Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate e-EBPP(Evidence-based Practice Protocol) system for nursing care for patients with dementia to facilitate the best evidence-based decision in their dementia care settings. Method: The system was developed based on system development life cycle and software prototyping using the following 5 processes: Analysis, Planning, Developing, Program Operation, and Final Evaluation. Result: The system consisted of modules for evidence-based nursing and protocol, guide for developing protocol, tool for saving, revising, and deleting the protocol, interface tool among users, and tool for evaluating users' satisfaction of the system. On the main page, there were 7 menu bars that consisted of Introduction of site, EBN info, Dementia info, Evidence Based Practice Protocol, Protocol Bank, Community, and Site Link. In the operation of the system, HTML, JavaScript, and Flash were utilized and the content consisted of text content, interactive content, animation, and quiz. Conclusion: This system can support nurses' best and cost-effective clinical decision using sharable standardized protocols consisting of the best evidence in dementia care. In addition, it can be utilized as an e-learning program for nurses and nursing students to learn use of evidence based information.

웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 국제적 표준인 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 높은 재사용성과 유지보수성을 극대화하기 위해 컴포넌트 개발 방법론(Component Based Development)을 적용해서 체계적으로 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템에 초점둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 방법론중에서 Unified Process를 이용하여 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의하고 SCORM기반의 메타데이터를 이용한 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 한다. 이를 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠 제공을 함으로써 재사용성 향상으로 교수-학습지원 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하고자 한다.

웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 교육 컨텐츠의 재사용을 높이기 위해 국제적 학습 표준인 SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 하나의 플랫폼에 있어서 시스템 개발 중 다른 플랫폼으로의 재사용이 가능한 핵심자산을 이용하여 조립, 생산할 수 있는 방안으로 체계적인 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템 개발에 초점을 둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서의 교육적 도메인으로 접근하여 MDA(Model Driven Architecture)상의 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의한다. 또한 학습컨텐츠 표준 메타데이터를 이용하여 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 하고 MDA 자동화 툴을 이용한 핵심자산을 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 교수-학습지원 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

재사용 및 의미공유가 가능한 가공 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서는 의미적 메타데이터 관리가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 가공 데이터를 위한 의미적 데이터 모델링 프로세스를 개발하였다. 이것은 기존의 데이터 모델들과 메타데이터 레지스트리를 다루는 ISO/IEC 11179 표준을 복합한 것이다. 데이터의 의미적 상호운용성을 확보하기 위해서 데이터 요소 이름을 구성하는 객체 클래스 이름과 특성 이름들은 기존의 데이터 모델을 이용해서 식별하고, 데이터 요소의 명명과 명세는 ISO/IEC 11179에 근거해서 이루어진다. 방전가공이라는 기계가공에 실험적으로 적용함으로써 방법론을 설명하였다.

In order to provide a tailored education for learners within the ubiquitous environment, it is critical to undertake an analysis of the learning activities of learners. For this purpose, SCORM (Sharable Contents Object Reference Model), IMS LD (Instructional Management System Learning Design) and other standards provide learning design support functions, such as, progress checks. However, in order to apply these types of standards, contents packaging is required, and due to the complicated standard dimensions, the facilitation level is lower than the work volume when developing the contents and this requires additional work when revision becomes necessary. In addition, since the learning results are managed by the server there is the problem of the OS being unable to save data when the network is cut off. In this study, a system is realized to manage the actions of learners through the event interception of a web-browser by using event hooking. Through this technique, all HTMLbased contents can be facilitated again without additional work and saving and analysis of learning results are available to improve the problems following the application of standards. Furthermore, the ubiquitous learning environment can be supported by tracking down learning results when the network is cut off.

The core purpose of the system proposed in this paper is to help learners pursue proactive and self-oriented education by allowing learners to proactively configure their own content, that is, learners no longer have to be restricted by prescribed sequence of lectures. Although a variety of standardization and Learning Management System (LMS) were produced to develop and effectively manage web contents in response to active diffusion of internet application, practical changes to assist online learners are not yet to be found. In this paper, I would like to introduce a LMS that can support self-leading education by providing various types of learners at Virtual University with delicately organized educational contents for maximum efficiency. The system allows a learner to select a lecture or a chapter which has been presorted to meet his educational needs and intellectual ability. In general, most LMSs cannot meet every individual's educational needs because they structure their programs by letting learners simply choose from a list of available lectures at prescribed level or difficulty. However the Self-Leading LMS eliminates such boundaries by allowing learners to choose contents and difficulty within the limit set by their own educational competence.

이 논문에서는 국제 학습 콘텐츠 표준인 SCORM을 지원하는 공개 소프트웨어 기반의 학습관리 시스템을 구축하기 위해, 기존 학습 관리 시스템을 비교 분석하여 무들(Moodle)을 선정하였고 학사관리시스템, 스트리밍서비스 등의 기존 시스템들과 연동 운용함으로써, 공개 소프트웨어 기반 학습관리 시스템의 현실적 가능성을 보였다. 공개 학습 관리 시스템인 무들은 모듈화 구조를 수용해 사용의 편의성과 확장성을 충분히 제공하고 있으며, SCORM지원을 원활하게 하고 있다. 또한, 사회적 구성주의 학습 이론을 기반으로 설계, 구현되어 있다는 중요한 장점을 갖고 있다. 이 연구는 학습 관리 시스템을 포함한 공개S/W 기반 e-Learning시스템 구축이 안정적으로 가능하다는 것을 보였다.

의료분야에서의 품질 관리의 중요성이 강화되면서 임상의사결정지원 시스템의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이로 인하여, 대형병원 뿐만 아니라 규모가 작은 지역 병원에서도 임상의사결정지원 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 임상의사결정지원 시스템 구축은 지식저작과 정보시스템 구축, 기존 시스템과의 연동 등 다양한 활동이 필요한 작업으로 비용과 복잡도가 크다. 본 논문에서는 재사용 및 상호운영성을 보장할 수 있는 의료 지식과 재사용할 수 있는 임상의사결정 지원시스템 구축에 필요한 아키텍처를 구현한다. 3개 병원에 제안한 아키텍처 적용 결과를 바탕으로 아키텍처의 실무 적용 가능성 및 유용성을 검증한다.

최근 디지털 지식기반 사회에 대응하는 교육의 형태로 e-Learning이 교육적 대안으로 급부상하면서, 시스템의 상호 운영성 및 컨텐츠 명세, 활용을 지원하기 위한 표준화에 따른 연구가 국내외에서 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 특히, 국제표준기관에서 제시한 e-Learning 개발 환경을 위한 Learning Technology Standard Architecture(LTSA)와 Sharable Content Object Reference Model(SCORM)을 제정하여 컨텐츠의 사용과 상호 호환을 가능하게 함으로써 e-Learning의 효율성을 증대시키고 산업 시장의 확장을 이룰 수 있다. 또한, 현재 많은 교육관련 업체에서는 SCORM 체계를 기반으로 한 학습 컨텐츠들을 개발하여 제공하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국제 표준 기술인 SCORM을 기반으로 개발된 학습 컨텐츠를 체계적으로 지원하기 위해 컨텐츠 관리 시스템 개발에 대한 기술을 정의하고, 다양한 관점의 컨텐츠 메타 데이터를 식별, 분류함으로써 컨텐츠의 생성과 저장, 검색 나아가 형상관리를 위한 기본 정보로 이용 가능하다. 또한 이들 메타 데이터를 기반으로 한 학습 컨텐츠 관리 시스템의 프로토타이핑을 제시함으로써 재사용성과 유지보수성 향상을 통해 컨텐츠 개발의 용이성과 품질 및 생산성을 높일 수 있다.

SCORM의 데이터 모델을 확장하여 학습자의 학습특성에 따라 학습 컨텐츠를 차별적으로 제공할 수 있는 적응형 학습관리 시스템을 제안하였다. SCORM의 데이터 모델 확장과 학습자의 진단-처방처리 절차를 정립하여 IEEE에서 제시한 표준 학습관리 시스템의 아키텍쳐(LTSA)에 추가시켜 시스템을 설계하였으며, 컨텐츠 메타데이터를 확장하였고. 학습진행 동안에 컨텐츠를 동적으로 순서를 정하게 하는 패키징을 정의하여 이를 기반으로 적응형 학습관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 실험 컨텐츠를 이용해 시스템의 성능을 평가한 결과, 학습자의 특성에 따라 개별적인 학습컨텐츠가 제공되었고, SCORM을 확장하여 적응형 학습관리 시스템을 구현하는 것이 가능함을 보여 주었다.
