  • The mobile application market has grown over the past decade since the advent of smartphones, making it the largest market for electronic device software. As competition intensifies in the mobile application market, the impact of application evaluations on the consumption and usage patterns of users has also significantly increased. Therefore, research has been conducted on measures to evaluate mobile applications, but most of the research has relied on qualitative methods such as expert-centered interviews or surveys. In addition, evaluation measures are being constructed from the service provider's perspective, not from the service user's perspective. However, the possibility of application-specific analyses that minimize the subjectivity of researchers is growing, as large amounts of user review data enable quantitative analysis of actual users' assessment of applications. Therefore, this study presents a methodology that can complement current problems with existing quality assessments for mobile applications by utilizing user review data. To this end, the Topic Modeling technique LDA (Latent Dirichlet allocation) is applied in order to elucidate ways to improve existing evaluation measures from a user's perspective. The study is expected to reduce bias in service assessment due to the subjectivity of service providers and researchers as well as provide a measure of assessment by area of mobile applications from a consumer perspective.

Methods : For the analyses, we used the responsesof 268 nurses who completed a questionnaire for members of the Medical Insurance Review Nurses Association in 2015, and analyzed task importance and task performance using the IPA method and the standard task guide. Results : There were significant differences in task importance and task performance according to task position. In the category of 'Keep up the good work,' 'Calculate benefit standard' was indicated only in administrative positions, and in the category of 'Concentrate here,' 'Manage hospital resources' and 'Process after appeal results' was demonstrated only in general positions. There were differences in the 'Low priority' and 'Possible overkill' categories by task performance according to task position. Conclusions : Our results indicate the necessity of a new education system and task reassignment according to task importance and task performance as perceived by medical insurance review nurses.

  • We conducted a survey related to study methods to identify the factors that have an influence on the academic achievement of university students and analyzed the results of this survey for correlation with students' GPA, which represents academic achievement. Test preparation and effective study habits were found to be the most important factors in overall student achievement. However, when divided by grade, maintaining health and satisfaction with school life are the most important factors for sophomores. Rather, in grades 3 and 4, time spent maintaining health is negatively reflected in improving academic achievement. Divided into gender, male students review or daily academic effort is an important factor in academic achievement, but in the case of female students, there is no difference in relative academic achievement because the amount of review and academic effort are small. For students who have experienced military service, review and test preparation are important to academic achievement, but for students who have not experienced military service, review has no effect on relative academic achievement.

  • The computerized prospective Drug Utilization Review (DUR) program supported by the Korean government has provided alerts to physicians and pharmacists since December 2010. This study aims to propose and apply the tiering system in "drug combinations to avoid (DCA)" and "age-precaution" alerts based on severity to improve the compliance of users. To propose the severity and clinical importance of 647 DCA alerts and 140 age precautions, a Delphi evaluation survey was conducted. An expert panel comprising 5 clinical pharmacists and 5 physicians were participated in mail surveys. Based on the results of Delphi survey, DCA pairs were classified into 3 groups; group 1 (70.6%), 2 (26.9%), and 3 (2.8%). Drug-age precaution ingredients were also classified into three groups; group 1 (53.6%), group 2 (40.7%), and group 3 (5.7%). When this grouping was applied to claim data from 2011 to 2013, the majority of alerts had occurred in the groups of high severity. Presenting DUR alerts with severity level is expected to improve the compliance of clinicians. The implementation of tiering system in DUR criteria should be considered.
