Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a CD-ROM title for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence in middle school students. Method: The process for developing the CD-ROM title consisted of 10 steps proposed by Alessi and Trollip. Results: This CD-ROM title was composed of 4 domains, 11 subjects, and 31 detailed subjects. The 4 domains were: 1) understanding of sexual harassment and violence, 2) cases of sexual harassment and violence, 3) prevention and coping strategies, and 4) sexual knowledge. The subjects included texts, and the detailed subjects included graphics, animations, videos, and pictures. Conclusion: This CD-ROM may reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment and violence and accommodate enriched humanity in middle school students.

본 연구는 대학생의 성폭력 인식도 및 성폭력 피해경험과의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 제주특별자치도내 위치한 4개 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 408명이었으며, 성폭력 인식도척도, 성폭력피해경험척도, 성폭력 허용도 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 상관분석 결과 성폭력 인식도와 성폭력 허용도와는 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈고, 성폭력 인식도와 성폭력 피해경험과 역시 유의한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 이는 성폭력 인식도가 높을수록 성폭력 허용도와 성폭력 피해는 낮아진다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 둘째 성폭력 인식도와 성폭력 피해경험의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도가 매개 효과가 어떠한지를 알아보기 위해 연구모형과 경쟁모형으로 나누어 실시한 결과 성폭력 인식도는 성폭력 피해경험에 직접 영향을 주지 않았고, 성폭력 허용도를 매개로 영향을 미치고 있어, 완전매개 모형인 연구모형이 선택되었다. 즉, 성폭력 허용도가 성폭력 인식도와 성폭력 피해경험의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 성폭력 인식도가 성폭력 피해경험에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기 보다는 성폭력 허용도를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 성폭력 인식도가 잘 정립될수록 성폭력 허용도가 낮아지고, 결국 낮아진 성폭력 허용도 때문에 성폭력 피해가 감소할 수 있게 된다는 것이다. 그러므로 성폭력 인식도를 높일 수 있는 방법으로는 성폭력 예방교육을 체계적으로 실시해야 할 것이다. 성폭력 예방교육은 데이트 관계에 있는 남녀 대학생들이 개인의 성폭력 허용도 수준을 고려하여 그들의 인권적으로 성숙해지고, 정서적으로 적절한 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 이끌어 줌으로써 성폭력 피해를 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 제주특별자치도에 거주하는 대학생을 대상을 실시하여 일반화 시키는데는 한계가 있으므로 후속연구에서는 이를 보완하기 위하여 다양하고 광범위한 대상으로 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

이 연구는 자녀가 성장과정에서 가정폭력을 목격하는 것이 성장후 데이트 성폭력에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 성역할태도가 매개역할을 한다는 점을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울 시내 남자 대학생 193명, 여자 대학생 190명을 대상으로 가정폭력 목격, 데이트 성폭력 가해 및 피해경험, 가부장적 성역할태도를 측정하였다. 모형의 검증을 위하여 구조방정식(SEM)을 통해 적합도를 검증하고 유의한 경로를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 남자의 데이트 성폭력 가해경험 관련하여, 가정폭력 목격이 데이트 성폭력 가해경험에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 성역할태도를 매개로 가해경험을 유발하기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여자의 데이트 성폭력 피해경험 관련하여, 가정폭력 목격이 데이트 성폭력 피해경험에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 가부장적 성역할태도를 매개로 피해경험을 유발하기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성장과정에서 가정폭력을 목격하는 것이 자녀의 성역할태도에 영향을 미쳐서 친밀한 관계에서의 성폭력 문제를 유발한다는 것을 보여준다.

이 논문에서 필자는 가장 오래된 남성폭력의 기술화 버전이라 할 수 있는 디지털 성폭력에 대한 철학적 담론을 개진해보고자 한다. 첫 번째로 불법 도촬 카메라의 전방위적 공간성의 작동방식과 디지털 데이터 베이스로 전환된 새로운 시간성의 구조를 분석할 것이다. 나아가 디지털 성폭력과 사이버 성폭력 개념이 혼용되어 사용되고 있는 현재 담론지형에 개입해 들어가 볼 것이다. 두 번째로 정보통신기술의 발달과 사물 인터넷에 기반한 초연결성을 통해, 불법 도촬 카메라의 설치와 촬영이라는 물리적 공간에서의 활동이 사이버 공간이라는 디지털 매트릭스로 즉각 편입이 가능해짐으로써 여성신체이미지가 디지털 재화로 기능하는 측면을 분석할 것이다. 세 번째로 필자는 디지털 성폭력이라는 피해경험을 재언어화하기 위해, 새로운 감정구조를 고안해보고자 한다. 즉 성적 수치심이 아닌, 성적 불쾌감, 사회적 분노감이라는 다층화된 감정구조로의 이행을 통해, 피해자다움이라는 프레임에 갇힌 약자의 전형화에서 벗어나도록 한다. 새로운 감정 양식은 저항적, 도전적 신체 감응 양식의 창출을 도모함으로써 더 이상 사라져야할 자는 피해자가 아닌, 가해자들임을, 수치의 몫은 피해자가 아닌 가해자에게 부과해야하는 것임을 낱낱이 드러낼 것이다. 나아가 디지털 성폭력에 대한 대항실천은 한 개인의 문제가 아닌 공공성의 문제이자 정치적 시민권의 실행에 관한 문제로서 접근되어야한다.

최근 발생하는 성폭력 범죄는 그 유형이 다양하고 꾸준한 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 성폭력 범죄는 재범과 다른 범죄로 이어질 가능성이 높아 범죄의 심각성을 나타내고 있다. 성폭력 범죄는 범죄의 발생 장소나 시간, 유형이 다양하고 복잡하지만 이들 관계를 효과적으로 표현하는 온톨로지를 설계한다면 적절한 대처방안을 고려 할 수 있는 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위한 성폭력 범죄를 방지하는 접근법과 효과적인 대처방안을 제시하는 지원체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 성폭력 범죄의 실태를 알아보며 성폭력 범죄 분석을 위한 용어들을 개념화하고 연관 관계를 정의하여 온톨로지를 설계하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of traditional korean medical doctors (TKMD) who have treated victims of sexual violence by collecting their qualitative data that cannot be obtained with statistical data. Methods : In-depth interviews were conducted with semi-structured questionnaires for each of 5 TKMDs who had experiences in treating sexual violence victims. For analysis, the interviews were recorded along with their facial expressions and actions during the interview process, and all collected data were analyzed by colaizzi's method. In each process, a 'phenomenological reduction' was applied. Results : The identity of TKMD's experience of treating sexual violence victims was structured into 25 themes, 9 theme clusters, and 4 categories. The 4 categories included 'Professionalism and sense of efficacy', 'Personal life experiences and mental trauma treatment experiences that are mutually influencing each other', 'Factors needed to increase TKMD's participation in treatment of sexual violence victims', 'Deriving the future strategy of traditional korean medicine'. Conclusions : This study derived the essence and meaning of TKMDs' experiences in treating sexual violence victims, and presented future directions of traditional korean medicine in this field. It is expected that the results of this study would be used as the basis for establishing the traditional korean medical support system for sexual violence victims in the context of the korean medical system.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to prepare basic data to build an Oriental medicine support system for sexual violence victims through a survey on perceptions of Korean medical doctors about sexual violence. Methods: From 18 September 2019 to 24 September 2019, the online survey was conducted by both Korean medical doctors and students of the Korean Medical College. Thereafter, a quantitative statistical analysis was conducted on data from a total of 1,011 respondents, including 749 doctors and 262 students. Results and Conclusions: Many of the doctors and the students who answered were not fully aware of public services and legal systems related to sexual violence. Most Korean doctors had very little experience in treating victims of sexual violence. Most respondents thought that the number of designated Oriental medicine institutions for sexual violence victims should increase, and related education and Oriental medicine manuals would be essential. Most respondents said that information about trauma treatment would be essential. In addition, the Korean medicine group showed overall good scores in the perception of sexual violence. However, there were statistically significant differences in perception between males and female, and among age groups. We hope that this study could be used as basic data for establishing an Oriental medicine support system for sexual violence victims.

본 연구의 목적은 운동부 성폭력 실태 분석을 통하여 성폭력 문제 해결을 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 조사는 2010년 대한체육회에 등록된 전국 초 중 고 및 대학 일반 운동선수와 지도자 및 학부모 등 총 2,041명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 내용은 첫째, 최근 1년간의 성폭력 실태를 파악하였고, 둘째, 운동선수들의 성폭력에 대한 대처 및 태도를 중심으로 근원적인 문제점을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 성폭력에 대한 예방실태를 바탕으로 문제해결을 위한 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 성폭력 실태를 통하여 성폭력 방지를 위한 정책 수립에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 연구의 가치가 있다고 할 수 있다. 결과적으로 운동부 성폭력은 단순한 선수 개인의 문제가 아니라, 학교, 가정, 지역사회, 정부 등 여러 가지 요소가 결합되어 나타나는 종합적인 문제이기 때문에 유관단체들의 종합적이고 체계적인 대책이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

The study, recognizing the seriousness of such second-convictions of sexual violence offenders and supplementing the problems noticed from an integral electronic monitoring anklet, which only offers simple location information, would like to propose a Prevention System against Second-Convictions of Sexual Violence Offenders by using Smart Electronic Monitoring Anklet. Proposed System is anticipated to be able to prevent second-convictions of sexual violence offenders as the data of offenders from Smart Electronic Monitoring Anklet with various sensors and the data from Integrated DB of Judicial Authorities is comparatively analyzed, allowing anticipative actions at each stage based on the analyzed data regarding sexual violence.

The objective of this study was to investigate the experience and perception of sexual violence based on the right to women's body. For empirical analysis the data on 376 female students and 320 male students on two universities were collected. The major findings were as follows; Most of male students usually did sexual violence to women and lots of female students easily were invaded her right to body. The range of conception which the students perceived as sexual violence was wider than that of related laws Thus in order to secure sexual equity this study proposed that laws should reflect widely the right to women's body and that male students should be educated to respect it.
