사회서비스 이용자 정보가용성이 서비스 품질 및 만족에 미치는 영향: 재가노인복지서비스를 대상으로 (The Effects of Information Literacy of Social Service Users' on Service Quality and Satisfaction: Based on Elderly Home Care Services)

  • 본 연구는 재가노인복지서비스 이용자들 사이에 정보가용성의 차이가 있는지 확인하고, 정보가용성이 품질 및 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역 이용자의 응답자료 466부를 활용하여 차이검증과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 이용자의 성별, 가구 형태, 거주 지역, 학력, 주관적 건강상태에 따라 정보가용성의 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 정보가용성은 서비스 품질과 만족에 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤다. 정보가용성의 하위요소 중 특히 서비스 내용에 대한 정보와 요구 가능한 내용에 대한 정보는 기타 정보가용성 하위요소 보다 서비스 품질 및 만족에 더욱 큰 영향력을 나타내었으며, 이는 각 이용자의 욕구와 상황을 기반으로 한 맞춤형 서비스의 중요성을 보여준다. 본 연구는 재가노인복지서비스 이용자들 사이의 정보가용성이 서비스 만족과 품질에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였고, 이러한 결과는 재가노인복지서비스 이용자 중 정보취약계층에 대한 효율적이고 능동적인 정보제공 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 생산자와 소비자의 구분 없이 모든 사용자가 직접 정보를 생산, 가공, 유통할 수 있는 양방향 미디어이다. 이용자 수가 빠르게 증가하면서 사용자들이 다양한 정보를 획득하고 공유할 수 있게 되었지만 서비스 상에서 신뢰할 수 없는 정보들의 확산으로 인한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 개방적 환경이라는 점을 악용하여 사용자의 프라이버시를 침해하고 서비스 및 사용자의 신뢰도를 낮추는 문제가 확산되고 있다. 따라서 민감한 정보는 정보 생산자가 신뢰할 수 있는 사람에게만 전달될 수 있어야하고, 신뢰할 수 있는 사람으로부터 정보를 제공받아야한다. 이러한 필요성으로 인해 사용자의 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 효율적인 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 서비스에서의 신뢰를 정의하며, 서비스의 기능을 활용하여 Trust Parameter를 만들고 사용자의 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 동적 사용자 신뢰도 평가 스킴을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 신뢰도 평가 스킴에 대한 분석을 통해 사용자들의 신뢰도에 대한 신뢰 범위를 도출한다.

Users' Adoption of a Convergent Service: A Case of Interactive TV-based Auction Service (T-auction)

  • This paper Introduces an electronic auction service to be provided on Interactive TV (T-auction). This converged service is expected to much enhance the quality of the service to current online auction users through vivid visualization and live Interactive experience. Our study focuses on how the characteristics of the interactive TV-based shopping platform can affect users' attitudes towards the converged service. To develop our proposed research model, we extended the technology acceptance model and integrated it with a hedonic factor, or perceived enjoyment to reflect the dual characteristics of the converged system. We also adopted the variable of intermediary trust In the service as a critical mediating determinant for a successful commutations-mediated commerce. The research model was verified with an empirical study conducted on 970 Korean online auction users. Results show that both trust and perceived usefulness positively affect user adoption of the service. Trust had not only a direct effect on users' attitudes toward T-auction but also an indirect one by mediating the service quality, information quality, perceived enjoyment and ease of use. Meanwhile, the hedonic factor of T-auction contributes to increasing both the level of the intermediary's trust and its perceived usefulness. Users' enjoyment also was found to help form a positive attitude toward T-auction services. Theoretical and practical implications of this study for current e-auction service providers and potential t-auction service providers are also discussed.

엔터테인먼트 서비스가 의복 충동구매 행동에 미치는 영향 - 백화점과 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 - (Effects of Entertainment Service on Impulse Buying Behavior)

  • Modern consumers seek various pleasure and fun through shopping. Retailing are offering apparel products with entertainment services to customers such as movie theaters, restaurants and so on. The purposes of this study was investigate the effect of entertainment service on impulse buying behavior. Data were obtained from shoppers (N=684) randomly selected department stores and shopping malls located in Seoul and Busan. They were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and cross analysis. The results showed that entertainment service users showed likely to be more recreational orientation, to be more pleasure, and better mood in retailing environment than entertainment service non-users. That is entertainment service users were more likely to buy impulsively during shopping than entertainment service non-users. Implication and future research directions discussed.

토픽 모델링을 활용한 전동킥보드 공유 서비스의 사용자 리뷰 분석 (Analysis of User Reviews of Electric Kickboard Sharing Service Using Topic Modeling )

  • This study conducts topic modeling analysis on four electric scooter sharing platforms: Alpaca, SingSing, Kickgoing, and Beam. Using user review data, the study aims to identify key topics and issues associated with each platform, as well as uncover common themes across platforms. The analysis reveals that users primarily express concerns and preferences related to application usability, service mobility, and parking/accessibility. Additionally, each platform exhibits unique characteristics and challenges. Alpaca users generally appreciate convenience and enjoyment but express concerns about safety and service areas. SingSing faces issues with application functionality, while Kickgoing users encounter connectivity problems and device usability issues. Beam receives overall positive feedback, but users express dissatisfaction with application usability and parking. Based on these findings, scooter sharing service providers should focus on enhancing application features, stability, and expanding service coverage to meet user expectations and improve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, highlighting platform-specific strengths and providing tailored services can enhance competitiveness and foster continuous service growth and development.

The Service Operation Strategy of Internet Shopping Mall by User Segmentation Market Typology

  • The purpose of this paper was to reveal Service Operation Strategy for the Internet shopping mall based on the types of internet users' market segmentation focus on the internet shopping behavior and e-service quality. In this paper, we examined internet shopping behavior and internet service quality factor depend on the types of internet users' group empirically. The empirical study result identifies the main decision factor depend on the types of internet users' group. On the basis of these result, Service Operation Strategy for the internet shopping mall has been suggested.

IPA분석을 이용한 지하철 이용자 서비스 특성에 관한 연구 (The Analysis of Service Characteristics for Subway Passengers Using The Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA))

  • It is reported that many users of the subways in Seoul are not currently satisfied with the subway services. The cause of the dissatisfaction is that the qualitative items and indexes are not considered properly, and also does not diversify the evaluation items to follow the change of subway environment. Therefore in this study the evaluation items and indexes that can reflect of the subway users' characteristics are examined and synthesized. Then the characteristics of service are analyzed for the senior subway system users and junior subway system users that are classified with the cluster analysis. The result of the study is that the majority of users on subway are not satisfied the qualitative items which are safety, kindness, comfortableness, convenience excepting for punctuality and accessibility. So, if the service of subway users improve, the qualitative items is needed to consider with quantitative items.

An Exploratory Research on the Improvement of Agricultural Food-related Public Organizations' Information Service : Based on the example of Okdab.kr's information service improvement strategy

  • Development, availability and users' participation in the information service of agricultural food sector is slower than that of other sectors in Korea. This phenomenon comes from the lack of development strategies and comparative analyses with other sectors, as well as the agricultural food industry's own characteristics which is developed based on the offline market. In this research, we will discuss about how to improve the public information service of agricultural food sector based on the example of establishing service improvement strategy by the most representative Okdab. In this research, we have drawn the following implications for development strategy of Okdab service based on three core keywords derived from benchmarking KOSIS. Three core subjects for upgrading public information service are 'analysis information with expertise and differentiation,' 'user cooperation-oriented platform,' and 'intuitive nd effective UX,' and to strength B.I. as an integrated information service of agricultural food sector, we need to identify the users' satisfaction and needs for the existing service, establish an optimized operating strategy on a short-term, mid-term and long term bases, and implement them in a positive way. Based on this positive action, it can become a trustworthy information service for the users, and we can expect the improvement of the users' recognition for its consistent usability and efficiency.

공공도서관의 인터넷서비스 이용자를 위한 정보이용능력 지도의 필요성에 관한 연구 (The Need for Information Literacy Instruction for Public Library Internet Service Users)

  • 본 연구에서는 미국 공공도서관의 인터넷서비스 이용자들의 서비스 이용 수준 및 현황에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 공공도서관에서의 인터넷서비스가 어느 단계에 이르고 있는지를 검토하였으며 인터넷 정보이용능력 지도에 대한 필요성을 논의하였다. 미국 중서부에 위치한 4개 공공도서관의 인터넷서비스 이용자를 설문 조사하여 수집된 386부의 설문지를 분석한 결과 인터넷 경험이 적은 인터넷 초보자의 서비스 만족도가 인터넷을 다년간 사용한 중급이나 고급 수준의 이용자에 비해 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났으며 인터넷 사용 강좌를 택한 경험이 있는 이용자의 서비스 만족도가 인터넷 사용 강좌를 한번도 택하지 않은 경우보다 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 미국 공공도서관의 인터넷서비스 이용자를 위한 정보 이용능력 지도의 개발을 위한 방향과 지침이 제시되었다.

IT관리부서의 서비스 품질이 정보시스템의 전유에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of IT Department Service Quality on Appropriateness of Information System)

  • As generalization of using PC and the Internet information technology (IT) users in organizations are not passive clients but active producers of information services. One of the reasons for the change of users' role is social interactions with other users and IT department staffs. That is, users can find and develop new functions and usefulness of IT, especially, Web-based ones through communication with other users or IT department staffs. The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between IT department service quality and social interactions with other users. For this purpose, we suggest a research model based on adaptive structuration theory (AST), which is to explain the changes in social structure (rules and resources) of IT by social interactions, as well as service quality theory. Our model's exogenous variable is service quality which is a second-order factor consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. As endogenous variables, we adopt two variables for appropriateness of using IT, faithfulness of appropriation and consensus on appropriation. Finally, dependent variables of ow model are usefulness and ease of use which can be considered as attitude on IT as well as other variables for appropriateness. For empirical test our model is applied to users of groupware and ERP in organizations and analyzed by partial least square. In result, all hypotheses suggested in our model are supported statistically.
