This study was concerned about mobile web-service of a VMI in the SCM system. The VMI would be a main module part of the SCM and regarded as very important thing on supply chain. Therefore, it was essential to react in real time of materials production and situation of used auto-part in procurement company. We could find an affordable method to realize the VMI in a web service. The web service has made inter relevant enterprise easy to collaborate because of supporting most operating system and frame-work. Moreover, the use of a mobile tools was guaranteed a product recording and requirement of materials to real time in a rapid changing of production environments. The result of this research was very useful to apply the VMI system in medium and small sized auto parts company. This web service package has programmed the Visual Studio Dot Net 2003 and the MS SQL 2000 as database.

The health and medical service attracts more public attention as the economy of Korea is rapidly growing up and the standard of living is elevated. Especially, the interest and demand on the prehospital emergency medical service that consists of the important part of primary medical service that is directly related to the life of patients are gradually increased. However, as compared with other advanced countries such as America in this area, Korea actually fell behind in the utilization of IT (Information Technology) to maximize the efficiency of emergency service system as well as has a problem in the general service system. This study suggested the necessity to introduce EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) system that takes a great role as the core part in the prehospital emergency medical service that is not systemized in Korea yet. In addition, this study proposed the implementation model of EMD ASP system using ASP (Application Service Provider) in EMD system to flexibly deal with the change of IT and efficient implementation and integration of information system as well as to significantly reduce cost through wire/wireless high speed Internet network that is politically promoted in Korea on the basis of EMD. The system analysis and design was executed by HIPO (Hierarchy Plus Input Process Output) analysis that was the conceptual design technology for EMD information system modeling based on ASP and DFD (Data Flow Diagram). This study proposed DB table configuration and data schema to implement the application of web browser interface in EMD system through ERD(ER-Diagram) of EMD ASP system. Finally, this study described how to implement and utilize EMD information system. This study aims to facilitate the qualitative development of emergency medical service in the future as suggesting the concrete models for the implementation of high value-added prehospital emergency medical information system as applying ASP concept to EMD system of prehospital emergency medical service area.

Purpose: To develop the patient classification system based on the resource utilization for reimbursement of long-term care hospitals in Korea. Method: Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) conducted a survey in July 2006 that included 2,899 patients from 35 long-term care hospitals. To calculate resource utilization, we measured care time of direct care staff (physicians, nursing personnel, physical and occupational therapists, social workers). The survey of patient characteristics included ADL, cognitive and behavioral status, diseases and treatments. Major category criteria was developed by modified delphi method from 9 experts. Each category was divided into 2-3 groups by ADL using tree regression. Relative resource use was expressed as a case mix index (CMI) calculated as a proportion of mean resource use. Result: This patient classification system composed of 6 major categories (ultra high medical care, high medical care, medium medical care, behavioral problem, impaired cognition and reduced physical function) and 11 subgroups by ADL score. The differences of CMI between groups were statistically significant (p<.0001). Homogeneity of groups was examined by total coefficient of variation (CV) of CMI. The range of CV was 29.68-40.77%. Conclusions: This patient classification system is feasible for reimbursement of long-term care hospitals.

The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

With the development of the internet of things, sensor and device are can be applied to various scenario. Overall improving of the dependability index of internet of things is the ultimate goal. And reliability aims to increase the success rate of internet of things service delivery. Many studies about internet of things system have been made on the system to assess a dependability for providing reliable service to user, but it has difficult to reflect the user context for evaluating the device reliability. Also, most do not consider the availability of content information. In this paper, it proposed dependable device searching system in the internet of things environment. This system evaluates device dependability based on device status and measured data. Through the proposed system, it can be provided reliable context information for user-centric service.

As customer's needs change rapidly in recent days, the evaluation scale about service quality is changing against the variation of the customer's needs. It is fact that the need of change which established evaluation ways about service quality rise more and more. 6-Sigma activity, called "most innovative management strategy in 20th Century", have many problems apply to service company. The important one between these problems is the problem about Critical To Quality(CTQ) Selection caused from the absence of more precise evaluation system. The objective of this study is the development of methodology for CTQ selection coincide to service company. It is the basic logic that the way to regard MOT mainly effects about total customer satisfaction index(CSI) as CTQ, after the development of the evaluation system based on MOT with customers. Also, the study focused on the case of department store progress to exhibit the reasonableness of this logic.

우리나라의 현행 항만개발제도는 장래 항만물동량을 기준으로 항만시설의 완공 시기와 규모를 조정한다. 물동량 연동 항만개발제도라 불리는 현행 항만개발제도는 효율적으로 한정된 예산을 집행했다는 긍정적인 평가를 받았다. 그러나 최근 국내 항만시설의 노후화가 가속화 되면서 국내 항만시설의 서비스 수준저하에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 하지만 현재 우리나라 항만개발제도에는 서비스 수준을 평가하고 개발 결정지표로 활용할 수 있는 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 논문의 목적은 항만의 서비스 수준을 측정하기 위한 지표를 선택하고 지표 간 가중치를 도출하여 현재의 '물동량 연동 항만개발제도'과 연계될 수 있는 항만서비스 지수(PSI)를 개발하는 것이다. 다양한 선행연구 분석 결과를 바탕으로 선박 대기율, 선석 생산성, 선박 재항 시간, 선박 생산성을 항만 서비스 지수를 구성하는 4가지 지표로 선정하였다. AHP 및 엔트로피 방법론을 통해 도출된 네 개 지표의 가중치를 종합하여 적용하였으며 항만서비스 지수(PSI) 산식을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 컨테이너 및 벌크터미널의 서비스 수준을 평가하였다. 다음으로 본 논문에서는 측정 결과를 6개 등급으로 범주화 하여 각 등급의 서비스 수준을 정의하였다. 마지막으로 물동량이라는 정량적 지표와 "서비스" 수준이라는 정성적 지표를 연계시킬 수 있는 항만개발제도의 개선 방안을 도출하여 제시하였다.

One of the problems associated with the current system of land development projects implemented by the public sector in Korea is that various service facilities are not ready in time for the occupation of residential dwelling. A major cause of the problem is the lack of financial arrangements which would smooth the cash-flow of the suppliers of the facilities during the project period. In this paper we present two schemes which will contribute to the optimal provision of service facilities by easing the financial constraint facing the land developers and suppliers of the facilities. The first scheme involves channeling a fraction of profits from a land development project and of the proceeds of mandatory sales of Type II National Housing Bonds as a loan to the suppliers of the service facilities. The second scheme considers the participation of the private sector in the project as a member of a consortium comprising the Korea Land development Corporation, the National Housing Fund, and private developers. It is proved that each scheme is superior to the current system. as well as entailing a very small cost.

이 연구에서는 낙도보조항로의 운영실태와 발달과정에 대하여 정리하였다. 낙도보조항로는 14개 사업자가 27개 항로에서 총 30척 선박으로 낙도주민을 위한 안정적인 생활교통편의를 제공하고 있다. 항로별 수송실적을 분석한 결과, 전체적으로 이들 항로를 이용하는 여객 수도 매년 증가하는 추세에 있다. 선박 이용자의 서비스 만족도를 향상시키려고 한다면 운영사업체별로 경영평가제를 도입하는 등 보다 구조적인 변화가 요구된다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻어진 결과들은 낙도보조항로 중장기 발전방향 수립에 기초 자료로 활용하는 데 그 의미가 있다.
