  • Since the KTX start its service on April 1st of 2004, KTX increased its share up to 17.4% (2008). It's the 2nd after the passenger car share of 59.2% in the national transportation, but the gap is still wide. In addition, because of the rise of goods' and oil price, the share of intercity express bus is growing up. Nevertheless Korail is trying to improve the train schedule and develop internodal transit system, the number of passengers of KTX is remain flat. KORAIL should start and proceed the tasks below. - Analysis of the 5 year's operation of KTX since the year of 2004 to make plans for the steady growth - development of the KTX operation plan for expansion of railway - preparing the operation of additional passenger rail services on the mail line for newly introduced trains. - expansion of KTX's service area after the introduction of KTX-II - introduction of other new trains - examination for the action plans to promote marketing in main-line including refinement of the rate structure

언어네트워크 분석방법을 활용한 공공정보 내용분석 - 광역도시 대표 트위터 내용을 중심으로 - (A Content Analysis of Public Information using Language Network Analysis: Focused on Contents of Twitters of Metropolitans)

  • 본 연구는 언어네트워크 분석방법을 통해 광역도시 대표 트위터의 정보 내용을 연도별 도시별로 심층 분석하고 정보제공 매체로서 트위터 활용에 대해 조사하였다. 언어네트워크 분석을 위한 분석도구는 KrKwic, Ucinet6, Netdraw 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 2014년도에는 시정 관련 정보(시민, 운영, 개최, 참여)와 시민생활 관련 정보(문화, 공원, 출근길)를 중심으로 하는 네트워크가 형성되었다. 반면 2015년에는 시정홍보에 관련 정보(시민, 문의, 개최, 시정, 행사)가 네트워크의 핵심적 역할을 차지하고 있었다. 도시별 네트워크 분석에서 연도별 도시별로 각기 다른 키워드들이 도출되었다.

  • 기존의 통계자료를 이용하여 1985년과 1986 년의 부산 경상남도 지역 보건소를 중심으로 본 보건간호사의 사업 활동에 대한 조사연구는 다음과 같았다. 1. 연도별 사업분야별 간호사 수 사업분야별 간호사 수는 1985년, 1986년 모두 부산지역은 가족계획 사업에, 경남지역은 진료실 사업에 활동하는 수가 가장 많았다. 2. 연도별 보건소당 인구수 부산지역의 보건소당 인구수는 1985년에 351,681명에서 1986년의 357,884명으로 dir간 증가하였고, 경남지역은 1985년에 130,247명, 1986년의 130,252명으로 비슷하였다. 3. 연도별 보건간호사당 인구수부산지역의 보건간호사당 인구수는 1985년의 30,008명에서 1986년에는 31,120명으로 증가하였으나, 경남지역은 오히려 1985년에 22,590에서 1986년에 16,747명으로 감소하였다. 4. 연도별 사업분야별 활동 상황 연도별 사업분야별 활동 상황에서 부산지역은 가족계획사업을, 경남지역은 영유아 보건사업을 가장 많이 하였다. 5. 연도별 사업분야별 간호사당 인구수 부산지역은 1986년 모자보건 사업 대상자 수가 353,665멍으로 가장 많았으며, 경남지역은 1985년에 모자보건 대상자가 46,220명으로 가장 많았다. 6. 연도별 사업분야별 간호사당 관리된 수 사업분야별 간호사당 관리된 수는 부산 경남지역 모두 모자보건 사업이 가장 많이 관리되었다.

몽골인들의 인터넷 라이프스타일에 따른 패션쇼핑성향과 인터넷 쇼핑몰 서비스 지각 (Clothing Shopping Orientation and Service Perception of Online Mall according to Mongolian's Internet Lifestyle)

  • The purposes were to identify clothing shopping orientation and service perception of online shopping mall according to Mongolian's internet lifestyle. A questionnaire developed by researchers was used and 310 Mongolian in 20's were the subjects. Survey was done during Jan. and Feb. 2010. Most Mongolian used internet at home or office and had used internet less than one year. Half of Mongolian visited online shopping mall less than 5 times during last year. Most Mongolian did not buy any fashion items at online mall but had higher intention to shop at online mall. Factors of Mongolian's internet lifestyle were information search, shopping pursuit, and utilizing ability and segmented into internet heavy users and light users. Factors of fashion shopping orientation were individuality & brands, fashion, diversity, economy, pleasure, and efficiency and factors of online shopping mall service were order & delivery and products. Internet heavy users were found more frequently among married men with high income, experienced online shopping more, showed higher fashion shopping orientation, and pursued online shopping mall service more. Internet light users were among unmarried women with low income, not experienced online shopping, showed lower fashion shopping orientation, and pursued online shopping mall service less.

전자눈을 이용한 햅쌀, 묵은쌀 및 이의 혼합쌀 판별 분석 (Discrimination analysis of new rice, stale rice, and their mixture using an electronic eye)

  • 본 연구는 햅쌀과 묵은쌀 및 이의 혼합곡 판별을 위하여 전자 눈 분석을 이용한 쌀 신곡과 구곡 판별법 개발 연구를 수행하였다. 국내에서 수집된 신구곡을 대상으로 GOP 시약처리를 통해 효소 활성에 따른 정색 반응을 확인한 후 전자눈 장비를 이용하여 신곡과 구곡의 판별에 적합한 색깔 코드의 선별과 이를 이용한 쌀 신곡과 구곡의 판별법을 개발하였다. 미지시료를 이용하여 판별 정확도를 분석한 결과 신곡과 구곡인 단일곡은 100%의 정확도로 판별이 되었으나 혼합곡의 경우 혼합된 비율에 따라 판별 정확도가 달라졌다. 혼합곡은 신곡과 구곡의 혼합 비율에서 구곡이 비율이 높아질수록 판별 정확도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 전자눈 분석을 통하여 햅쌀과 묵은쌀을 판별할 수 있는 실용적인 판별 체계를 구축하였으므로 본 연구를 통해 개발된 판별식은 쌀 신구곡 판별을 위한 과학적인 근거자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Annual Endovascular Thrombectomy Case Volume and Thrombectomy-capable Hospitals of Korea in Acute Stroke Care

  • Objectives: Although it is difficult to define the quality of stroke care, acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients with moderate-to-severe neurological deficits may benefit from thrombectomy-capable hospitals (TCHs) that have a stroke unit, stroke specialists, and a substantial endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) case volume. Methods: From national audit data collected between 2013 and 2016, potential EVT candidates arriving within 24 hours with a baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score ≥6 were identified. Hospitals were classified as TCHs (≥15 EVT case/y, stroke unit, and stroke specialists), primary stroke hospitals (PSHs) without EVT (PSHs-without-EVT, 0 case/y), and PSHs-with-EVT. Thirty-day and 1-year case-fatality rates (CFRs) were analyzed using random intercept multilevel logistic regression. Results: Out of 35 004 AIS patients, 7954 (22.7%) EVT candidates were included in this study. The average 30-day CFR was 16.3% in PSHs-without-EVT, 14.8% in PSHs-with-EVT, and 11.0% in TCHs. The average 1-year CFR was 37.5% in PSHs-without-EVT, 31.3% in PSHs-with-EVT, and 26.2% in TCHs. In TCHs, a significant reduction was not found in the 30-day CFR (odds ratio [OR], 0.92; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.76 to 1.12), but was found in the 1-year CFR (OR, 0.84; 95% CI, 0.73 to 0.96). Conclusions: The 1-year CFR was significantly reduced when EVT candidates were treated at TCHs. TCHs are not defined based solely on the number of EVTs, but also based on the presence of a stroke unit and stroke specialists. This supports the need for TCH certification in Korea and suggests that annual EVT case volume could be used to qualify TCHs.

구강건강증진 관점에서의 치과의료서비스와 치과공포의 연관성 (Relationships between Dental Fear and Dental Services Utilization with Respect to Oral Health Promotion)

  • Objectives: This research is to provide the basic data for the improvement on oral health by examining the relationship between the dental fear and the dental service utilization, and to discuss a strategy for dental health in order to lower the level of dental fear. Methods: Data were collected by conducting a structured survey of 1,607 people between the age of 13 and 70 who have experiences in visiting a dental institution. Both univariate and multivariate analyses were employed to analyze the relationship between the number of times dental service and dental fears. Results: The average level of dental fear the respondents reported was $52.16{\pm}15.71$ and 31.5% of the response was at the level of high dental fear. A strong physiologic response during the dental treatment was muscle tension and the stimulations that strongly arouse the dental fear were the anaesthetic needle and the sound of drill. A result of analysis on the relationship between the dental fear and the dental service utilization shows that as the level of dental fear became higher, the number of times for the dental service utilization for the last year had reduced. Also when a patient has an experience of putting off or canceling an appointment due to dental fear and as a physiologic response during the dental treatment became stronger, the result shows a tendency that the number of times for the dental service utilization for the last year had reduced. Conclusions: It has been observed that dental fear is one of the main barrier to use dental service. Therefore, a physio-psychological factor like the dental fear should be included in the task of promotion of dental health, and in analyzing the dental service utilization behavior. A discussion about how to lower dental fear was made with respect to oral health promotion. At individual level, improvement of communication skill by dental service providers should be made with rearrangement of clinic environment into more cozy one.

근속연수에 영향을 미치는 직무만족요인에 관한 연구: 서울지역 치과위생사를 중심으로 (A Study of Factors Related to Job Satisfaction Affecting Service Year: A Dental Hygienist in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사의 근속연수에 영향을 끼치는 인구사회학적 독립변인들과 직무만족도의 여러 요인들을 분석하고자 서울시 7개구의 구강진료기관을 선정하여 자기기입방식의 설문을 실시하였다. 로지스틱 다중 회귀분석 결과 직무만족요인 중 자율성요인이, 인구사회학적 요인으로는 연령, 종교유형 및 이직경험여부가 통계적으로 유의하게 치과위생사의 장기 근속연수에 영향을 미쳤다. 전체 응답자의 평균연령은 28세였고, 대상자의 약 3분의 2가 이직 경험이 있다고 응답하였다(65.2%). 중위수를 기준으로 한 근속연수 4년 미만과 4년 이상의 집단은 각각 125명(42.2%), 171명(57.8%)이었고, 각 집단의 평균은 24.6세와 30.5세를 보였다. 또한 중위수(4년)를 기준으로 한 장기근속여부는 연령(p<0.001), 결혼여부(p<0.001), 교육수준(p=0.035), 그리고 이직경험여부(p<0.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 직무만족요인 중, 자율성요인은 근속연수 4년 미만 집단과 4년 이상 집단에서 각각 3.02점, 3.27점으로, 두 집단 평균차이가 통계적으로 유의했다(p=0.001). 로지스틱 다중회귀분석결과, 인구사회학적 변인 중에는 연령, 종교유형, 이직경험이, 직무만족도의 4가지 요인 중에서는 자율성요인만이 통계적으로 유의하게 치과위생사의 장기 근속연수에 영향을 미쳤다(OR, 2.65; p=0.036).

  • The world industry structure is characterized as service economics concerned with key words of global, information and culture. Developed countries have expanded a value-added of service economics along with rapid growth of service economics. In this change of economic environment in the world, China have converted their strategy of an economic management into coping with the industrial structure of service in the 11th 5-year plan. The purpose of the paper, therefore, is to find out the new commerce strategy of China, and searching for the counter plan of Korea. Chapter 2 begins with the change of economic strategy in China and their cultural factors using service industry. Chapter3 deals with, from the basis of chapter 2, China's service export strategy to abroad and our counter plan that is able to export and expand Korean service and culture industry into China.

우리나라 대학(大學)에 있어서의 학생보건관리(學生保健管理) 및 의료보험제도(醫療保險制度)에 관(關)한 실태(實態) 조사(調査) 연구(硏究) (A Study on Health Administration Status and Medicare Insurance Program in Universities and Colleges in Korea)

  • The status of health administration and medicare insurance program of 58 universities and colleges of 4-year course was studyed in 1971 and the following results were obtained; 1. The average number of students of 30 universities was $4,800{\pm}2,600$ and that of 36 colleges was $780{\pm}620$. 2. The types of health service facilities for the students varied widely according to the institutions, from an elaborate one, university health center, to a poor one, first aid room. 3. Thirty-six out of 58 institutions had some sort of health service facilities, either health center or health service room. And 14 out of 36 institutions had elaborate health service facilities such as university health center or student health center 4. The number of full time staff of the health center and that of the health service room were 2 to more than 10 and 0 to 3 respectively. 5. The range of student health service fee varied widely according to the institutions from \50 to \550 per student, per semester. The average cost of student health service fee at the institutions with health centers was $\300{\pm}150$ and that with health service rooms was $\200{\pm}150$ per student, per semester. 6. Utility rate of the student health service facilities at the institutions with health centers and with health service rooms were 1,200 to 1,400 and 3,900 to 4,100 per 1,000 students per year. 7. There was an obvious increasing tendency of tuberculosis prevalence rate in the students. 8. The institutions which had appointed hospitals for student medicare were 24; where the reduction rate of medical expenses for students varied from 10 to 50 per cent. 9. Students medicare insurance program was adopted by six universities which accomodated more than 2,000 students. 10. The range of student medicare insurance fee varied widely according to the institutions from \140 to \800 per student per year. Each of the six universities which had adopted the insurance program had each own's special regulations to apply for pay claims.
