고객 만족도 향상을 위한 역무 서비스 개선방안 (The Study on improvement of Station Service for Customer Satisfaction)

  • In recently, our social is entering to service infinite competitive time., So If companys don't give satifactory and an impression customers, they don't exist. The Companies that operate railway are promoted(Seoul metro). The Korail, Seol metropolitan Rapid Transit Corperation, Incheon Rapid Transit Corporation), they are into a stronger competitor. So the service for customer is more inportant to improve the image and administration than before. Especially, station workers who work near the customer are important for cooperation image. But, there are only a few employees to operate the station like ticketing in railway station, There aren't reinforcement the service employees and expanse the utility system. especially, since the transportation card is introduced in 1996, the customers who use the T-Money card are increased. So the change of service system is necessary to provide a substantial service to customer. This paper derives the problems through analysising the operating system of station, and presents the improvement to provide substantial services to customer

종합병원의 의료서비스 품질수준과 경영성과 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Medical Service Quality and Managerial Performance in General Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse statistically the relation between medical service quality and managerial performance. And then the way of analysis is the regression analysis that independent variable is service quality, dependent variable is the volume of revenue, the number of patients and the rate of beds utility, and dummy variable is the number of beds, ownership and region. The sample hospitals were the 113 hospitals on general hospitals more than 300beds which were consisted of 20 public hospitals, 41 corporate hospitals and 52 college hospitals, and also distributed 67 hospitals on big city and 46 hospitals other city. The sample hospitals were selected from the Korean Hospital Association and the data of the year 2003 and 2004. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSSWIN 10.0 version, and the study hypothesis was tested using regression analysis. The findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of analysing hypothesis 1. In the study of the relationship between the service quality and the revenue, it was verified that the more service quality in last year became the more revenue in the year. But the dummy variable, ownership and region, rarely related to hospital revenue. Therefore it means that the more service quality is connected to the more revenue on the large number of beds hospitals. Second, as a result of analysing hypothesis 2 & 3. In the study of the relationship between the service quality and the number of patients, it was verified that the more service quality in last year became the more outpatients in the year. But there was no verified to inpatients. It seems to be the reason why a hospital has operated the fixed number of beds approved by the public office. So there are no free to expand beds according to the number of inpatients as much as inpatients are increasing. Third, as a result of analysing hypothesis 4 & 5. In the study of the relationship between the service quality and the rate of beds utility, it was verified that the more service quality in last year became the shorter of average stay of length in the year. Especially it has influenced much more on a hospital which was the large number of beds, the corporate and the college, but the region. But it was denied that the more service quality became the more the beds turnover. As a result of this study, it shows that the service quality in the last year has importantly influenced on a hospital managerial performance in the year. Estimating the service quality of each hospital, most patients have selected the hospital they want. And the hospital need to keep the number of patients for the proper management. So this result of the study means that a hospital must improve the service quality for keeping efficient management.

Survey of Intellectual Property Rights in the Ergonomics Field in Korea

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of ergonomics field in overall intellectual property rights in Korea, and suggest the direction for the future development. Background: Many ergonomists are trying to pursue optimal human well-being and safety, and create more convenient designs for human use. For these reasons, intellectual property rights may be used to protect the legitimate rights of originative and innovative ergonomic designs. Method: Intellectual property rights were reviewed by using Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service (KIPRIS), and then were classified and analyzed according to three intellectual property rights (patent, utility model, design), International Patent Classification (IPC) and ergonomics application areas. Results: The total number of intellectual property rights registered in the ergonomics field in terms of three intellectual property rights (patent, utility model, design) showed 48,814 which occupied 5.97% of the total registered Korea's intellectual property rights. Within three intellectual property rights, patent (87%) was recorded overwhelmingly higher than utility model (9%) and design (4%). Conclusion: The current trend of patent, utility model and design in the ergonomics field in Korea tend to increase over time. It is suggested based on the analysis in this study that continuing research and development should be focused on electricity section in accordance with the global trend. Application: The results of this study can direct the ergonomists to the areas of intellectual property rights in the ergonomics field that should focus on the research and development in terms of three intellectual property rights, IPC and ergonomics application areas.

  • In order to achieve high-resolution and large-size displays, inspection technology is necessary and important. It is a powerful utility for process and yield improvement for the high valued panel realization. We indicated the challenge of advanced panel manufacturing on inspection ability and throughput. We also investigated the method to judge laser-crystallizing energy by inspection technology. Finally, the total defect number and critical killer defects were classified and discussed in this work.

소비자 관점의 통신시장 변화 고찰 (A Review on the Change of Telecommunication Market in Perspective of Customer)

  • This review examines the rapid growth of qualitative and quantitative of telecommunication industry for past couple of years from customer's viewpoint. Most of the telecommunication products were positioned in the market by the businesses and government's support, but the entity of telecommunication products were never interpreted from the user's viewpoint. Even though, various kinds of telecommunication services have been actively discussed by businesses, government, and IT professionals, it has not been sufficiently discussed by the marketing academia where they need to focus a lot on customer's utility. For the purpose of providing an insight of the telecommunication service marketing strategy, this study looked over old and new directions of growth, failure and evolution of services by focusing on two main pillar of communication business, which is high-speed internet and mobile phone service. Additionally, the research explains and mentions the limit and trend of the telecommunication service marketing, and the future research task that needs to be solved.

인테넷상에서 NOD 서비스를 위한 연속미디어 전송 및 푸쉬-캐싱 기법 (A Push-Caching and a Transmission Scheme of Continuous Media for NOD Service on the Internet)

  • In multimedia new service on the internet, there are problems such as server overload, network congestion and initial latency. To overcome these problems, we propose a proxy push-caching scheme that stores a portion of continuous media stream or entire stream, and a transmission scheme of NOD continuous media, RTP-RR and RTP-nR to exploit push-caching scheme. With the proposed push-caching scheme, NOD server pushes fixed portion of stream to a proxy when new data is generated, and the cached size of each stream changes dynamically according to the caching utility value of each stream. As a result, the initial latency of client side could be reduced and the amount of data transmitted fro ma proxy server to client could be increased. Moreover, we estimate a caching utility value of each stream using correlation between disk space occupied by the stream and the amount of data stream requested by client. And we applied the caching utility value ot replacement policies. The performance of the proxy push-caching and continuous media transmission schemes proposed were compared with other schemes using simulations. In the simulation, these schemes show better results than other schemes in terms of BHR (Byte Hit Rate), initial latency, the number of replacement and packet loss rate.

  • 최근 철도정책이 KTX 개통 이후 속도 향상, 편의성 개선, 역 중심의 공간창출 등 이용자 서비스 중심으로 전환하는 중에 있다. 이는 철도의 차별화 서비스 전략으로 녹색교통수단의 입지를 강화하고자 하는 데 있다. 이러한 철도 유틸리티 개선 노력에도 불구하고 국민의 자동차 의존적 교통행동양식 때문에 자동차에서 철도로의 전환에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 수도권 통근자 대상으로 자동차 의존성을 분석하였다. 자동차 의존성 분석결과 환경의식은 대중교통만족도와 함께 자동차 의존성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수로 작용하였고, 이는 철도 서비스 개선과 함께 환경의식을 이용한 사회마케팅이 자동차의존성을 약화시킬 수 있는 정책대안이 될 수 있다 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 도시 특성변수와 도시계획시설 공급패턴의 상관성을 업무 담당자의 직무에 대한 견해와 다변량분석을 시행하여 도시관리계획 수립단계에서 사업의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있도록 자발적인 주민 참여와 의견을 행정에 반영하여 제도적으로 주민참여를 적극적으로 유도할 수 있도록 하였으며 도시계획시설의 공급특성에 따른 관리방안으로서 중요도와 효용성이 높은 시설인 도로, 공원, 상하수도 시설 동은 선계획 및 후개발 정책을 강화하고 효율과 형평의 요소를 조화시킬 수 있도록 정부의 서비스 공급을 축소하고 민간서비스가 가능한 행정에 대해서는 민간참여를 확대해 나가는 관리방안이 필요하고 향후 효율적인 도시관리를 수행하기 위해서는 공공서비스의 공급 수행을 정부가 공급하는 확대지향적인 성향을 억제하고, 민간참여를 위축하는 각종 규제를 대폭 완화하여 민영화를 확대하는 방향으로 법과 제도를 보완하는 도시계획시설의 관리방안 체계를 구축해야 한다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the utility of the community welfare center. for the purpose this study consisted of three main subjects(1) A analysis about the programs of the community welfare center (2) A analysis about the experience of the user and non-user on the community welfare center (3) A analysis about the demand for family welfare service program For the data set 398 married women living in Jeonju were chosen. The data were analyzed with the spss pc+ program. The major findings were as follows : (1) The program of community welfare center consisted of child adolescent elder family a disabled person community welfare program Among contents of this program family welfare program is limited to level of individual needs (2) The wives experienced of community welfare center did not satisfied about equipment location program of community welfare program The 44.0 portion of wives not experience of community wlfare center have no plan using of community welfare center (3) The wives hoped to establish diversed subjects such as parents-child communication conjugal communication sexuality education for child child care techniques health and nutrition of family member time managememt and lesuire and consumer's rights and damage relief.
