficultly-covered paths, the individual chromosome features which can cover the difficultly-covered paths are extracted by utilizing the data generated, so as to screen those individuals who can cover the difficultly-covered paths. In the experiments, several benchmark programs were employed to verify the accuracy of the method from different aspects and also compare with similar methods. The experimental results show that it takes less time to cover target paths by our approach than the similar ones, and achieves more efficient test case generation process. Finally, a plug-in prototype is given to implement the approach proposed.

  • 나고야의정서 또는 ABS의 목적은 생물유전자원의 이용에 따르는 대가를 실현시킴으로써 생물다양성을 유지하는데 있으나 아직까지 구체적으로 실현된 사례가 드물다. 이는 이익공유 방식을 둘러싼 논란과 생물유전자원 보유국과 이용국 또는 이용기업간의 정보 비대칭이 존재하기 때문이다. 본고에서는 주인-대리인 모형을 이용하여 정보 불확실성 하에서의 이익공유 방식을 분석하였다. 고정지출계약과 매출액 기준 로열티 방식 중 후자의 방식이 생물유전자원의 가치증대와 자원보전 측면에 우수한 인센티브 계약인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 향후 나고야의 정서 하에서 로열티 중심으로 상호협정조건 가이드라인이 마련될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Management: A Case Study in Vietnam

  • Corporate social responsibility for employees is associated with employees' requirements related to the work and the organization's ability to meet such needs. The study aims to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility for workers on employee management effectiveness amongst businesses in Vietnam. Using the quantitative method, through SEM linear structural model analysis, the research surveys 619 samples of employees at businesses in Vietnam. The study results show that corporate social responsibility for workers has both a direct and indirect impact on the effectiveness of employee management through intermediary factors such as organizational identity, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing of employees. In addition, the study also demonstrates that commitment has a positive correlation with both organizational identification and knowledge sharing of employees in the businesses. On that basis, the study proposes several recommendations to improve employee administration efficiency. This study's findings have shown the importance and impact of corporate social responsibility in many respects on employee administration efficiency. These are meaningful contributions in theoretical and practical aspects that help businesses get a more in-depth insight into employee administration and the need to care and promote corporate social responsibility for employees, which is an important basis for further research.

Green Supply Chain Integration and Technology Innovation Performance in SMEs: A Case Study in Indonesia

  • The purpose of the research to analyze SMEs' technological innovation performance in the Special Region of Yogyakarta based on green supply chains. This study's technology innovation performance is influenced by environmental management practices, green supply chain integration, and supply chain knowledge-sharing. This research is important because many SMEs are underdeveloped in terms of technology innovation performance. Technology innovation performance shows that innovation has a multi-dimensional ecological performance in organizations. Therefore, SMEs' sustainable supply chain could be achieved by managing operations, support, and information by focusing on environmental and social issues to maximize the entire chain. This study used primary data. The number of respondents in this study was 200 SMEs that have implemented green supply chain management practices. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique tool used is a two-step approach to SEM-AMOS. The results of this study indicate that SMEs are willing to implement a green supply chain to increase their performance. The technological innovation performance model of this study is acceptable. The findings of this research suggest that companies must be encouraged to maintain and increase the implementation of green supply chain integration and better supply chain knowledge-sharing with improved technological innovation performance enhancements.

A Nexus among Strategic Orientation, Social Network, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Innovation, and MSMEs Performance

  • This study wants to test the nexus among resource orientation, market orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing toward organizational innovation, and the nexus between organizational innovation and MSMEs performance. Questionnaires and interviews are conducted with some MSMEs actors in Central Java Province, Indonesia, in Klaten Regency and Pekalongan City. These two areas have creative MSMEs, especially Batik MSMEs that have been very large and known worldwide. The sampling technique is done purposively with certain criteria for the respondents. The data analysis technique is done using Partial Least Square. This study provides recommendations about strategic practice and policy (resource and market), social network, and knowledge sharing in increasing organizational innovation, and the impact of organizational innovation toward MSMEs performance. It also offers a comprehensive model of the determinant factor of organizational innovation by considering the aspect of strategic orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing. Other unique aspects that are also important to consider are social network and the importance of knowledge sharing in improving MSMEs Performance. The respondents are still limited in two areas, namely, Pekalongan and Klaten, so it still cannot represent the whole population. These areas also have different orientation of production process approach, namely, synthetic and natural dyes.

배려와 나눔 실천을 위한 가정과 교수·학습 과정안 개발과 평가 - 고등학교 기술·가정 '가족이 여는 행복한 가정생활 문화' 단원을 중심으로 - (Development and Evaluation of Home Economics Teaching·Learning process plan for the practice of Caring and Sharing - Focusing on 'Happy Family Life and Culture Led by Family' Unit of High School Technology and Home Economics -)

  • 본 연구는 급변하는 교육환경에서 더욱 요구되는 인성을 갖춘 학습자 역량을 기르기 위해 고등학교 기술 가정 교과서 '가족이 여는 행복한 가정생활 문화' 단원을 중심으로 배려와 나눔 실천 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하여 평가하였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 크게 배려와 나눔 실천 교수 학습 과정안 테마 I과 II 개발, 학생 활동 및 결과물 평가, 사전 사후 설문지 평가 3부분으로, 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 13차시분의 배려와 나눔 실천 교수 학습 과정안은 테마I(나눔으로 통하는 배려)과 테마 II(실천으로 통하는 배려)로 나누어, 테마 I은 '건강한 가족문화'와 '지속가능한 소비생활 문화' 단원을 중심으로 총 5차시분을, 테마 II는 '의식주 생활 속 배려와 나눔' 단원을 중심으로 총 8차시분을 개발하였다. 둘째, 테마 I에서 추출된 배려와 나눔 실천 요소(소통, 감사, 용기, 사랑, 공감, 환경)를 우리나라 가정생활에서 실천할 수 있도록 다양한 가족의 상황(맞벌이, 한부모, 다문화, 장애인, 3세대, 수험생 가족)에 맞게 테마 II에 적용한 결과, 스마트 기기를 활용한 모둠별 활동이 활발하게 이루어졌으며 가족과 이웃 그리고 환경을 고려한 배려와 나눔 실천 활동이 매우 다양한 형태로 이루어졌다. 셋째, 사전 검사로 실시한 청소년 인성 측정 문항의 요인 분석 결과 자아인식, 배려와 나눔 인식, 배려와 나눔 실천 3가지 요인으로 나타났으며, 연구 대상자의 가족관계 만족도나 학교생활 만족도가 높을수록 세 인성 변수간 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 배려와 나눔 실천 수업 활동 결과, 다양한 측면에서 긍정적으로 적용되었고 배려심, 배려와 나눔 실천 능력 향상과 인성 함양에도 도움이 되었다. 학생들은 배려와 나눔 실천 수업을 통해 배려와 나눔 실천의 중요성과 필요성을 알게 되었고 실천에 대해 더욱 관심 갖게 되었으며, 연구자 역시 배려와 나눔 실천 활동 수업이 학생들로 하여금 일상 생활에서도 배려와 나눔 공동체 문화를 형성하는데 도움을 주었고 인성함양에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다는 것에 큰 의미를 두고 수업을 진행하는 내내 보람과 행복감을 느꼈다. 이에 따라 가정 교과가 인성교육이 체계적으로 이루어지고 있는 가장 적합한 교과로 자리매김 하는데 기여하기를 기대한다.

연구조직에서의 상사에 대한 신뢰와 지식공유활동이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

  • This study tries to testify that how much knowledge sharing behavior affects organizational effectiveness and is affected by the supervisory trust empirically. The results show that the higher the supervisory trust was the higher the level of knowledge sharing behavior and ultimately, organizational effectiveness is improved. Specially, the supervisory trust affects job-related knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing system behavior. The knowledge sharing culture, however, is no relation with the supervisory trust. Job-related knowledge sharing behavior influenced both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. But knowledge sharing system influenced only job satisfaction and knowledge sharing culture influenced only organization at commitment. The implication from this paper is that knowledge sharing improves the organizational effectiveness and the supervisory trust is important for knowledge sharing in R&D organization.

Why do We Share Information? Explaining Information Sharing Behavior through a New Conceptual Model between Sharer to Receiver within SNS

  • Social networking services (SNS) is an indispensable method in order to obtain information of the Internet participants. The study identified three variables of social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust in terms of social capital theory (SCT) and reviewed intention& behavior variables in terms of theory of planned behavior (TPB). The data were collected from 330 samples of SNS user, and were involved, and the research model uses AMOS to make confirmatory factor analysis. The findings confirmed our hypothesis that social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust affect individuals' behaviors to sharing information. This study emphasizes that not only social media communication but also sharing culture to SNS can stimulate information sharing. while previous research has predominately focused on personal cognition or social network, the study examines the integrated influence of communication, culture and trust on information sharing in SNS. In sum, by explicating the unique role of social capital, this paper aims at contributing to the continued development and success of SNS in general.
