When a company provides new games or games with a small number of users, it is convenient to provide the game service in which those games are placed in a server cluster instead of a separate server for an individual game. This paper proposes a method for placing games in a cluster of servers with the same capacities. The method reduces the load imbalance among servers and minimizes the rejection ratio of user requests. We expect that the proposed method is useful for determining the server operation factors such as the number of servers, the number of games for a server, etc. To our survey, little research has been published on game placement on a cluster of game servers.

The adoption of technology has always been of interest to academicians and practitioners of the field of Management Information System. This is so because without proper and adequate adoption, technology-no matter how beneficial or advanced it may be-will be of little value to users. Numerous researches, such as the researches of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) or the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), had been conducted to understand the human nature in association with the adoption or rejection of technologies that have bombarded the users. The coming of smart technologies (i.e., smart phones and devices), however, seems to have fundamentally changed the environment for adoption. The ubiquity combined with mobility of technology, especially when it comes to mobile apps, seem to make the old PC era of two-stage-pre and post-adoption models obsolete. A new model of adoption that identifies the determinants of technology acceptance and continuance is needed for the smart age. To this end, this paper undertakes an empirical study, by analyzing 229 users of Social Networking Service (SNS) mobile apps, to identify the role of user experience on the multi-stage adoption of technology, and provides results that User Experience (UX) plays the crucial role of bridging the separate stages of pre and post adoption of technologies. The paper concludes by providing practical implications of the new model as it relates to mobile apps and technologies, and recommendations for further studies to get a better understanding of technology adoption in the smart age.

Inadequate military soldiers cause military fatigue and rejection such as reduced confidence in the military and combat power. The military developed and applied a self-adopting test as a psychological test system to identify soldiers who are not fit to serve in the military in advance and prevent accidents. In this paper, we propose the ontology design process to be used for identifying accident concerns and implement the behavioral patterns and symptoms of maladjustment soldiers as ontology. The ontology design process is validated consistency and suitability as a result of the performance evaluation of ontology implemented. Through ontology design for identifying maladjustment soldiers, it is expected to play an effective role in preventing accidents by providing objective criteria and sharing of information on accident concerns.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, airports around the world are rapidly pushing for smart airports. One ID service based on biometric technology to eliminate congestion and improve airport operation efficiency is one of them. In particular, biopass, which allows you to use the entire journey with one single token without an ID card or boarding pass from arrival at the airport to boarding an aircraft, is emerging as an important technology for smart airports. This study conducted an empirical analysis to identify factors that affect the intention to use in two aspects: the acceptance, and rejection of bio-pass by combining UTAUT and the innovative resistance model. As a result of the study, it was found that the relative advantages and compatibility had a positive effect on the intention to use, and the perceived risk had a negative effect on the intention to use through innovation resistance. This suggests that infrastructure expansion and usage expansion are needed to use time more efficiently at airports, and that the government, airlines, and airport operators need to cooperate to strengthen the security system to relieve users' psychological anxiety.

DAB(Digital audio broadcasting) is a next generation radio broadcasting system which provides CD quality audio, various data services and superior reception ability when moving. Also, it can show traffic informations and news literally or graphically. In this paper, we design and fabricate the DAB tuner for ITS service that follows Eureka-147 and ETSI 300 401 specifications. This small-sized tuner can be adopted to mny electronic equipments such as a Hi-Fi audio, DVD player, car audio system etc.. The overall performance of the tuner depends on a phase noise of VCO and the sensitivity of the receiving system is influenced by LNA, image rejection filter and channel selection filter. All our measurement results satisfy the specification for a DAB system with the return loss of 9dB, the noise figure of 6dB for both Band 111 and L-band and the sensitivity of -97dBm.

An on-line ultrasonic detector was developed to continuously monitor the ultrasonic signal due to partial discharge in transformer in service. The on-line ultrasonic detector has a band-pass filter designed to measure only the frequencies from 50 to 300[㎑] of ultrasonic signal, to remove electrical and mechanical noises from outside of the transformer, and tlle ultrasonic sensor contains a pre-amplifier with 60[dB] gain. The ultrasonic signal discrimination algorithm which discriminates the ultrasonic signal duration was developed to remove the ultrasonic signal due to OLTC operation having similar characteristics to those due to partial discharge. The reliability of the on-line ultrasonic detector developed in this study was convinced of measurement the ultrasonic signals from the model. transformer in laboratory and transformer in service.
Civil complaints and lawsuits filed in the process of providing emergency medical service include fall accident on the way of carrying the patient, transfer consent, refusal and rejection of rescue request, range and behavior restriction of emergency medical technicians, false registry of logbook, neglect of duty and emergency patient, and violation of traffic laws on the way of dispatch to the scene of accident. This study suggested the measures by cases as follows. 1. The accidents on the way of carrying a patient could be divided into fall of patient and fall by paramedic's mistake. In the former case, damages caused by the ambulance's shaking must be notified to the patient and guardian and recommended to fasten seat belt, in the latter case, the plan of patient's posture, route of transport, rescue and equipments should be comfirmed before fixing the patient. 2. Transfer consent must be made as implied when the patient is unconscious under delusion and was not able to consent physically, and paramedic must take an action by his judgment and record details of services on logbook. 3. When a patient refused to transfer, get 'confirmation of transfer refusal' and inform him of refusal. Paramedic should receive the signature. In addition, in case of refusal, transfer request should be made after hearing doctor's opinion and it should be notified to transfer request and superintendent of fire station after making 'confirmation of transfer refusal'. 4. Emergency medical technicians should perform their duties within the range of services prescribed by Article 41 of Law of Emergency Medical Service and Article 33 of Its Enforcement Regulations and shall not make announcement of death. In case of reporting the death to guardian, it is desirable to use record data like ECG results. 5. The best way to have protection from legal problems is making and keeping the exact records of accident and patient. Paramedic should not mention his subjective opinion about the accident-related matter. He must record correctly and keep the original medical records. 6. As emergency medical technicians are responsible for taking care of emergency patients, they must contact a briefing room when they meet a difficult situation suddenly due to vehicle stop or treatment of other patients and then must have support from neighboring hospital and other safety centers. 7. Since the ambulance operator is responsible for safety and careful driving of ambulance, he must be careful when he violates traffic regulations unavoidably. The operator should drive slowly below 10km/h at an intersection and pass it after getting way from general vehicles driving from all directions.

In this raper, we propose the Sequentiel Couleur Avec Memoire or Sequential Color with Memory (SECAM) video encoder system using modified anti-cloche filters and the SECAM video decoder system using a band pass filter (BPF) and an error-free square root. The SECAM encoder requires an anti-cloche filter recommended by International Telecommunication Union-Recommendation (ITU-R) Broadcasting service Television (BT) 470. However, the design of the anti-cloche filter is difficult because the frequency response of the anti-cloche filter is very sharp around rejection-frequency area. So, we convert the filter into a hish pass filter (HPF) by shifting the rejection frequency of 4.286MHz to 0Hz frequency. The design of HPF becomes very easy, compared to that of the anti-cloche filter. The proposed decoder also uses an error-free square root, two differentiators and trigonometric functions to extract color-component information of Db and Dr accurately from frequency modulation (FM) signals in SECAM systems. Also, the BPF in decoder it used for removing color noise in chrominance and dividing CVBS into chrominance and luminance. The proposed systems are experimentally demonstrated with Altera FPGA APEX20KE EP20K1000EBC652-3 device and TV sets.
The cluster analysis of diurnal precipitation patterns is performed by using daily precipitation of 59 stations in South Korea from 1973 to 1996 in four seasons of each year. Four seasons are shifted forward by 15 days compared to the general ones. Number of clusters are 15 in winter, 16 in spring and autumn, and 26 in summer, respectively. One of the classes is the totally dry day in each season, indicating that precipitation is never observed at any station. This is treated separately in this study. Distribution of the days among the clusters is rather uneven with rather low area-mean precipitation occurring most frequently. These 4 (seasons)$\times$2 (wet and dry days) classes represent more than the half (59 %) of all days of the year. On the other hand, even the smallest seasonal clusters show at least $5\sim9$ members in the 24 years (1973-1996) period of classification. The cluster analysis is directly performed for the major $5\sim8$ non-correlated coefficients of the diurnal precipitation patterns obtained by factor analysis In order to consider the spatial correlation. More specifically, hierarchical clustering based on Euclidean distance and Ward's method of agglomeration is applied. The relative variance explained by the clustering is as high as average (63%) with better capability in spring (66%) and winter (69 %), but lower than average in autumn (60%) and summer (59%). Through applying weighted relative variances, i.e. dividing the squared deviations by the cluster averages, we obtain even better values, i.e 78 % in average, compared to the same index without clustering. This means that the highest variance remains in the clusters with more precipitation. Besides all statistics necessary for the validation of the final classification, 4 cluster centers are mapped for each season to illustrate the range of typical extremities, paired according to their area mean precipitation or negative pattern correlation. Possible alternatives of the performed classification and reasons for their rejection are also discussed with inclusion of a wide spectrum of recommended applications.
Recently, biometric technology has begun to be used as a fusion of IT technology and financial system. Using this biometric technology, FIDO(Fast Identity Online) technology, Samsung and Apple started Samsung Pay and Apple Pay service. FIDO authentication technology replaces existing authentication methods such as passwords. Among the biometric technologies, fingerprint recognition technology is attracting attention because it can minimize the device and user rejection at a relatively low price. However, fingerprint information has a limited number of users and it can not be reused if fingerprint information is leaked by an external attacker. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to authenticate a user using EEG signal which is one of biometrics technologies. W propose a method to use EEG signal measurement value in FIDO system by using convenience channel by using short channel EEG device. And propose a method to utilize EEG signal when the user recognizes a specific entity by measuring the EEG signal before and after recognizing a specific entity.
