This study carried out a survey of students in Gangwon province's general opinion and satisfaction with the school food-service programs implemented in Gangwon province. The method involved a survey of 1,500 elementary, middle, and high school students from 30 schools. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: With regards to their general opinion of the school food-service programs, $70\%$ of the students answered that the size of the portions was appropriate. Moreover, the survey students answered that they were satisfied with the current method in which the food services. The elementary school students were found to be the best at maintaining public order when the food services were being conducted. The largest complaint which the students had towards these food service programs was the taste of the food itself. With regard to the students' degree of satisfaction with the school food service programs, the highest level of satisfaction with the atmosphere during meal times(3.88), followed by the degree of satisfaction with the food(3.27), and the school cafeteria environment(3.20), and the sanitary conditions of the food service facilities(3.14). The overall opinion and degree of satisfaction with school food service programs demonstrated significant differences, depending on the school level and type of food service.
The purpose of this study is to understand the perceptions of public officials in improving primary health care service for local communities by applying Q methodology that draw upon schematic model in subjectivity study. A survey was carried out among public officials at Gangneung Community Health Center, South Korea, to classify the 49 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 11 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using QUANL program, and principal component factor analysis using varimax rotation was used to identify public officials' perceptions of improving quality of health care for local communities as a meaningful service provider. Type I can be categorized by a strong concern for the service acceptance, Type II can be categorized by advocating for service usability, Type III can be categorized by the pursuit of service specialization, Type IV can be categorized by roles for service accessibility, and Type V can be categorized by the suggestions for operation and management. The results provide information used to further improve quality of community health care service with the aim to promote the effectiveness of health care delivery and to increase health service utilization.
In modern distributed enterprise applications that have multilayered architecture, business entities are a kind of crosscutting concerns running through service components that implements business logic in each layer. When business entities are modified, service components related to them should also be modified so that they can deal with those business entities with new types, even though their functionality remains the same. Our previous paper proposed what we call the DTT (Data Type-Tolerant) component model to efficiently process the variability of business entities, which are data externalized from service components. While the DTT component model, by removing direct coupling between service components and business entities, exempts the need to rewrite service components when business entities are modified, it incurs the burden of implementing data type converters that mediate between them. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method to use ontology as the metadata of both SCDTs (Self-Contained Data Types) in service components and business entities, and a method to generate data type converter code using the ontology. This ontology-based DTT component model greatly enhances the reusability of service components and the efficiency in processing data variability by allowing the computer to automatically generate data type converters without error.
The purposes of this study were to : (a) anlayze wating time, service rate, arrival rate, and coustomer expectations/satisfaction in cafeteria business foodservices and (b) identify the differences in those factors between foodservices by menu managmenet systems. The samples were two business foodservices operated by contract management in Seoul. The queue, laptime , service rate, and arrival rate were measured at each foodservice by stopwatch observation. The menu type, delivery system, number of meals served , servide time, and turnover rate of each foodservic was investigated. Questionnaires were developed to survey customer expectations and satisfaction. Satistical data analysis was completed using the SAS package programs for descriptive analysis and t-test. The mean waiting time of island type dafeteria system with separte set -menu was shorter than that of the other. In both foodservices, arrival rates were not significantly different from one another , but sevice rates were significnatly high in dafeteria menu systems. The peak time of the queue was found out at combination set menu line. The separate set menu line had a higher servide rate than the combination set menu line. The mean waiting time of the island type cafeteria line was shorter than that of the straifth type . At the straight type dafeterial line, both arrival rate and service rate were higher than those of island-type. The results of this study suggested that a separate set-menu would be more desirable than a combination set-menu in case of providing set menu with cafeteria menu.

In the most of a nation, the safety and emission gas inspection system of a vehicle in service have been conducted with the most compatible inspection system according to its real environmental situation. Especially, the state of vehicle emission gas is measured by advanced emission gas inspection equipment. It has the problem that the decrease effect of an environmental pollution matter is not calculated by weight percent measurement type equipment. Therefore, in this study, the correlations for the results of emission gas measurement are analyzed by comparing a weight percent measurement type (IDLE+ASM2525 mode) and an advanced mass measurement type (IM240 mode). As the result, the selectivity of an emission gas by IM240 mode is higher than that by IDLE+ASM2525 mode. In the future, therefore, the introduction of IM240 mode and a mass measurement type equipment are necessary. Also, we need to prepare a vehicle emission gas inspection system for introducing IM240 mode.
Utilization of supplementary cementing materials (SCM) by the cement industry, as a highly promising solution of sustainable cement development aiming to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, necessitates a more thorough evaluation of these types of materials on concrete durability. In this study a comparative assessment of the effect of SCM on concrete durability, of every cement type as defined in the European Standard EN 197-1 is taking place, using a software tool, based on proven predictive models (according to performance-related methods for assessing durability) developed and wide-validated for the estimation of concrete service life when designing for durability under harsh environments. The effect of Type II additives (fly ash, silica fume) on CEM I type of cement, as well as the effect of every Portland-composite type of cement (and others) are evaluated in terms of their performance in carbonation and chloride exposure, for a service life of 50 years. The main aim is to portray a unified and comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of SCM in order to create the basis for future consideration of more types of cement to enter the production line in industry.
Lately, in public libraries, there are various service programs for child user by corresponding to importance of reading based education and also a variety of changes by accommodating family based cultural life style. Therefore there is a need for space planning based study on unit-data room. This study gives guide-line of space planning through categorizing of space plot and furniture lay-out in child data room. The researcher, as a first step, searched web sites of 29 data rooms of 26 libraries and summarized space plots and features of data rooms through in-person visits. Then the author made a categorization standard and did a general analysis of featured data rooms through multiple categorization steps. There are Basic Type, General Type, Book-Shelf Centered Type, Book-shelf Scattered type and Multi-Functional Type out of this categorization steps. In sum, six categorizing bases, dividing infant room from child room, space zonning, position of entrance, compactness of reading space, position of book-shelf and orientation of book-shelf will be important design standards for child data-room of future libraries and an effective guide-lines for other unit data-rooms.
In this paper. the pneumatic service robot with a hybrid type is developed. A pneumatic has the advantages of good compliance , high Payload-to-weight and payload-to-volume ratios. high speed and force capabilities. Using pneumatic actuators. which have low stiffness. the service robot can guarantee safety. By suggesting a new serial-parallel hybrid type for the service robot which separates into Positioning motion and orienting motion, we can achieve large workspace and high strength-to-moving-weight ratio at the same time. A sliding mode controller can be designed for tracking the desired output using the Lyapunov stability theory and structural properties of pneumatic servo systems. Through many experiments of circular trajectory. the Pneumatic service robot is evaluated and verified.

The extranodal nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma was formerly known as lethal midline granuloma due to its most common clinical pattern like a destructive midline facial tumor. It often spread to other extranodal sites, such as skin, soft tissue, testis, upper respiratory tract, and gastrointestinal tract etc. For this reason, the term of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type is preferred. Its disease entity may have a prominent admixture of inflammatory cells and necrotic tissues, further causing difficulty in diagnosis. A 44-year-old man was visited to our clinic with complaints of dysphagia and odynophagia during six months. He underwent three times punch biopsies and then, two times incisional biopsies. Finally, He was diagnosed as extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type involving oropharynx and supraglottis. We report an extremely rare case of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type occurred in oropharynx and supraglottis with a brief review of literature.
