증기발생기 수위 제어를 위한 견실$H^{\infty}$ 제어기 설계 (Design of Robust $H^{\infty}$ Controller for Water Level Control of Steam Generator)

  • The control objective of steam generator water level in the secondary circuit of a nuclear power plant is to regulate the water level at the desired set point. The dynamics of steam generators is non-linear in nature. The task of modelling such plant is very difficult and especially so when plant operating conditions change frequently. In these reasons, conventional PI gains over all pover range will not work efficiently and a manual control is generally used in low power operation. Therefore the robust H$\infty$ controller design method should be required. In this paper, we design the robust H$\infty$ controller for water level control of steam generator using a mixed H$\infty$ optimization with model-matching method. Firstly we choose the desired model that has good disturbance rejection performance. Secondly we design a stabilizing controller to keep the model-matching error small and also provide sufficiently large stability margin against additive perturbations of the nominal plant.

  • In this paper, a novel self-organizing fuzzy plus PID control algorithm is proposed and analyzed by extensive computer simulations and experiments with an inverted pendulum. Specifically, the proposed self-organizing fuzzy controller consists of a typical fuzzy reasoning part and self organizing part in which both on-line and off-line algorithms are employed to modify the 'then' part of the fuzzy rules and to decide how much fuzzy rules are to be modified after evaluating the control performance, respecfively. And the fuzzy controller is replaced by a PID controller in a prespecified region near by the set point for good settling actions.

  • In this paper, a methodology for designing a controller based on inverse dynamics for speed control of DC motors is presented. The proposed controller consists of a prefilter, the inverse dynamic model of a system and a fuzzy logic controller. The prefilter prevents high frequency effects from the inverse dynamic model. The model of the system is characterized by a nonlinear equation with coulomb friction. The fuzzy logic controller regulates the error between the set-point and the system output which may be caused by disturbances and it simultaneously traces the change o( the reference input. The parameters of the model are estimated by a genetic a]gorithm. An experimental work on a DC motor system is carried out to illustrate the performance of the proposed controller

  • The Ziegler-Nichols parameter tuning has been widely known as a fairly heuristic method to good determine setting of PID controllers, for a wide range of common industrial processes. We extract process knowledge required for rule base controller through tuning experiment and simulation study, such as set point weighting and normalised gain and dead time of process. In this paper, we presents a rule base PID controller by extracted process knowledge and the modified Ziegler-Nichols tuning. Computer simulation are provided demonstrate the feasibility of this approach.

  • The real time optimal control algorithm of the DDC controller for chilled water and supply air temperature set-point of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems has been researched for minimization of the total power which is consumed by the chiller, chilled water pump and air handing unit fan. The study has been done by using TRNSYS program in order to analyze the central cooling system in terms of the environmental variables such as indoor cooling lead and wet-bulb temperature. This optimal control alogorithm saves more energy and is suitable for real time on-line control in comparison with conventional method.

  • EPC seeks to minimize variability by transferring the output variable to a related process input(controllable) variable, while SPC seeks to reduce variability by detecting and eliminating assignable causes of variation. In the case of product control, a very reasonable objective is to try to minimize the variance of the output deviations from the target or set point. We consider an alternative EPC model with second-order autoregressive disturbance. We compare three control systems; EPC, EPC combined with EWMA. This paper shows through simulation that tlhe performance of the integrated model of EPC and EWMA is more preferable than that of EPC.

  • This paper presents the control of an underactuated two-link robot called the Pendubot. Combining linearized state feedback control with Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy controller wide-range stabilization of Pendulum is achieved. The local stabilization controler is designed by linearinzing the dynamic equations about the several desired set point and using LQR(Linear Quadratic Regulator) techniques. Takagi-Sugeno methodology is used to control the nonlinear models near different operation points. Fuzzy controller is obtained by the fuzzy blending of the local controllers. The paper includes a description of the algorithm as well as real time experimental results for the Pendubot.

Fault-tolerant control system for once-through steam generator based on reinforcement learning algorithm

  • Based on the Deep Q-Network(DQN) algorithm of reinforcement learning, an active fault-tolerance method with incremental action is proposed for the control system with sensor faults of the once-through steam generator(OTSG). In this paper, we first establish the OTSG model as the interaction environment for the agent of reinforcement learning. The reinforcement learning agent chooses an action according to the system state obtained by the pressure sensor, the incremental action can gradually approach the optimal strategy for the current fault, and then the agent updates the network by different rewards obtained in the interaction process. In this way, we can transform the active fault tolerant control process of the OTSG to the reinforcement learning agent's decision-making process. The comparison experiments compared with the traditional reinforcement learning algorithm(RL) with fixed strategies show that the active fault-tolerant controller designed in this paper can accurately and rapidly control under sensor faults so that the pressure of the OTSG can be stabilized near the set-point value, and the OTSG can run normally and stably.

  • This paper deals with the controller design problem having input filter. To reduce the excessive overshoot in the set-point response, a design method with filtered input is proposed here and we show that it can be reduce the overshoot to the specified value based on simple formula. Analytic results and computer simulation show that the contorller design method suggested in this paper is superior to the conventional solution of reducing large overshoot.

  • This paper's purpose obtain information of three dimension using a camera. This system embody to know the height of object using triangle method between reference point of circumstance and object. As I use java program, it is possible to make system regardless of operating system, set up the system. By using comportable USB port camera, we used to everywhere without the capture board. We can use the internet by using the java's JMF and applet everywhere, we regard the camera as fixed.
