  • This paper presents the actual test data of 3 phase, 9 pole, 3.6 [kw] synchronized wind-power generator controlled by hinged vane system and the possibilities of the small mount wind-power generations at the south-east coast of Ul-san. It also shows the data of the wind-velocity acquired by wind-direction sensor, calculation and analysis of the estimated electrical generation power, energy storage systems, and the efficient usages of the wind-power system.

초등영어회화 전문강사의 수업 전문성 신장을 위한 연수방안 연구 (A study on the training program for elementary English conversation instructor's improvement of teaching professionalism)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the elementary English conversation instructors' perception on their professionalism and the needs of teacher training program. The survey data were attained from 136 elementary English conversation instructors. Descriptive statistics were employed to discuss the result of the survey response. The results of this study revealed that the elementary English conversation instructors perceived the need of in-service training program for their professionalism improvement, especially in teaching techniques for four language skills. The result also revealed that the instructors need to be more equipped with the knowledge of elementary learners' developmental psychology and L2 learning process. The study concludes with several suggestions for elementary English conversation instructors' improvement of teaching professionalism and in-service training program.

초.중등 영어교사를 위한 맞춤형 심화 연수 모형 개발 연구 (A study on the development of customized intensive in-service teacher training program models for elementary/secondary school teachers of English)

  • The present study reports on a study of the development of customized intensive in-service English teachers training programs (IIETTP) reflecting on the demands of elementary/secondary school English teachers. For the purpose of study, a survey was conducted with 1,033 English teachers at elementary/secondary schools across the country. The results showed by and large no significant differences by school level, albeit some slight differences were revealed such as in training times, training methods, the percentages of teaching English in English (TEE), and other things. Since the two IIETTP models are presented as basic formats, they can be modified and applied according to the contexts of schools and the demands of trainees.

산업안전보건교육 기관의 운영에 따른 교육 만족도 조사결과 사례 보고 (Case Report on the Survey Results of Educational Satisfaction According to the Operation of Occupational Safety and Health Training Institute)

  • Objectives: This case report aims to contribute to the enhancement of training quality for occupational accident prevention by conducting surveys on customers' satisfaction with the training course management by the Occupational Safety and Health Training Institute (OSHTI) of KOSHA. Methods: Surveys were conducted through phone calls, customer service documents, and questionnaires from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Results: The surveys showed an answer rate of 97.36% and handling rate of 97.47% in 2018, an increase of 1.15% compared to 2017. The number of monthly inbound calls in 2018 was 5,902, rising 0.10% year-on-year, and the average inbound calls per day in 2018 was 289, a decline from 291 the year before. The number of provisions of customer service in 2018 was 68,952, increasing 1.89% year-on-year. The number of inquiries on the training curriculum was 58,744 in 2018, an increase of 3.98% compared to the 56,498 recorded in 2017. Inquiries on job training centers were the most common, numbering 27,114 (39.32%), followed by e-learning 18,470 (26.79%) and expert courses 13,160 (19.09%). Of the 149 answers to the customer service survey, 'Nothing to complain about' accounted for 86 (56.72%) and 'Diversifying training time and programs' numbered 22 (14.77%). Conclusions: Customer satisfaction in 2018 increased compared to that in 2017. However, there is a need to reflect the demands of customers for diversifying training time and programs, offer practice-centered training, and collect opinions on providing information in order to maintain high quality training course management.

미용서비스교육이 헤어미용종사자의 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Educational Satisfaction on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Hair Beauty Service Employees -using leadership of chief managers as a mediator)

  • 본 연구는 미용서비스교육이 미용종사자의 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 연구결과 첫 번째, 서비스교육훈련, 고객지향성과 직무성과의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 서비스교육훈련은 직무성과와, 고객지향성은 서비스교육훈련과 직무성과는 서비스교육훈련과 가장 높은 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 서비스교육훈련은 고객지향성과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스교육훈련은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 서비스교육훈련과 고객지향성은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무성과에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 고객지향성으로 나타났으며, 고객지향성, 서비스교육훈련의 하위요인 교육환경, 교육내용, 교육강사가 높을수록 직무성과가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 미용종사자들의 교육환경과 강사진, 교육내용이 좋을수록 고객지향적인 서비스가 높게 나타나 충성도 높은 고객의 창출로 이어지며 직무성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

도서관장애인서비스 담당사서를 위한 계속교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Continuing Education & Training Program for the Disabled Users Service Special Librarian)

  • 본 연구는 장애인서비스 전문사서 양성과 전문성 강화를 위한 장애인서비스 전문사서를 위한 계속교육 프로그램 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구, 담당자와의 인터뷰를 통하여 국립중앙도서관 사서교육문화과에서 수행한 장애인서비스 전문사서 계속교육 강좌를 조사 분석하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합하여 얻은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 장애인서비스 전문사서 역량강화를 위한 계속교육 프로그램 모형을 개발하였다. 제안되는 프로그램 모형은 Track 1, 2로 나누었으며, 교육 형태는 사이버형 교육, 집합형 교육, 그리고 혼합형 교육으로 편성하였다.

  • The development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has changed the manner in which English teachers are taught as instructors, as well as English language learners. Online-related technology, a product of development of ICT technology, is used for various purposes such as training teachers and enhancing professionalism of current teachers to practice more efficient training. The purpose of this study is to extract common domains and sub-domains related to development of cyber-type in-service training (INSET) through domestic and international case analyses and to develop content areas of INSET using cyberspace or efficient online INSET programs. To accomplish the purpose of this study, domestic and foreign cases were analyzed in relation to direction of development of online English teacher training programs.

우리나라 정신보건전문요원 수련제도 현황 및 개선방향 (The Present State of Training System for Mental Health Professionals)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the present state of training system for mental health professionals. There are some topics which must be improved in the training system, like as reinforcement of qualification of the trainers, introduction of assessment system of the training, and other the quality improvement measures for the training system. Finally, the speciality and capability of mental health professionals will be promoted by supplements of the problematic matters and these efforts will be directly helpful to the people who has mental illnesses.

응급구조과 학생들의 임상현장실습 경험에 대한 인식유형 (The perception types of clinical training experience in paramedic students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to enhance the efficiency of clinical training education by understanding paramedic students' perceptions of their hospital clinical training experiences. Methods: The subjects were 31 third paramedic students who participated in a population survey from June 25 to August 13, 2016. A Q card and Q sample distribution chart were created, and the P sample was selected by Q classification. The collected data were analyzed by factorial analysis using PC QUANL. Results: Four different perceptions were identified from the survey, which explained 44.1% of the variables. The four types were classified as Self-improvement-oriented (Type 1), Training-site avoidant (Type 2), Confidence acquiring (Type 3), and Over-willed (Type 4). Conclusion: Paramedic instructors and clinical training managers may want to consider these four perception types when planning clinical training and education programs to improve job performance.

예비보육교사들의 실습경험에 대한 이야기 -보육교사교육원을 중심으로- (The Stories of Pre-service Childcare Teachers' Practicum Experiences : Focusing on pre-service Childcare Teacher Training Centers)

  • 본 연구는 보육실습을 마친 3급 예비보육교사를 대상으로 보육실습에 대한 경험과 경험이 남긴 의미를 알아보고, 이를 통하여 3급 보육교사들의 효율적인 보육실습지도 방향을 제시하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 경기소재 P 보육교사교육원과 S 보육교사교육원에서 교육받고 있는 16명을 대상으로 개인 면담을 실시한 후 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 보육실습은 실습기관 선정의 어려움, 실습준비 부족, 교육과정과 현장의 연계 불일치, 실습의 스트레스, 영유아 지도의 어려움, 현장의 현실을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 보육실습의 경험이 남긴 의미는 보육교사로서 자신의 진로 결정 및 가치관을 정립하는데 영향을 끼쳤으며, 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 실천적 지식을 형성할 수 있도록 해주었다. 논의에서는 도출된 주제를 중심으로 보육실습을 체계적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
