In general, an influenced area of merging section is defined as 500 m including 100 m upstream and 400 m downstream. However, from an observation of the actual traffic flow, it is found that merging effect influences more on downstream than upstream. In this study, an influenced area of merging section on freeway is analyzed by using turbulence which is defined as conflicts between vehicles. In order to overcome the limits of existing traffic flow detection system established with intervals of about 500 m, this study uses raw data collected from the detectors which are established in entrance ramps with similar road conditions. To divide data of each point into similar road conditions, the data of total 72 hours is sorted by Level of Service. An influenced area analyzed by standard deviation of speed is 700 m section of highway, including 300 m upstream and 400 m downstream, for both right and left ramps. It is the result including upstream 200 m more than previous studies.

After being introduced into franchises industry, franchise has made a phenomenal growth in a short time and a substantial contribution to job creation and economic revitalization. Furthermore franchises plan ways for their sustained growth and protection of rights and interests. Finally business operator draw up their information and upgrade continuously for franchises industry growth. Discussion and theoretical and managerial implications of the results were described along with future franchise research suggestions.
This study is in the purpose for the revitalization of traditional market as comparing to the relevancy between the central characteristics of a floating population going around for buying something or eating food and lots of small-sized businesses comprising of the commercial districts. The several traditional markets such as Cheonan station, Dujeong-dong, Sinbu-dong in Cheon-An city has been investigated repeatedly almost every two or three years by the Small Enterprise development Agency(SEDA) since 2001. By analyzing the raw data of those commercial districts made by SEDA, we can calculate the number of firms andthe ratio of business type of each commercial districts. In this research, the type of each business is classified into four groups such as restaurant, service, retail and the rest. Moreover, the central character of the floating population is derived from the raw data, which means the customer information about sex, age structure or the most populous time zones. From these characteristics, one commercial districts has his own specific features distinguishing from the others. The most important differences of past researches are firstly the dynamic viewpoint rather than a static one. Secondly it suggests that the relation between the central characteristics of districts and the floating population would exist. Lastly, it suggests that the interaction between both of them have a significant effect on the growth or decline of the districts and the rates of business type, other adjacent commercial districts as well. Eventually, this study provides several meaningful points for the revitalization of commercial districts to government or stakeholder such as management organization, business owners and new starter etc.
Purpose - Recently, the franchise business has made remarkable progress, but many conflicts have occurred. From this perspective, this paper explains how to improve the long - term relationship between franchisor and franchisee by integrating the relationship between franchisor of franchise business and franchisee. This study aims to identify the franchisee's economic and social satisfaction and to examine their influences on calculative and affective commitment, and loyalty. At the end of this paper, theoretical and managerial implication were suggested. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from owners and store managers in franchisees located in Seoul, Korea. The trained researchers contacted owners and managers of the franchise stores. The questionaires were distributed to owners and managers consented to respond. The collected questionnaires were used for the final analysis of 324 copies(243 store owners and 81 store managers), except for 26 copies of the untrustworthy response out of 350 copies. The data were analyzed with SPSS, 21.0 and SmartPls 3.0 Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, economic satisfaction effects both calculative and affective commitment, but social satisfaction does not. Second, both calculative and affective commitment have positive effects on loyalty. Third, economic satisfaction has a positive impact on loyalty, but social satisfaction does not. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study analyze the satisfaction and commitment of the franchisee from the multidimensional perspective by analyzing the effects of the franchisee on two dimensions of economic and social satisfaction and on calculative and affective commitment. That is, this study explains the trade-off between economica and social satisfaction, and between calculative and affective commitment. From the managerial perspective, the results of this study suggest that the economic satisfaction of the franchise headquarters felt by franchisees should be prioritized over social satisfaction. Especially at the early stage of the contract, economic satisfaction should be given priority over social satisfaction. However, since affective and calculative commitment have a significant effect on loyalty, social satisfaction factors should not be excluded by focusing on only economic ones. In other words, the franchisors should not only think of franchisees as a source of sales and profits, but should respect franchisees and maintain loyal relationships with friends.

The purpose of this study is to design textbook metadata as a basic task for building a textbook database. To this end, reading textbooks were defined as a category of textbooks, and a metadata development methodology was established through previous research. In order to ensure that bibliographically essential elements are not omitted, the catalog description elements of institutions that collect, accumulate, and service textbooks such as the National Library of Korea were investigated. The elements of Dublin Core, MODS, and KEM were mapped to derive elements suitable for describing textbooks. Finally, a set of textbook metadata elements consisting of 14 elements in three categories - bibliography, context, and textbook characteristics were presented by adding publication type, genre, and curriculum period elements. The 14 elements are titles, authors, publications, formats, identification sign, languages, locations, subject names, annotation, genres, table of contents, subjects, curriculum period, and curriculum information. In this study, we contributed to this field by discussing how to organize textbook resources with national knowledge resources, and in future studies, we proposed to evaluate usability by applying metadata elements to actual textbooks and revise and supplement them according to the evaluation results.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Tibetan tea is a kind of dark tea, due to the inherent complexity of natural products, the chemical composition and beneficial effects of Tibetan tea are not fully understood. The objective of this study was to unravel the composition of Tibetan tea using knowledge-guided multilayer network (KGMN) techniques and explore its potential antioxidant and hypolipidemic mechanisms in mice. MATERIALS/METHODS: The C57BL/6J mice were continuously gavaged with Tibetan tea extract (T group), green tea extract (G group) and ddH2O (H group) for 15 days. The activity of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mice was detected. Transcriptome sequencing technology was used to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the antioxidant and lipid-lowering effects of Tibetan tea in mice. Furthermore, the expression levels of liver antioxidant and lipid metabolism related genes in various groups were detected by the real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) method. RESULTS: The results showed that a total of 42 flavonoids are provisionally annotated in Tibetan tea using KGMN strategies. Tibetan tea significantly reduced body weight gain and increased T-AOC and SOD activities in mice compared with the H group. Based on the results of transcriptome and qPCR, it was confirmed that Tibetan tea could play a key role in antioxidant and lipid lowering by regulating oxidative stress and lipid metabolism related pathways such as insulin resistance, P53 signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway, fatty acid elongation and fatty acid metabolism. CONCLUSIONS: This study was the first to use computational tools to deeply explore the composition of Tibetan tea and revealed its potential antioxidant and hypolipidemic mechanisms, and it provides new insights into the composition and bioactivity of Tibetan tea.
This study targeted KakaoTalk app users, mainly in Seoul and the metropolitan area, and verified the factors that had a significant impact on the intention to continuously use the app through KakaoTalk contents. Among various content characteristics, five variables were used to verify the variables that had the greatest influence on the intention to continue using, and the ones that did not. As a result of testing the five hypotheses, it was found that convenience, enjoyment, informativeness, and perceived usefulness had a significant positive(+) effect on the intention to continue using, but intimacy did not. From this, it can be determined that the majority of users use the app content because it is useful and informative, rather than because they have a sense of familiarity. In this way, the purpose of this study is to provide empirical help to factors closely related to the intention of continuous use in deriving priorities to be considered in the service planning stage as well as in terms of technical design of contents when developing mobile apps in the mobile app industry as a whole and in the field in the future. Objective : In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of occupational therapists to examine their perceptions on and willingness to provide telerehabilitation dementia prevention education. Methods : From March 13 to 19, 2021, a questionnaire survey targeting occupational therapists in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam was conducted. 100 questionnaires were distributed but only 70 were collected. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis and descriptive statistics using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. Results : The average scores by region were as follows. The average compatibility score was highest at 3.92 score, intention to providing education, doctors 3.89 score, community-centric rehabilitation awareness 3.81 score, cost saving 3.78 score, perceiver usefulness 3.75 score, accessibility 3.62 score, the quality of telerehabilitation service was in order of 3.49 score. Conclusion : All items asking whether occupational therapists participate in community-centered rehabilitation and non-face-to-face dementia prevention education programs showed high scores, indicating the willingness to participate actively. In the future, in addition to follow-up research on the implementation of telerehabilitation dementia prevention education, measures for improving accessibility within the local and national government should be discussed.

Recently, the city railway in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) has offered a low quality of service as a passage time, because it was operated slowly. So, the people who live in modern society are not satisfied about passage time, therefore, this study tried to make that the subway in the SMA becomes a more functional and effective wide-area-transportation-network through an express train introduction's method which examined cases from abroad and current system. and then presented how express train could be applied to current system. In a case study, We used the An-San Line and Su-In Line as a examples and developed a schedule which can minimize the delaying time of subway by using Branch & Bound Algorithm. The train operational plan was loaded to consider a railroad siding, Obtained site, and the dispatch interval(three to ten minutes) for the express and local lines and finally, We presented an alternative operational plan which made by those factors.
