  • The debate surrounding advertising effectiveness is not to be overstated as a major source of advertising research. However, there is still a lack of discussion on the model for measuring the effects of government and public service advertising. This study focuses on this point and develops an index model that can evaluate government advertising. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of 800 respondents in 7 major cities. Based on the creativity evaluation factors (originality, clarity, and appropriateness) of government advertising and the evaluation factors (interest, avoidance, and relevance) of policy contents, a causal model that affects the cognition, attitude, and behavioral responses of the audience was set up. As a result of analysis, originality, clarity, interest, and relevance except for appropriateness and avoidance were meaningful variables for creating government advertising effect such as policy understanding, audience attitude, word of mouth intention of policy. In addition, policy understanding and audience attitude were the main mediating variable influencing the word of mouth intention of policy. Based on research results, this paper discussed the direction for creating effective government and public service advertising in the future.

  • This study explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects education satisfaction, entrepreneurial capability, and entrepreneurial intention. Although the various university entrepreneurial educations have been provided, current state of education support for entrepreneurial achievement is quite insufficient. In order to analyze factors for the entrepreneurial achievement enhancement, this study examines how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects education satisfaction, entrepreneurial capability, and entrepreneurial intention, as follows. First, in order to measure the entrepreneurial education service quality on the basis of theoretical background of the service quality, we set twenty one (21) questions for five (5) factors as follows: materiality, reliability, reactivity, certainty, consensuality. And then, impact of the entrepreneurial education service quality on education satisfaction and entrepreneurial capability was evaluated based on the survey results. Second, on the basis of previous studies of customer satisfaction, we gave the definition of education satisfaction for students in entrepreneurial education, and analyzed the causation that affects some elements of entrepreneurial capability (i.e. fulfillment capability, capacity of creativity, conceptualization capability, and social competence) by the aforementioned definition. Third, we analyzed the causation that affects entrepreneurial intention by education satisfaction and entrepreneurial capability. As a result, unlike the previous studies, there are only four (4) factors were confirmed for the entrepreneurial education service quality because the materiality and the reliability were founded as single element under the analysis. And it was identified that the entrepreneurial education service quality which is comprised of four (4) factors affects the education satisfaction and the entrepreneurial capability. In addition, as a result of the analysis under defining four (4) factors of entrepreneurial capability, the fulfillment capability and the capacity of creativity were founded as single element, and it was confirmed there is only three (3) factors, including the conceptualization capability and the social competence. With this result, it was confirmed that the entrepreneurial education service quality is influenced by the education satisfaction. Therefore, although the entrepreneurial intention is influenced by the entrepreneurial capability, it is not directly affected by the education satisfaction. These results showed that the education satisfaction affects indirectly to the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial capability that affected by the education satisfaction.

  • Service companies are making constant efforts to gain positive business performance such as customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and valuable management. Compared to other industries, service companies are highly dependent on workers for responding to customers and satisfying various customer needs in terms of business content and type. Thus, the attitude, given, environment, and capacity of the workers who supply service and serve customers are important factors that directly and indirectly influence customer satisfaction and performance. To enhance the performance of organizations and gain competitive advantage, it is important to provide the various forms of social support for workers as service suppliers. In this sense, active interests including the development of personal competence, support for working environment, and providing chances for the development of new services are significant. This study is a follow-up study on the influence of social support for positive psychological capital, creativity, and work performance of service workers. Among the service process matrix, this study targets the workers involved in mass service fields and seeks to examine how support for co-worker influences the performance through self-efficacy. No empirical analysis has examined workers involved in mass service fields. Thus, this study aims to take an approach different from that of previous studies and to suggest more effective human resource management strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of service companies and provide related implications.

This, this study is focusing on the on-the-job tranning in the area of tourism major in technical college. The issues and alternative solutions are as follows First, many student hope sutible training cost require. Second, An amount of subsidy for trainee is too low, and a trainee is used as substitution for regularem ployee's vacation during summer season and for beginning and end of year during winter season. Third, There is no clear linkage between job training and employment. Forth, many students enter a technical college due to learn professional technique and service, however, many other students go to a technical college as means of transfer to university, Since a tourism bussiness is predicted as a potential industry for the twenty-first century, besides a positive national economy and tourism business, the continuing and active supports and needed as follows First, An active support on tranning provided by tourism companies is required. Second, A continuos driving force and thorough management of job training by technical college and relevant major department are needed. Third, sutible traninging cost would be required. Forth, In order to achive a objectives and practical and effect ive job tranning, students majoring in tourism should enhance a service mind and manner.

  • With the rapid growth in media service platforms providing broadcast programs or content services, content production has become more important and competitive. As a strategy to meet the diverse needs of global consumers for a variety of content and to retain them as long-term repeat customers, global over-the-top service providers are increasing not only the number of content productions but also their production efficiency. Moreover, a considerable amount of scene composition in the flow of content production work appears to be combined with rendering technology from a game engine and converted to object-based computer programming, thereby enhancing the creativity, diversity, quality, and efficiency of content production. This study examines the latest technology trends in content production such as virtual studio technology, which has emerged as the center of content production, the use cases in various fields of artificial intelligence, and the metadata standards for content search or scene composition. This study also examines the possibility of using object-based computer programming as one of the future candidate technologies for content production.

  • Rapid development of educational technology requires fundamental changes not only in the form of instruction and role of teachers in school education but also in the competency development of students. Specifically, the emergence of new technologies such as makerspace, virtual reality (VR), and robotics has made it more challenging for teachers and students in the 21st century. However, even with the argument for the changes, less has been discussed about how much in-service teachers are aware of and how they are preparing for such changes. Therefore, this study intends to explore what would be required to students and teachers, and for instructional changes with more technologies available through the lens of elementary school teachers. The study results suggest, similar to previous studies, in-service elementary teachers recognize that student competencies such as creativity, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are important. They also perceived that teacher change in role and attitude, and for instructional method and classroom culture are crucial as catalysts of change. Unique and interesting finding from this study is about the importance of nurturing digital citizenship in technology-infused learning environment. The digital citizenship has been less highlighted in the past, but this study revealed it should be treated as a priority.

  • This study aimed to investigate the effect of pre-service science teachers' experiences in nuclear physics research on their understanding of scientific inquiry process and career planning. The thirty-week URP (Undergraduate Research Participation) program was designed with the participation of six pre-service science teachers. Data sources included in-depth interviews with the individual teachers, group discussions, participant observations with field notes over the weeks, journals and lab logs, etc. Results indicated that the teachers perceived the complex and repetitive nature of the science research process, the importance of scientists' creativity and collaboration, etc. Their typical impressions of scientists has also more or less changed. In addition, the teachers had opportunities to confirm their aptitude in physics and to explore their career options in physics-related fields.
