SOC 재정투자 및 민간 건설 산업은 국가경제에 커다란 기여를 해왔다. 단기적으로는 경기를 부양하는 한편 고용 창출하는 역할을 수행해 왔다. 본 논문은 부동산산업이 일자리창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 요인을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently the road traffic noise has appeared as a significant environmental issue because of dramatic increase of vehicles and expansion of newly constructed road. Therefore, this study proposes the method that improves prediction factors and models through analysis of the existing road traffic noise prediction model. Prediction factors can be improved by establishing guideline for diffraction attenuation and applying daily traffic discharge, peak traffic discharge, and average traveling speed through an analysis of level service. Prediction must be made by periods of one or five years during 20 years. Prediction models also can be improved to include better prediction model through setting the database, establishing functional relation between physical properties and noise levels by acoustic analysis, and developing models for road traffic noise prediction in residential areas.

This research was carried out by setting hypotheses on recognition of the global image of the research subject, a domestic cosmetic brand and consequent quality of the brand, reputation of the brand, purchasing decision, influence of images of expanded countries and their correlations to investigate what effect the global images of local brands practically have on domestic consumers' purchasing decision. The analysis results show that overseas expansion of the research subject brand has positive influence on the brand possessing global images. However, it can be seen that the quality of the brand has much larger influence on the reputation of the brand than the images of global brand. In addition, the images of the expanded countries have influence on purchasing decisions but the global images based on the expanded countries did not have much influence on purchasing decisions. Therefore, it can be seen that global images based on high levels of brand reputation and quality are requirements of a most competitive brand than images of the expanded countries in forecasting likelihood of purchase.

A popular type of residential air conditioner is the split system which has two separate units: indoor and outdoor units During field installation of the split system, the potential exists for not setting the charge exactly to the manufacturer´s specifications. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of the refrigerant charge on the performance of the air conditioner. An air conditioner with capillary tube expansions was tested for various refrigerant charges. The results indicated that the more charge resulted in the more flowrate of the refrigerant. The flowrate of the refrigerant was one of the most important factors to understand the e(sects of the charge on the performance of the air conditioner with capillary tube expansions. Under-charge results in wide region of superheated vapor of the refrigerant in the evaporator, while over-charge results in high temperature of the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator.

Recently, studies that interact with human and things through motion recognition are increasing due to the expansion of IoT(Internet of Things). This paper proposed the system that recognizes the user's logical activity in home environment by attaching some sensors to various objects. We employ Arduino sensors and appreciate the logical activity by using the physical activitymodel that we processed in the previous researches. In this System, we can cognize the activities such as watching TV, listening music, talking, eating, cooking, sleeping and using computer. After we produce experimental data through setting virtual scenario, then the average result of recognition rate was 95% but depending on experiment sensor situation and physical activity errors the consequence could be changed. To provide the recognized results to user, we visualized diverse graphs.

Tong and Wang's estimator (2005) is a new approach to estimate the error variance using least squares method such that a simple linear regression is asymptotically derived from Rice's lag- estimator (1984). Their estimator highly depends on the setting of a regressor and weights in small sample sizes. In this article, we propose a new approach via a local quadratic approximation to set regressors in a small sample case. We estimate the error variance as the intercept using a ridge regression because the regressors have the problem of multicollinearity. From the small simulation study, the performance of our approach with some existing methods is better in small sample cases and comparable in large cases. More research is required on unequally spaced points.

The deterioration rate of concrete structures in urban area is accelerated due to rapid urbanization and environmental pollution. Repair materials and methods newly introduced in Korea should be investigated whether they are appropriate for the urban environment in Korea. The creek concrete structures are exposed in severe environmental condition than others. Based on these background in mind, the study is focused on evaluation of performance on repair materials used to rehabilitate creek concrete structures. To evaluate the performance of repair materials, four kinds of repair materials were selected based on polymer emulsion. This experimental study was conducted on fundamental performance such as setting time, compressive strength, bending strength, bonding strength, thermal expansion coefficient, and durability performance such as chloride diffusion, carbonation, chemical attack, and steel corrosion rate. On the basis of this study, the optimal repair material which is proper to the environment condition can be selected and service life of creek concrete structures can be extended. As a result, the life cycle cost can be reduced and the waste of material resources will be cut down.

인터넷에서 전자 정보의 양이 증가함으로써 관련 정보만을 자동으로 검색하는 방법이 매우 중요하다. 전통적인 정보 검색 시스템의 결점은 사용자가 부여한 탐색 용어가 시스템이 색인한 용어와 다르기 때문에, 부정확한 정보를 검색하거나 정확한 정보를 놓치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 검색 성능 향상을 위해 용어 분포에 기반한 질의어 확장을 사용하며, 용어 분포 임계치를 설정하여 효과적으로 검색 성능을 개선하는 방안을 제안한다.

Anterior open bite and transverse discrepancy are often accompanied by hyperdivergent skeletal patterns. In addition, degenerative joint disorders and vertical maxillary excess contribute to an unfavorable convex facial profile with a retruded chin. Correction of this complex three-dimensional problem with orthodontic treatment alone is considered challenging owing to anatomical limitations. Moreover, a history of orthodontic treatment with premolar extraction makes retreatment difficult. This case report illustrates the application of a maxillary tissue bone-borne expander and biocreative reverse curve system in a 23-year-old female patient with a severe anterior open bite and transverse discrepancy who underwent orthodontic treatment with four premolar extractions. By setting the treatment target under precise diagnosis and using appropriate appliances, a satisfactory treatment result could be achieved without orthognathic surgery.

The cosmological constant is accountable for the accelerated expansion of our Universe. Observational data have provided a tight constraint on the cosmic star formation history from z = 8 to the present. What happens to the star formation rate beyond z=0? I will discuss the star formation rates, along with the properties of the intergalactic mediumfrom our suite of simulations into the future. Since Lambda becomes dominant in the future of our universe, I further simulate counter-factual universes to assign anthropic weights to each universe within the multiverse setting. I will argue that using the asymptotic star formation efficiency as weights, we almost double previous estimates of observers living in universes similar to ours. The expected value of the energy density of Lambda is also closer to the observed value. I will also discuss potential future works to improve the applicability of the anthropic reasoning of the cosmological constant.
