서보전동기 운전을 위한 자기동조제어 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Self Tuning Control System for Servo Motor Drives)

  • In this paper, a self tuning control algorithm is proposed for the high performance drive of DC servo motor, which is adequate to the servo system having frequent load variation. In order to realization of the algorithm, the control system is developed using a fixed point high speed digital signal processor. TMS320C25. Control algorithm is composed of two parts. One is estimation law part using recursive least mean square method, the other is control law part using minimum variance control method. For the purpose of easiness of applying adaptive algorithm, developed control system is based o PC-DSP structure which can develop, debug programs and monitor the dynamic behaviors,etc. Through computer simulation and experimental results, it was verified that proposed control system could estimate system parameters and was robust to the variation of the load and as a result, was adequate to the servo motor drives.

  • The purpose of t his paper is to database each factors from experimental results and develop the servo-controlled feeding system on these database. At first, spring back and bending farce are analyzed by basic theory of bending processing. In database, through practical experiment by the expert various types of bending angel and thickness of plate are tested and classified with SB34P and Aluminum. For the development of servo-controlled feeding system, automatic feeding system is designed and manufactured with ball screw and LM guide and performance of the developed feeding system is tested under condition of standard machine tool examination. Also, Mechanical consideration of mainframe in press brake, development of controller based on NC, program for servo-control are studied. Finally, based on experimental data, the system is operated and compared with theoretical data

유압구동식 선박용 축발전장치의 정속제어 (Constant Speed Control of Shaft Generating System Driven by Hydrostatic Transmission for Ship Use)

  • This study suggests a new type shaft generating system driven by hydrostatic transmission suitable for small size vessels. Since the shaft generating system is affected ceaselessly by disturbances such as speed variation in pump driving speed and variation in external load, a robust servo control must be implemented to obtain stable electric power with constant frequency. Thus, in this study, a digital robust servo control algorithm is applied to the controller design. By the experiment and the numerical computation, the frequency variation characteristics of the generating system under various disturbances are investigated. Conclusively, it is said that the shaft generating system proposed in this study shows excellent control performances.

  • The research focuses on controlling a gap to measure the surface defect in semi-conductor fabrication device. The measurement is available accompanying a near field image gap control. In this article, a pneumatic servo system is adopted for the near field gap control. The advantage of the pneumatic servo system is on the preventing the possibility of contacting the device to the wapper surface, fence arising fatal damage. Furthermore, the air from the pneumatic system blows the some particle on the wapper during controlling. The target gap is less than 20 $\mu$m and the gap should keep same amount while the device moves around the surface. The experiment by the pneumatic servo control system is done by employing a simple PID control, and the tracking performance is remarkably verified.   • This paper presents a design method of multivariable robust servo system for tracking control system for AUV(Autonomous Underwater Vehicle). In order to obtain the basic data for the design of the tracking control system, the control algorithm is evaluated in the view of computer simulation results. The tracking control is carried out for an AUV with 2 main thrusters, 2 side thrusters and 2 thrusters for the movement to up-down direction. The results of computer simulation show that the proposed multivariable servo system design method is an efficient method for the control performance of tracking control system of AUV under severe underwater environment.

  • This paper presents an intelligent control system for an ac servo motor dirve to track periodic commands using a neural network. AC servo motor drive system is rather similar to a linear system. However, the uncertainties, such as machanical parametric variation, external disturbance, uncertainty due to nonideal in transient state. therefore an intelligent control system that isan on-line trained neural network controller with adaptive learning rates.

  • Generally machine tools can be divided into three components : NC Controller, the electrical drives and the mechanical transmission elements. For high speed, high precision machining, high performance control of servo system must be accommodated and one must carefully define the interface among three components. In this paper, we suggest a way to assist future development of CNC controller by investigating the characteristics resulting from different interface between CNC controller and servo system.

  • In this study, we selected a DC servo motor as an actuator of the marine diesel engine governor and constructed the position control system of the DC servo motor using the algorithm proposed by authors. Next, we proposed an another method to construct an adaptive control system for marine diesel engine by regarding the controlled system including the DC servo motor as a second order controlled system and verified the validity of this method through the real time control responses. Finally, the results have shown a good response characteristic.

  • In this paper various drive characteristics of a AC Servo Motor for EV(electric vehicle) and hybrid system proposed a countermeasure against air polution are presented. Since the transfer function of the plant is nonlinear and very complicated, there are difficultly in driving the system with real time. The performance of these experiments is confirmed by computer simulation results. The high performance and high accuracy of the driving system, Field oriented vector control system is proposed.
