The internet industry is gradually increasing according to the explosive explosion of internet and development of information communication industry. Specially, The payment method of settlement means is diversed with development of e-commerce. In this paper, we propose a settlement method using e-settlement in the network. and we suggest a security method for efficiency of e-money. Also, we propose a reform plan of e-settlement system.

Most construction works on the soft ground adopt instrumentation to manage settlement and stability of the embankment. The rapid progress of the information technologies and the digital data acquisition on the soft ground instrumentation has led to the fast-growing amount of data. Although valuable information about the behaviour of the soft ground may be hiding behind the data, most of the data are used restrictedly only for the management of settlement and stability. One of the critical issues on soft ground instrumentation is the long-term settlement prediction. Some observational settlement analysis methods are used for this purpose. But the reliability of the analysis results is remained in vague. The knowledge could be discovered from a large volume of experiences on the observational settlement analysis. In this article, we present a database to store settlement records and data mining procedure. A large volume of knowledge about observational settlement prediction were collected from the database by applying the filtering algorithm and knowledge discovery algorithm. Statistical analysis revealed that the reliability of observational settlement analysis depends on stay duration and estimated degree of consolidation.

현재 오프라인 신용카드가맹점에서의 신용카드 결제 시에 사용되는 결제 시스템은 신용카드 결제 단말기, 결제 중계 서비스를 하는 VAN사 그리고 신용카드사로 구성되어 있다. 신용카드사 장애 시에는 결제중계 서비스 VAN사가 승인 대행을 하여 처리하나, 결제 중계 서비스 VAN사 장애 시에는 신용카드 결제서비스가 원활하게 이루어지지 않는다. 본 논문은 결제 중계 서비스를 하는 VAN사의장애 시에 신용카드 결제 단말기가 전문변환 Agent를 이용하여, 다른 서비스 VAN사에서 결제 중계 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 신용카드 결제 시스템을 구현하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the current status of Y2K settlement in korean business firms. To accomplish the purpose of this paper effectively, first of all, theoretical background of Y2K was reviewed briefly. Second, research hypotheses and methodology were discussed with the following topics: (1) research hypotheses (2) operational definitions of variables (3) survey population (4) data collection method (5) data analysis method. Third, current status and problems of Y2K problems were investigated in detail with the following areas: (1) characteristics of samples (2) comparisons of Y2K settlement by business area (3) comparisons of Y2K settlement by firm sizes (4) comparisons of Y2K settlement by degree of information systems (5) effective ways of settling Y2K problems Finally, this paper was summarized and future research directions were suggested briefly.

전화망의 설비 제공에 따른 상호 정산 방식은 원가를 기반으로 하여 체계적이고 합리적으로 정착되어 있다. 기술의 발전으로 통신서비스는 음성과 데이터, 유선과 무선, 통신과 방송 등 다양한 산업 분야간을 결합하여 제공되고 있다. 따라서 광대역 통합 네트워크에서는 새로운 정산 방식이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 광대역 통신망에서 사업자간 상호 정산의 방법으로, 접속 대역속도와 전송거리 요소를 이용하여 접속 원가를 산정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 광대역통합망의 계층별로 설비비용 가중치를 반영하여 다양한 서비스들에 대한 정산을 쉽게 하였다. 광대역통합망의 정산 모형으로서, 사업자간에 상호 접속 및 정산을 접속대역 속도계수와 이용거리계수로 표본화하여 효과적으로 반영하고자 하였다.

The current settlement and distribution used in theme, background and signal music market other than conventional music is being carried out with either the comprehensive settlement method or the measured meter-rate settlement method in the payment process of collected user fees and compensation depending on the use-permission types. In this settlement and distribution process, however, the reliability issues are often being raised because of the difficulty of tracking rights due to changes in music source rights management information, etc, and the opaque settlement and distribution method itself. This paper proposes a new settlement and distribution platform using a blockchain for the reliable collection and distribution of copyright fees among music user group, monitoring organization group, trust organization group and copyright holders, based on the monitoring information of the theme, background and signal music usage. This platform also provides the transparency in settlement and distribution process among stakeholders through smart contract system.

본 연구에서는 농촌지역으로 귀농한 새로운 농업경영체들이 안정적으로 영농에 정착할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 '농지'를 중심으로 이주 후 정착단계에서의 애로사항과 정보제공 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이변량 프로빗 모델을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 귀농인이 이주 후 정착단계에서 농지확보의 어려움과 농지정보 제공 수요는 강한 양(+)의 상관관계가 있다. 따라서 정착단계에서 농지확보의 어려움을 겪고 있는 귀농인들에게 농지정보제공을 통해 이들의 농지수요에 적극적으로 대응할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 젊은 귀농인의 경우 정착단계에서 농지확보의 어려움을 겪을 확률이 증가한다. 셋째, 청년농업인이 농업발전가능성을 보고 귀농한 경우 정착단계에서 농지확보의 어려움을 겪을 가능성은 감소하고, 비록 통계적 유의성은 없지만 농지정보수요 역시 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 향후 영농규모 확대 의향이 있는 경우 정착단계에서 농지확보의 어려움이 있고, 농지정보 수요 역시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

지반굴착은 필연적으로 인접지반의 지반변위를 유발시키며, 지반변위에 노출된 구조물 및 시설물들은 다양한 피해를 입을 수 있다. 따라서 굴착유발 인접구조물 및 시설물의 손상 및 피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 우선적으로 굴착으로 인해 발생하는 인접지반에서의 지반변위(침하 및 수평변위)를 예측하여야 한다. 흙막이 굴착 유발 지반변위 정보는 상대적으로 많이 존재하지만 원형 형태의 수직구 굴착에 대한 지반변위 정보는 충분치 않다. 본 연구에서는 수직구 굴착에 대한 사례분석 및 흙막이 굴착과의 비교를 통해서 수직구 굴착유발 인접지반 침하예측에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해서 수직구 굴착 시 침하관리 기준으로서 흙막이 굴착의 침하기준을 사용하는 것은 안전성 측면에서 보수적인 접근방법으로 판단되나 경제성 측면을 고려할 때 벽체의 과다설계를 초래할 수 있어 수직구 굴착에 대해 보다 합리적인 침하기준이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

In construction of high speed railway, the fan shape is limited to achieve reduction of required travel time and concrete railway which has structural stability and induces small maintenance cost with allowable ground settlement is recently applied. So construction of concrete railway on soft ground in which considerable ground settlement occurs increases and settlement management in soft ground section is required. Field monitoring on ground movement and integrated geotechnical information system which manages construction, design, and field monitoring data are essential for settlement management of concrete railway subgrade. Site investigation data are also required due to future repair work. Therefore in this study, integrated geotechnical information system for construction and maintenance of concrete railway is developed. The developed system consists of a database and an application program. The database contains site investigation, construction, design, and field monitoring data throughout a railway. Application program performs various functions on managing and utilizing information in the database with graphic visualization of output. And by providing integrating information with comprehensible visual displays, the applicability and effectiveness of the developed system for construction and maintenance management were confirmed.
