Several research projects funded by National GIS Master Plan have started to produce several outcomes that need to be applied in the real world situation. 포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출 방식은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 산업 간 융합을 통한 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 인접 ODA 재원을 활용한 해외 진출을 가능하게 하고 국제 경쟁력을 보유한 산업과의 융합을 통한 선진국 진출을 가능하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 시장 확장의 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 산업 간 융합 방안을 수립하기 위해 먼저 복수의 해외 국가에 대한 상세 현황 조사를 수행하여 개발도상국 및 선진국의 수요를 분석하였다. 수요 분석 결과 산업 간 융합을 위해서 는 융합 용이성, 표준에 기반한 정보의 보안성, 열악한 인프라 극복, 다양한 수요 대응체계, 유지 보수체계의 마련이 필요하다는 것을 밝히고 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 기술적/방법론적/법제도적 융합 기반을 모색하였다.

In Korean Power Market, Cost-based Bidding Pool is maintaining the present condition because restructuring of electricity industry is holding. When this market is designed, Settlement rules for Pumped-storage power plant made unfairly by other power plants. These rules were considered contribution of Pumped-storage power plant to network operation. by the way, there are some discussion about Settlement rules modification. so in this paper, we calculated financial effect of power plant by modified rules. And when we modify market rules, we can offer numerical information.

The construction of bored tunnels in soft ground inevitably causes ground movements. In the urban environment these may be of particular significance, because of their influence on buildings, other tunnels and services. The prediction of ground movements and the assessment of the potential effects on the structures is therefore an essential aspect of planning, design and construction of a tunnelling project in the urban environment. In this study, to minimize the effect of tunnelling-Induced ground movements on the adjacent structures, a system for tile settlement risk management was developed. The GIS based risk assessment system for adjacent structures developed in this study consists of several modules such as building information module, settlement evaluation module, potential risk assessment module for adjacent structures, and analysis module for monitoring data. This system focuses on controlling and managing construction processes that may lead to settlement In the surrounding buildings and can contribute to producing the optimum technical and economic design.

BOLERO project and TradeCard System are attracted public attention as new settlement method that is able to substitute for documentary letter of credit. BOLERO is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions. TradeCard aim to make international business-to-business e-Commerce easy, fast, inexpensive and secure while innovating current documentary compliance and financial settlement mechanisms. The main purpose of this paper is to search the possibility of paperless trade. Since, this paper examine the international legal feasibility of these systems and compare the strength and weakness.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 지리정보체계(GIS, Geographic Information System) 기법을 활용하여 대규모매립지반의 장기적인 침하관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 새로운 접근방법을 제시함에 있으며, 또한 제시된 GIS 기법 등을 활용하여 선행재하공법이 적용된 인턴국제공항 부지 전체연약층의 향후 예상침하량을 추정하여 보았다. 이 과정에서 공사 중 및 현재까지 측정된 다양한 침하량 계측자료가 분석되었으며, 아울러 Nagaraj 등의 이론을 토대로 한 재압축 지수의 산정과 Mesri & Godlewski가 제시한 과압밀상태에서의 2차압밀계수재압축지수 사이의 비를 정의하는 관계식 등을 토대로 2차압밀계수의 결정이 이루어 졌다.

This paper presents a neural network based approach to disseminating information relating to experimental and field observations in engineering. Although the methodology is generic and can be applied to many areas of engineering science, attention is focussed here solely on geotechnical engineering applications. Field data relating to the settlement of foundations presented by Burland and Burbidge (1985) which led to their well known equation for calculation of settlement, now included in most text books, is re-visited. A part of the data, chosen randomly, is used to train an Artificial Neural Network (ANN), which relates foundation settlement to various causes as identified by the authors. Predictions are made for situations for which data were not used in training. These indicate sufficient accuracy when compared to the original field data. Accuracy of predictions is further improved when all the data are included in the training set. The finally trained ANN is shown to represent these data more accurately than the Burland and Burbidge equation. Based on the above heuristic example, an ANN is presented as an alternative to developing equations and design rules in geotechnical engineering practice. Significant advantages are shown to arise by using this methodology. Ease of updating the ANN, as and when additional data becomes available, being the most important one. Loss of transparency, however, seems to be the main disadvantage.

As the Internet settles down as a general means, every year the domestic e-commerce transaction using the internet rapidly increases in its scale, and the conflicts occurred from the e-commerce largely grow as well. However, it is true that the clear settlement means to work out such conflicts is not established yet. Considering the feature of e-commerce, it would be better to resolve them by ADR rather than by lawsuits in the court, and in addition to it, the ODR system having sweetness as its advantage will be the optimized model. But to make the ODR settled down, there are many assignments to be improved in many aspects afterwards. In case of our country also, since the ODR system is still its early developing step, it is not activized yet due to its weak technical, lawful environments. Thus, currently, it is unavoidable to operate the dispute mediation system, carrying out a system by the existing Off-line together, and thereby, as we replace the parts worked out by the Off-line with by the On-line, we must try to develop it into a quick, cheap, and reliable dispute settlement system.

It was 1976 when the preparation of consolidated financial sheet was first prescribed in this nation. Since then, the prescription has been revised several times. Revised in April 1992, enforcement regulations of the Securities Exchange Act provided that every listed corporation has its consolidated financial sheets and an auditor's opinion about them attached to its business report. In other words, the outside audit of consolidated financial sheets became inevitable. The Act of the Outside Audit of Corporation was revised in December 1993 to provide that all corporations must prepare consolidated financial sheets and receive the outside audit of the documents beginning their settlement of accounts in December 1994. In case of overseas corporations, consolidated financial sheets and the Equity Law have been applied since their settlement of accounts in December 1995. Now those sheets must be prepared by all local and overseas corporations that involve relations of governance or dependence. The preparation and public notification of consolidated financial sheets has been settled as a system. This nation has not yet introduced consolidated tax return using consolidated financial sheets. Such tax return system is already being used by most of the world's economic powers such as U.S., Europe and Japan. This study shows that reduction in corporation tax is the biggest reason for avoiding consolidated tax return system, even though the system can facilitate the settlement of consolidated accounting. Consolidated tax return, which is being implemented in about 20 countries including U.S., needs to be introduced by this nation where consolidated financial sheets are publicly notified.

상거래 활동에서 전자상거래가 차지하는 비중과 다양성이 높아 질수록 기존의 단순한 지불결제 수단에서 가치를 저장, 부여, 이전할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 지불결제 및 금융형태가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 사이버뱅크 시스템은 이러한 요구에 가장 가까운 대안으로 주목 받고 있다. 그러나 현존의 사이버뱅크 시스템은 기존은행이 사용하는 업무 프로세스를 그대로 적용하여 운영함으로, 사이버뱅크를 위한 초기 설비투자 비용이 크고, 운영, 관리 등에서 어려움이 있다. 그리고 판매자와 구매자 간의 논스톱 직접 지불결제 방식이 아닌 기존의 신용카드 방식을 사용 함으로서 가치의 저장, 부여, 이전의 기능을 충분히 사용하지 못하여 별도의 대금정산 절차가 추가적으로 필요하다. 그래서 인터넷 상에서 현금지불 기능을 할 수가 없는 등의 문제가 있다. 본 논문은 상기의 문제에 대응하기 위해 (1) 사이버뱅크용 인프라 소프트웨어 개발에 필요한 통합업무 프로세스(OPOI)를 새로이 제안하고, (2) 인터넷상에서의 전자상거래에 적용될 지불결제시스템의 새로운 업무프로세스를 제안한다. 또한 이들을 기반으로한 (3) 새로운 사이버뱅크용 지불결제시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 이를 통해 기존의 사이버뱅크 시스템이 갖는 문제점을 해결하고 차세대의 발전된 지불결제수단으로서의 사이버뱅크의 가능성을 제시한다. 본 제안시스템은 실제 구현하여 그 유효성을 확인하고 있다.
