  • Recently, there has been a growing market for shared mobility businesses that share 'transport' such as cars and bikes, and many operators offer a variety of services. However, if the fare can not be charged normally because of security vulnerability, the operator can not continue the business. So there should be no security loopholes. However, there is a lack of awareness and research on shared mobility security. In this paper, we analyzed security vulnerabilities exposed in application log of shared bike service in Korea. We could easily obtain the password of the bike lock and the encryption key of the AES-128 algorithm through the log, and confirmed the data generation process for unlocking using software reverse engineering. It is shown that the service can be used without charge with a success rate of 100%. This implies that the importance of security in shared mobility business and new security measures are needed.

  • Online signature verification is one of the simple and efficient methods of identity verification and has less resistance than other biometric technologies. To handle signature verification as a classification problem, it is necessary to gather forgery signatures, which is not easy in most practical applications. It is not easy to obtain a large number of genuine signatures either. In this paper, one class SVM is used to tackle the forgery signature problem and someone else's signatures are used as general handwriting data to solve the genuine signature problem. Someone else's signature does not share shape-based features with the signature to be verified, but it contains the general characteristics of a signature and useful in verification. Verification rate can be improved by using the general handwriting data, which can be confirmed through the experimental results.

  • Mendeley readership data could be used to understand how research outcome be spent outside of academia in multi way. So it could be utilized to understand unknown world which citation rate could not explain still now. This study, by conducting a country network analysis using Mendeley's co readership data about articles of Korea related research, clusters countries that share common academic interest. As a result, the US and other advanced countries in all fields showed high overall and regional centrality, indicating that they have overall cooperation and potential for exchange of Korea related studies. Some developing countries have shown high regional centrality and are linked to common academic interests. In the medical and social sciences, the OECD and developing countries have formed a separate group of readers, and the engineering sector has been characterized by emerging developing countries as a large community of readers. In addition, engineering science field has shown that network density is relatively high, so there might be high possibility of academic exchanges, knowledge dissemination and cooperation among countries.

  • Nowadays an instability of the exchange rate on accounts of global finance crisis brings on a lot of an economic damage such as recession, decreasing of total trade and so on. However some countries which belong to be membership of the eurozone could escape economic slump shortly and easier than others. The reason for this is that they share with the Euro as a their own currency which is the second vehicle currency all of the world. This paper analyzes the correlation of joining the Euro zone and trade with pooled OLS, random effect estimation, and fixed effect estimation. A membership of the Euro zone are able to increase trade 11.3% ~ 25.3% one another on average since some country belongs to the Euro zone. It is very important for some countries which have a plan to affiliate the Euro zone sooner or later to realize economic effect because of a protection of the Euro zone as well as political power.

  • The construction and operation of industrial automation has been actively taking place from manufacturing plan to production for improving operational efficiency of production line and flexibility of equipment. ISO/TC184 is standardizing on operating methods that can share information of programmable device controllers such as PLC and IoT that are geographically distributed in the production line. In this study, the design of the cell controller consists of PLC group and IoT group that perform signals such as temperature sensors, gas sensors, and pressure sensors for thermal processes and corresponding motors or valves. The operation and analysis of the cell controller were performed using SDN(Software Defined Network) and the three types of process services performed in thermal processes are real-time transmission service, loss-sensitive large-capacity transmission service, and normal transmission service. The simulation result showed that the average loss rate improved by about 17% when the traffic increased before and after the application of the SDN route technique, and the delay in the real-time service was as low as 1 ms.

  • The nations of East Asia have similar historical backgrounds in terms of going through modernization during the nineteenth century. All of them commonly experienced socio-political hardships. Three of the most prosperous East Asian new religions, Yiguandao, Tenrikyo, and Daesoon Jinrihoe, all emerged under similar socio-political circumstances during the nineteenth century. There was no mutual interchange, but the cosmological perspectives share some analogous ideology. All of them were types of nativist millennialism. The ultimate goal in all three is redeeming lost elements by magical means-the sudden disappearance of invading forces, the return of mystical heroes or messiahs, and an altered landscape. As Stark said, although it is impossible to calculate the actual rate of success, probably no more than one religious movement out of 1,000 will attract more than 100,000 followers and last for as long as a century. By this standard, these three groups are certainly worthy of being studied. This paper will examine and compare these three groups through four dimensions: the Messiah's eschatology, the re-interpretation of that eschatology after the Messiah's death, the rational transformations of millennial dreams, and the institutionalization of those millennial dreams. Analytically, I could demonstrate the differences among these groups through two dimensions: (1) The dimension of time, which can be conceptualized in terms of this-worldly or other-worldly; and (2) Collective vision, which can be conceptualized in terms of utopia or reform. The cross-classification of these two dimensions is suggestive of the general avenues of Millennialism. Through these comparisons and observations, light will be shed on the essence and dynamics of East Asian Millennialist Thought by exploring deeper cultural implications.

  • The government introduced a waste disposal share system to reduce the annual increase in construction waste and to increase the recycling rate. As a result, the cost of waste treatment by public institutions is growing inevitably, causing disagreements and disputes between the public owner and the construction waste treatment company. They are also arguing for an increase in construction waste disposal costs. Therefore, in this study, an on-site survey was conducted to identify the current construction waste management problems and to find improvements. The survey was conducted for supervisors of public institutions, construction companies, and those related to waste treatment companies. The survey results were analyzed by dividing the construction waste management, regulations, treatment cost, and treatment method. The results of this study were used as primary data for changes in the construction waste guidelines and waste treatment costs of public institutions.

  • Biological data mining has been noticed as an issue as the volume of biological data is increasing extremely. Grid technology can share and utilize computing data and resources. In this paper, we propose a hybrid system that combines biological data mining with grid technology. Especially, we propose a decision range adjustment algorithm for processing efficiency of biological data mining. We obtain a reliable data mining recognition rate automatically and rapidly through this algorithm. And communication loads and resource allocation are key issues in grid environment because the resources are geographically distributed and interacted with themselves. Therefore, we propose a dynamic load balancing algorithm and apply it to the grid-based biological data mining method. For performance evaluation, we measure average processing time, average communication time, and average resource utilization. Experimental results show that this method provides many advantages in aspects of processing time and cost.

  • Korea is facing a number difficulties arising from rising housing prices. As 'housing' takes the lion's share in personal assets, many difficulties are expected to arise from fluctuating housing prices. The purpose of this study is creating housing price prediction model to prevent such risks and induce reasonable real estate purchases. This study made many attempts for understanding real estate instability and creating appropriate housing price prediction model. This study predicted and validated housing prices by using the LSTM technique - a type of Artificial Intelligence deep learning technology. LSTM is a network in which cell state and hidden state are recursively calculated in a structure which added cell state, which is conveyor belt role, to the existing RNN's hidden state. The real sale prices of apartments in autonomous districts ranging from January 2006 to December 2019 were collected through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's real sale price open system and basic apartment and commercial district information were collected through the Public Data Portal and the Seoul Metropolitan City Data. The collected real sale price data were scaled based on monthly average sale price and a total of 168 data were organized by preprocessing respective data based on address. In order to predict prices, the LSTM implementation process was conducted by setting training period as 29 months (April 2015 to August 2017), validation period as 13 months (September 2017 to September 2018), and test period as 13 months (December 2018 to December 2019) according to time series data set. As a result of this study for predicting 'prices', there have been the following results. Firstly, this study obtained 76 percent of prediction similarity. We tried to design a prediction model of real estate transaction price with the LSTM Model based on AI and Bigdata. The final prediction model was created by collecting time series data, which identified the fact that 76 percent model can be made. This validated that predicting rate of return through the LSTM method can gain reliability.

  • In densely urban areas, features such as the sewer system, buildings and river banks have an effect on flow dynamics and flood propagation, and will therefore be accounted for in the model set-up. While two-dimensional (2D) flood models of urban areas are at the forefront of current research into flood inundation mechanisms, they are however constrained by inadequate parameters of topography, and insufficient and inaccurate data. In this study, an urban flood model (overland flow, 2D urban flood flow and sewer flow) was combined and applied at Samcheok city which was damaged by inundation in 2002, in order to simulate inundation depth. The influence of buildings and pumping capacity was also analyzed to estimate the inundated depth in the study area. As a result, it was found that urban inundated depth are affected by pumping capacity directly and it increased about 20-30 cm on most of the modeled area with a building share rate of 0.2-0.6 per unit grid.
