HLA (High Level Architecture) 는 모델링과 시뮬레이션 분야에서 상호 이질적인 서비스에 따른 어플리케이션의 상호운용성(interoperability)과 재사용성(reusability)을 증진시키기 위해 필요한 infrastructure를 개발하기 위한 청사진이다. RTI(RunTime Infrastructure)는 HLA 의 소프트웨어적 도구로써 IibTRI, FedExec, RTIExec의 세 가지 컴포넌트로 구성되어 있다. RTI는 분산환경에서 동적으로 다수대다수간의 통신을 제공하는 미들웨어 (middleware)이다. 대규모의 분산 시뮬레이션의 실행은 지리적으로 퍼져있는 많은 양의 컴퓨팅 자원을 필요로 할 수 있는데 이러한 환경이 가지는 보안과 동적 자원 할당이라는 문제점을 Globus Toolkit3(GT3)안의 Open Grid Service Arcitecture(OGSA)를 사용해서 해결할 수 있는 RTI-G를 개발해 왔고 이를 service-oriented RTI-G라 부른다. 이 논문에서는 service-oriented RTI on Grid 의 구조와 앞에 제시된 문제점들의 해결방안을 제시하고 실험한다.

In this research, we create a network infrastructure based on a service-oriented infrastructure (SOI) for the virtualization technology and integrate it with a cloud technology that applies the cloud integration management platform (CIMP) concept. In CIMP, the server and storage will be separated. The server will be adopted for virtualization while the storage will be used by students and teachers to store data. As long they save their data in the storage module, every time, everywhere, and on every device, they can access their data. This research will implement the design of the network infrastructure and be applied to the remote practical learning system in the laboratory. Students and teachers will ultimately adopt this network infrastructure for remote practice using their respective devices without physically meeting in the laboratory. In the future, if the implementation phase is successful, then in addition to laboratory environments, it can be implemented in all learning activities at our campus.

최근 서비스지향 아키텍처(SOA, Service-Oriented Architecture)가 IT 인프라의 복잡성 및 유지비용을 최소화하고, 기업의 생산성과 유연성을 극대화 할 수 있는 새로운 IT전략으로 대두되고 있다. SOA는 느슨한 연결(Loosely coupling)을 통해 융통성을 증가시키고, 서비스 공급자, 서비스 요청자, 서비스 저장소라는 세 요소가 유기적으로 연계되어 있는 특징을 갖는다. 이는 SOA를 구현하는데 있어 기존의 개발 방법론의 적용을 어렵게 한다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 공급자와 서비스 요청자의 관점을 반영하여, SOA를 위한 서비스 지향 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 6개의 단계를 가진 전체 프로세스는 개발 계획 수립 활동을 통해 목적에 따라 프로세스 유형을 선택할 수 있다.

서비스 지향 아키텍처(SOA)는 최근 IT환경에서 급격한 성장을 하고 있다. 거대하고 복잡한 분산 환경에서 재빠른 변화에 적용하기위해 SOA를 기반으로 한 인프라 구축을 기업에서 많은 관심을 가지게 되었기 때문이다. SOA는 인터페이스와 서비스간의 계약을 통하여 서로 다른 기능을 단위로 하는 응용프로그램이 상호 연관성을 가지는 컴포넌트 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 SOA와 핵심 웹서비스 표준에 관계된 개념을 웹서비스에 적용하기 위한 아키텍처를 설계하고, 그 내용에 따라 SOA를 기본으로 한 웹 서비스 시스템을 모델링 한다. 웹서비스는 XML과 SOAP를 기본으로 도입하여, 응용프로그램과 비즈니스 서비스의 설계를 구현한다. 이렇게 설계된 SOA기반의 웹서비스를 통하여 상호 운영성, 재 사용성, 확장성 및 유연한 비즈니스 프로세스 처리와 같은 SOA의 각 특징이 어떻게 적용되는지 확인하고, 서비스 모델 프로세스에 대한 방법과 SOA기반의 웹서비스의 아키텍처 설계방법을 통하여, 서비스 간의 느슨한 결합(Loose Coupling)으로 중립성을 유지하는 웹 서비스 모델링을 제시한다.

The primary objective of this research is to explain how to implement the Service Oriented Architecture (hereafter SOA) enabled Enterprise Resource Planning (hereafter ERP) system successfully for service industries. An implementation of the ERP system help many organizations to alleviate the difficult job of supporting inflexible or legacy systems that in most cases result in cost increases, data redundancy and inaccuracy, and various inefficiencies. However, the ERP system is losing its market share rapidly to the cloud computing system which utilizes the Software-as-a-service (hereafter SaaS) and SOA. The SOA is an approach to integrate various types of IT resources to leverage existing ERP system, while at the same time building an infrastructure that can readily respond to new business environment and offer new dynamic applications. The companies that implement this system have less of a need for the kinds of all-in-one ERP system that have dominated the back office for decades and can move freely to best-of-breed applications. This research will identify the benefits and costs of the SOA enabled ERP system through case studies and its impact on competitive priorities such as cost, quality, delivery, and flexibility.

HLA는 이기종 시뮬레이션간의 연동을 위한 IEEE 1516 표준이며, RTI는 연동을 위한 하부 인프라 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 HLA/RTI에 호환 가능한 OO기반의 페더레이트 모델 구조를 제안함으로써 코드의 재사용성을 높인다. 이는 시스템 개발 프로세스의 효율을 높이고, 개발시간의 단축 및 소프트웨어 개발 비용의 절감효과를 가져 온다. 제안된 페더레이트 모델은 이를 구현한 페더레이트에 대한 HLA 인증으로 그 실질적인 효과를 검증 받는다.

본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅기술을 이용한 홈네트워크기반을 바탕으로 수요자중심의 전자정부서비스를 재설계하고자 한다. 전자정부의 핵심과제로 전자정부 로드맵 31대 과제가 추진되었는데, 이를 홈네트워크기반과 연계하여 제공된다면, 공급자와 수요자입장에서 어떤 정책과제가 우선되어야 하는지 설문조사를 통해 정책설계를 제언하고자 하였다. 전반적으로 홈네트워크기반에서 전자정부가 구현된다면, 행정업무의 효율성과 국민참여를 비롯한 대국민서비스의 개선이 이루어져야 한다고 보았다. 또한, 유비쿼터스정부를 구현함에 있어 홈네트워크기반을 강화하기 위해서 먼저, 정부는 홈네트워크기반을 활성화하는 법 제도를 정비하여야 하며, 관련 기술을 개발하도록 기업을 지원하고, 국민의 서비스 이용을 높이기 위한 안전한 인프라를 구축하여야 한다. 둘째, 기업은 다양한 컨텐츠의 홈네트워크기술을 개발하고, 국민이 전자정부서비스를 이용하기 쉽도록 홈네트워크시스템을 설계하여야 한다. 셋째, 국민은 홈네트워크기반의 전자정부서비스에 관한 관심과 참여가 있어야 하며, 정부와 기업이 제공하는 홈네트워크기기 및 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다.

In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL

고전력수용가포털(Consumer Portal)은 소비자의 다양한 장치들과 광역 네트워크, 그리고 에너지서비스사업자(ESP: 한전 등)의 서비스 애플리케이션 플랫폼을 연결하는 물리적 링크이자 논리적 결합으로, 전력서비스 체계에서 소비자-공급자 간 정보교환과 서비스 거래를 담당하는 양방향 통신의 핵심 인프라로서 포털이다. 전력수용가포털(Consumer Portal)의 성공적인 설계와 개발을 위해서는 효율성, 경제성, 확장성을 고려한 서비스 중심적 표준화 전략이 중요하게 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전력수용가포털 설계에 필요한 XML기반의 표준화 안을 psXML(Power System XML)로 제안하고 이를 설계, 구현하여 실제 구축 중인 시스템에 적용하였다. 이는 네트워크 및 프로세서 부담을 최소화할 수 있는 수용가포털을 위한 개방형 표준을 구현한 것이다.
