비즈니스 컨설팅 서비스의 품질과 편익이 고객과의 결속관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Quality and Benefit of Business Consulting Service on Customer Commitment)

  • A business consulting service combines company's knowledge and information with external's ones systematically. This combination achieve knowledge synergy and make added value for the business as a whole. Therefore, a business consulting service has been called Knowledge Ware Industry. Consulting corporations and consultants must provide valuable services for running and growing their business successfully. A value of business consulting service could be identified offset quality and benefits from costs. This study conducted survey about business consulting service quality by SERVPERF model and benefit, customer commitment. The research result showed that the quality of business consulting service effects on the benefit positively and benefit increased customer commitment. Finally, there is positive relationship between customer commitment and intention of continuing of the business consulting service.

이동통신사 서비스 요인과 전환혜택이 고객만족도와 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effects that Service Factors of Telecommunication Company and Switching Benefit Influence to the Customer Satisfaction and Switching Intention)

  • This study looks for the service factors influencing to conversion among the domestic telecommunication companies and finds out the effect which the switching benefit affect the customer satisfaction and the switching intention. Eight service factors of the telecommunication company such as usability, call quality, terminal quality, auxiliary service, rates, after service, application and brand image are selected and verified using the structural equation model. Auxiliary service, rates and brand image give positive (+) effects to the customer's satisfaction, but the application gives negative (-) effects to the customer's satisfaction. Switching benefit affects significantly to the switching intention, but not to the customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction gives a positive effect to the switching intention. The telecommunication service factors influence to customer satisfaction and switching intention, and switching benefit also influences to switching intention. It was analyzed that the significant influencing service factors were a little different among the telecommunication companies.

취약계층 고혈압 대상자를 위한 방문건강관리사업의 비용편익분석 (Cost-benefit Analysis of Home Visiting Care for Vulnerable Populations with Hypertension)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the effect of home visiting care service and to evaluate the effect from the cost-benefit perspective. Methods: Target participants were enrolled in 2007~2008 for home visiting care and provided with a home visiting nursing service for more than 18 months in J Ward of S City. Of 391 participants, 244 who satisfied the inclusion criteria were used in the final analysis. Cost-benefit analysis was done using the net benefit and benefit/cost ratio. Results: After providing the home care nursing service, the blood pressure control rate increased from 50.8% to 75.4%. Of the subjects, 39.8% maintained their blood pressure level within the target range. As a whole, the net benefit of home visiting care per person ranged from 434,964.86 to 447,112.43 won and the benefit/cost ratio ranged from 2.82 to 2.84. Conclusion: Home visiting care for vulnerable populations with hypertension was effective in both maintaining blood pressure and reducing blood pressure to the target range. Therefore these results are especially useful for establishing the value of home visiting services for policy makers as well as for prioritizing vulnerable populations.

외식산업 서비스회복공정성 지각과 관계혜택, 관계만족 및 장기관계지향성간의 인과관계 연구 (The Causal Relationship between Perceived Service Recovery Justice, and Relationship Benefit, Relationship Satisfaction and Long-tenn Relationship Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업 고객을 대상으로 외식산업의 서비스회복 공정성이 관계혜택, 관계만족과 장기관계지향성에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 마케팅 경영전략 차원에서 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 목적을 갖고 연구하였다. 연구결과 서비스 회복 공정성의 절차, 상호작용, 분배공정성에 따른 관계혜택에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 관계혜택을 통해 고객만족을 극대화시켜 종국적으로는 장기적 우호고객으로 상호관계가 지속될 수 있음을 시사해 주었다. 이는 서비스기업들이 서비스와 관련된 목표를 정하고 여러 가지 노력에도 불구하고 서비스 실패는 다양한 내 외부적 요인에 의하여 빈번하게 발생하고 있으므로 이러한 서비스 실패에 적극적으로 대처하고 고객만족과 장기관계지향성을 유지하기 위하여 서비스 회복전략차원에서 공정한 관계혜택을 통한 적극적인 노력이 요구됨을 입증해 준 것이라 할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 현재 물류부문에서 그 비중이 증가하고 있는 택배시장의 고객을 대상으로 고객의 선호도에 따른 적절한 시장세분화의 구축과 그 필요성을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 택배서비스의 가격탄력성을 측정하기 위해 Conjoint 분석을 이용한 효익세분화 방법을 이용하였다. 분석결과 택배고객은 그 특성에 따라 상이한 가격탄력성을 가지고 있으며, 그 탄력성에 따라 고객을 세분화할 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 분석은 향후 택배고객을 세분화 할 경우 유용한 도구로 사용될 수 있으며, 고객의 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 외식서비스산업의 이론과 요인분석을 통한 지역 프랜차이즈 V업체, T업체 그리고 O업체 외식업의 서비스 이미지 비용표준 가치 이익과 순수 이미지 지각 가치에 관하여 연구를 하였다. 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방범으로 이론적 연구방법과 실증적 연구방법을 병행하였다. 이론과 실증분석을 통하여 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 정체성 활성화를 위한 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 결정 사업 단계를 살펴보았고, 그 결과로 전주 지역의 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅을 위한 사업 계획 우선순위인 순수 이미지 지각 가치 점수에서 '메뉴 서비스 이미지'가 전주 지역 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅을 위한 사업계획 우선순위인 순수 이미지 지각가치점수에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났고, 또한 이미지 비용 표준 가치 이익 점수에서 V업체는 '운영적 서비스 시스템 이미지', T업체는 '접근성 서비스 이미지', O업체는 '내부 환경 서비스'가 가장 효과적인 요인으로 나타났다. 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅 전략에 있어서 V외식업체는 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 계획운영사업 17억원, T외식업체에서 9,600만원, O외식업체에서 720만원으로 외식업체의 서비스 이미지가 가장 효과적으로 나타났다.

RFID를 활용한 길안내 서비스의 경제성 분석 (An Analysis on the Economical Efficiency for the Travel Aids Service through RFID)

  • This paper presents an economic analysis for the travel aids service system for visually handicapped persons through RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). This research estimates both cost and economic effect of the service. By using input-output analysis technique, three kinds of repercussion effects - domestic production, value added, and workers induced by the travel aids service - are also calculated. To evaluate the profitability of the service, we investigate the procedures through which the service has an effect on the interested parties and develop formulas describing the procedures. The benefit of the service have been generally obtained by measuring the willingness to pay (WTP). This paper, however, obtains the monetary value of benefit by estimating the parameters of the formulas, so that a close improvement of the service may be possible with the result of the economic analysis.

Chinese Female Consumers' Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services

  • Purpose - This study intended to investigate ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services. For this purpose, this research investigated the relationships among security and compatibility of the mobile payment service, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, psychological benefit, and intention to use mobile payment. Research design, data, and methodology - This research developed a structural equation model in which the usefulness, the ease of use, and the psychological benefit are predictors and the intention to use is a dependent variable. Data were collected from China female in Jiangsu and Shandong province. Results - Empirical results showed that the security and the compatibility had a positive influence on the usefulness and the ease of use. The usefulness and the ease of use influenced on the psychological benefit respectively and the psychological benefit had a positive influence on the intention to use. Conclusions - This research contributed to the mobile payment service literature by showing how Chinese women consumers adopt the mobile payment service based on TAM. Moreover, current study introduced the security and the compatibility as antecedents of the usefulness and the ease of use and revealed the mediating role of psychological benefit. Managerially, theses results suggested retailing companies ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services.

국민건강보험공단 진료비 자료를 활용한 65세 이상 방문건강관리사업 대상자의 비용-편익분석 (A Cost Benefit Analysis of Visiting Health Care for People 65 Years and Over Using Total Medical Expense from Health Insurance Claims Data)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of home visiting care service and to evaluate the effect from the cost-benefit among older people. Methods: The target participants were enrolled in 2007 and they were classified into 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, and 4 years according to their service provision period. We analyzed health insurance claims data and entitlement data from the National Health Insurance Service databases between 2006 and 2010. This study examined the participants' social-economic and health status factors related to total medical expense. Cost-benefit analysis was done using the net benefit and benefit/cost ratio. Results: Based on the use of home visiting service, the effect was reduced by 223,914 won. The cost for 952,109 people aged 65 or older was 39,891,462,882 won and the benefit was 213,190,534,626 won. The net benefit was 173,299,071,744 won and the benefit/cost ratio was 5.34 times, which was very economical. Conclusion: Home visiting health care should continue to expand as a means of economically effective health care for people aged 65 and older and to ensure health equity for vulnerable groups.

보건소 방문건강관리사업의 편익 분석 (Benefit analysis of visiting healthcare in public health centers)

  • Objectives: This study is aimed to analyze service user's benefit and perceived-outcomes of visiting healthcare. Methods: Using a questionnaire survey we analyzed the subjective service quality and satisfaction of survey respondents. The sampling was designed with socioeconomic characteristics(age, sex, user group et al.), and each respondent (N=1,000) was presented with double-bounded dichotomous choice questions. To measure the value of visiting healthcare, we employed a contingent valuation method. Results: The respondents were satisfied with service and quality on visiting healthcare. And the acceptance-to-pay of respondent's benefit was 50,458 won for each visit and in totality, service user's benefit was 185.9 billion won. Conclusions: It is necessary to invest in visiting healthcare in public health centers.
