Objectives : The aim of this study is to suggest a direction for sexual education suitable for the aged by analyzing senior citizens' perception level and analyzing the demand for sexual education among the elderly, such as their feelings on the necessity of sexual education and the patterns of sex education. Methods : The population of this survey targeted elderly residents aged over 60 who are taking lectures at 4 university lifelong education centers that are located in Busan. The period of data collection was from May 10, 2013 to May 30, 2013. The methods of analyzing data were frequency analysis, t-test, and correlation analysis. Results : The general characteristic of the survey were that it included 60 men (41.1%) and 86 women(58.9%). As a result of the comparison of sexual perceptions and sexual-education demand according to gender, it was found that men had greater sexual perception and greater need for sexual education than did women. A correlation according to sexual-life perception and sexual-education demand showed a positive relationship and was statistically significant as well. Conclusions : This study will form a basis for formation of a direction for the development of sexual education programs.

The mean score FSFI, sexual knowledge, sexual satisfaction were $14.82{\pm}5.74$, $11.25{\pm}2.67$, $45.84{\pm}8.60$, respectively. The score for sexual dysfunction showed significant difference age(F=3.52, p=.031) and health status(F=3.66, p=.013). Purpose: With the development of media, the ways adolescents can obtain information related to sexual health have diversified. Prior quantitative research on adolescents' sexual health information seeking behaviors (HISB) has limitations in grasping the details, and sexual issues of adolescents have tended to be underreported in quantitative studies. It is necessary to explore sexual HISB through an integrative review of qualitative research. The aim of the study was to analyze the literature on sexual HISB among adolescents, focusing on qualitative research. Methods: An integrative review was undertaken to explore the studies conducted between 2009 and 2018 that addressed sexual HISB such as source preferences, perceived trustworthiness, and tendency according to age and gender among adolescents. Results: Seven studies met the selection criteria and were analyzed according different sexual HISB. It was identified that adolescents preferred trustworthy sources and had a pattern of reviewing and comparing the content among diverse sources to confirm the quality of the information. Female adolescents valued privacy and confidentiality, while male adolescents would like to earn information along with their peers and perceived it as an opportunity to exchange their experiences and thoughts. Late adolescents preferred to seek sexual health information from peers and on the internet such as websites and social platforms compared to early adolescents. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it provides evidence that can be applied when developing programs for promoting sexual health in adolescents. It is suggested that programs should focus on building trustworthiness and consider differences in age and gender to improve the use of sexual health information among adolescents.

The mean age of first time sexual intercourse was 19.3 years old. Respondents reported the following health risks such as smoking, drinking, not exercising, no regular meal patterns, chronic disease status, and weight loss over 10 kg in the past three months showed significant differences by sexual intercourse experience (p<.01). Among those who had sexual intercourse experiences, 7.1% of them reported having a history of STDs and 11.6% reported a pregnancy or pregnancy of one's partner. The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, and reproductive health promoting behaviors of nursing college students. The research tools utilized were sexual knowledge measurement tool by Jeon(2004), sexual attitudes measurement tool by Ho(2009), and reproductive health promoting behaviors measurement tool by Jo(2014). A total of 300 nursing college students were surveyed, and 229 responses were analyzed. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's post hoc test and pearson's correlation coefficients with IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. Female students exhibited higher sexual knowledge, and it was evident that reproductive health promoting behavior education is appropriate during lower academic years. Additionally, the indication that higher sexual knowledge corresponds to higher reproductive health promoting behaviors suggests the ongoing necessity for sexual education to enhance reproductive health promoting behaviors. Therefore, this study could serve as foundational data for developing educational materials on reproductive health promoting behaviors for counseling and education aimed at improving nursing college students' reproductive health.
