The EU holds about 50% of exports and imports in the world trade of services. The insurance markets have undergone a significant consolidation in solvency rule, cross-border registration, and standardized accounts. In the EU-Korea FTA negotiations the EU is interested in mutual certification of qualifications as well as market liberalization of law, finance and distribution and so forth. When the negotiation with respect to the mutual certification of qualifications comes to a settlement, the two countries will drive it in service areas. Korea should examine european certification regulations and improve domestic insurance-related institutions. France is the focal country of the EU. The paper provides a comparative study of insurance markets and agents in France and Korea. The paper argues that Korea should initiate institutional changes and be transformed into an insurance service exporting country for the specialized insurance agents to move to EU countries.

This study first tries to investigate factors that decide the quality of mobile contents with literature review from the previous studies. Second, we hope to establish and verify the research model, which shows the relationship among quality of mobile contents, the perceived usefulness, and the competent degree of expected value or not. Third, on the basis of research results, this study can suggest the advices and implications for activating mobile contents industry. Therefore, we believe that research results can provide basic guideline for measuring the quality of mobile contents. Also, mobile contents service providers who are preparing or on going can get the insight which factors should be considered to activate the quality of contents service.

In this paper, we first summarize key components of integrated services of telecommunication and broadcasting. Definitions and typology of th e integrated services are organized th rough comprehensive analysis of recent convergence trend of telecommunications and broadcasting. Various issues on regulations, society cultures, and technical aspects of the convergence are identified. Next, we deal with the digital media broadcasting service which is one of the technical culmination of the telecommunication and broadcasting merged services. The focus of the analysis has been made on policy implications and comparative details with other similar services in the same category. Finally, we suggest the perspectives on forthcoming digital media broadcasting service developments, and implications to cope with this emerging technological breakthrough.

This paper deals with a continuous-review two-echelon inventory model with one-for-one replenishment and Poisson demand where transshipments among retailers are allowed. Two classes of inventory systems are considered by the number of distribution centers(DCs) which provide each retailor with inventory items. 1:N class inventory system and M:N class inventory system respectively. Two-phase model is constructed to find out the optimal inventory positions which minimize supply chain costs. Approximations for customer service levels of the system are evaluated in the first phase, and the optimal inventory positions are found subject to the constraints for service level in the second phase. Simulation tests are performed to assure the effectiveness of the proposed model. The effect of transshipment is evaluated.

In general, goods can be defined as objects, devices or things, whereas services can be defined as deeds, efforts or performances. Ultimately, the primary difference between goods and services is the property of intangibility - lacking physical substance. Recently, service industries span a wide variety of enterprises, from hamburgers to high technology. And the rules-based multilateral trading system so successful in reducing barriers to international trade in goods is now being expanded in the area of international trade in services. Therefore, the Korean Ministry of Trade, Industries and Energies has revised the Korea Foreign Trade Act and its Enforcement Ordinance to focus on expanding trade in service sectors, including transportation, communications, tourism services, and business services.

The purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization plans of export platform for supporting export enterprise of the domestic public services. To activate the export platform, alternatives to two aspects are required as follows. First of all, a governance plan of export platform should be established. At present, an operation entity of export platform, which is still developing stage, is not yet established. In this situation, even though export platform developed, it will faced with inefficient operation. Therefore, an operation entity and appropriate business model are important to the platform activation. second, to activate platform, it is necessary to support export process of life cycle. In particular, the service, which can support the business strategies setting and project implementation stage, is required. In addition, in order to activate the export platform is need to operate with he government's support program.

Last year, Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center(SIDRC) was set up to facilitate and promote international arbitration in Korea. This study was focused on the revision of arbitration rules such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and JCAA. As a leading arbitration institution in the world, ICC has tried continuously to provide more efficient service to their client by adopting emergency arbitrator(EA) & multi party arbitration. Other three institutions also introduced almost same mechanism to compete each other. These two new system is very innovative in international arbitration. First of all, EA was designed to provide interim measure service to preserve or protect parties' right before the constitution of arbitral tribunal. Arbitration institutions and arbitral tribunals should be careful to decide these requests are legitimate or not because too hasty approval on joinder or consolidation without full consideration such as parties' intention or argument may issue another serious problem - setting aside an award rendered after joined or consolidated.

This research is an empirical investigation into the dimensions determining the website quality of domestic online shopping malls. A research model that has been formed to find the website quality dimensions is based on DeLone and McLean's information system success model that we adapted to fit the B2C electronic commerce environment by incorporating existing research on IS service quality and website quality. The model incorporates three quality dimensions including the information quality, system quality and service quality, and an attempt was made to empirically examine the relationship between variables of these dimensions and the revisit intent. The results of the study revealed that five quality-related variables were found to importantly contribute to the user's intent to revisit a site : the information accuracy and relevancy, system reliability, ease of use, and on-line support. The paper concludes that the three quality dimensions can serve as a useful framework to evaluate the quality of online shopping mall websites in an attempt to improve the website revisit rate.

This paper review about kerberos security authentication scheme and policy for big data service. It analyzed problem for security technology based on Hadoop framework in big data service environment. Also when it consider applying problem of kerberos security authentication system, it analyzed deployment policy in center of main contents, which is occurred in commercial business. About the related applied Kerberos policy in US, it is researched about application such as cross platform interoperability support, automated Kerberos set up, integration issue, OPT authentication, SSO, ID, and so on.

The switching system is designed and developed to satisfy the performance design objectives recommended by ITU for call processing capacity and quality of service(QOS), etc. When the results by actual measurement at the system testing phase do not satisfy the performance design objectives, however, an effort is required to improve the performance. This paper presents a method for improving QOS by modifying the application programs for the switching system. In the proposed method, the sequence chart related to a delay time for call connection is modelled using PERT(Program Evaluation and Review Technique) network. Then, the criticality index of a message is calculated using Monte Carlo simulation to evaluate which message's processing time to decrease in order to decrease the delay time and thus to improve QOS. The criticality index of a block is also calculated to identify those software blocks that significantly contribute to the delay time.
