To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.

In this paper, we propose 'a self - conformance system of convergence security provider' to provide basic data for security and reliability of convergence industrial technology, system and service. It is difficult to evaluate convergence security systems, limited to information and communication service providers, unable to check convergence security items, burden of submission documents, difficulty in measuring convergence security service level and we will summarize product and service-based requirements that can be integrated and systematically measure the level of convergence security and define renewed life cycle-based convergence security information and content security and assurance requirements. On the basis of this, each convergence security company declares conformity with the standard itself without the certification of the certification body, and introduces the provider conformity certification system which can manufacture and sell. This will enable the company to strengthen its competitiveness through timely launch and implementation of products and services and cost reduction.

This paper was tried to show the improvement model for software industry structure in Korea regarding to have the global level of competence in Korean software firms. To suggest the improvement model for software industry structure, the detailed status about software industry which as in the supply and demand perspectives and comparativeness dimension were analysed. Also to this model the special survey results from the 35 professionalists in the software industry were included. This improvement model suggests the big software firms have to consider the economy of the scale, and to enter global IT market, the other SMEs have to pursuit themselves as a specified technology firms. So it is good for the oversea project collaboration with the solution provider firms and IT service firms. And it is desirable to make a the economy of scale regarding as the solution venture startup, M&A, networking the software firms as supply chain. Also the development of new business model for new market and firms with the high-tech business competency will be required.

Aviation/tourism industry has a unique characteristic of high inter-dependance between customer and service-provider. It is the mental condition of service-provider that could influence on the attitude of the service-provider. Thus, it is important to manage the mental condition of the service employees to enhance a company's financial performance. This paper tries to analyze the combined model of both policy acceptance and service profit chain(SPC) models. First, service policy acceptance model tells how the service policy acceptance, which consists of policy compliance, trust, participation and policy failure, would influence on SPC model. According to empirical research, it was found that both the employees' policy compliance and the policy trust have a positive significant impact on their participation on service policy. In the policy acceptance model, the employee's voluntary participation based on their trust and compliance of the policy was proven to have a positive effect on increasing job satisfaction and customer orientation. Regarding SPC model, their participation in the policy had the strongest impact among variables on customer orientation. Such results implies the employees' participation on the policy could become the starting point to enhance the customer value.
Purpose: In the last few decades, the ceramic industry has become an important industry for Indonesia. The resulting product must be handled properly, because if material & product handling is not carried out properly it will impact on the quality of product. Based on the logistics outsourcing research gaps in the ceramics industry to logistics service provider (LSP), this study aims to analyze the logistics service improvement of LSP in accordance with the needs of the ceramic industry to minimize logistics outsourcing risks. Research design, data and methodology: In the field study, observations, interviews and surveys related to production and logistics activities in the ceramic industry & LSP were carried out. The next step is to analyze logistics service of LSP needed by the ceramic industry. Results: The final findings obtained from this research are the LSP need to improve 1) knowledge; 2) technology capability; 3) relationships; 4) service quality; 5) innovation; 6) commitment in services. Conclusion: In order to reduce logistics outsourcing risks in the ceramic industry, LSP in Indonesia need to improve the logistics services required by the ceramic industry with a focus on six areas of improvement.
Purpose - In recent years, management scholars have expressed growing interest in the concept of person-Job fit because of having many benefits for employees' attitudes and behaviors. The related research is needed to determine what specific types of fit are related to each other, and to get important individual outcomes. Person-job fit of employees in service organization plays an important role in company as well as person in service industry. Person-job fit, representing the consistency between person (service provider) and job (service provided to the customers), gives significant and positive effects on the attitude and behavior of service provider. On the basis of the study background, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, we would like to examine the effects of person-job fit of service provider on their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is divided into four sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, we would like to identify the relationships between job satisfaction and sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - We performed structural equation model using Spss 18.0 and Amos 20.0 in order to verify the hypotheses. Subjects were golf service assistants who were high-touching service with high degree in interaction and long contact time with customers. 178 out of the total 200 surveys were used in evaluation from helpers of golf service working as full-time service provider after selecting two locations of golf course located near Busan. From the evaluation of reliability and validity with variables used in this research, they satisfied and confirmed certain standard. Results - The results are as follows. First, as the results of identifying the relationships between person-job fit and emotional intelligence of service provider, person-job fit did not have positive and significant effect on self-understanding. On the other hand, it affected positively and significantly other factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, as the results of identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, sub-factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation except self-emotion affected significantly and positively job satisfaction. However, self-emotion did not have significant and positive effects on job satisfaction. Conclusion - These results will be valuable and used for service providers. In addition, many service providers will recognize that person-job fit is very important to get a job. This research has a purpose on the assumption that appropriateness between individual and task in service industry shall act as major influence in emotional intelligence of service provider. Recognitive ability of service provider is also very important per characteristics of service, but emotional intelligence that interacts and connected directly with most customers can be a very meaningful factor as well. Emotional intelligence allows people to recognize, understand, and empathize the emotion of customers shall be a positive reinforcement for customers to evaluate the service ultimately.
The concept of Cloud computing has been introduced in the IT field over 10 years and industry has been expanding constantly. However, compare to the maturity of global market, Korea cloud computing industry is only in the early stage. Even the Korea has advantages in technology infrastructure; the pace of Korea cloud computing market growth is taking a serious downturn. Under these circumstances, it is needed to be discussing that strategy for expanding the cloud computing market size and for sustaining global competitiveness of local companies. Previous studies on plans for Korea cloud computing market has been conducted since 2009 and most of them are tend to examined in demand perspective. Thus, this study aims at identifying the priority of business challenges for making better performance in the market with service provider aspects. To analyze the important factors in the providing cloud computing service, ANP methodology was applied in this study. The network model including five clusters, security, stability, performance, consumer, and institution, was defined through literature review and expert survey was conducted to collect data. As a result of ANP analysis, 'Securing service reliability' was analyzed as the most important factor and followed by 'Preparing the range of legal liability', 'Preventing personal information leakage' and 'Preventing confidential information data leakage.' The priority of result indicates that service provider needs to focus on to make the secured service environment. This study has significance on analyzing the priority of business challenges in the service provider perspective. This study will provide useful guidelines to for establishing strategies in cloud computing market.

Most demand forecasting studies for telecommunication services have focused on estimating market size at the introductory stage of new products or services, or on suggesting improvement methods of forecasting models. Although such studies forecast business growth and market sizes through demand forecasting for new technologies and overall demands in markets, they have not suggested more specific information like relative market share, customers' preferences on technologies or service, and potential sales power. This study focuses on the telecommunication service industry and explores ways to calculate the relative market shares between competitors, considering competitive situations at the introductory stage of a new mobile telecommunication service provider. To reflect the competitive characteristics of the telecommunication markets, suggested is an extended conjoint analysis using service coverage and service switching rates as modification variables. This study is considered to be able to provide strategic implications to businesses offering existing service and ones planning to launch new services. The result of analysis shows that the new service provider has the greatest market share at the competitive situation where the new service covers the whole country, offers about 50% of existing service price, and allows all cellphones except a few while the existing service carrier maintains its price and service and has no response to the new service introduction. This means that the market share of the new service provider soars when it is highly competitive with fast network speed and low price.
Domestic ASP (Application Service Provider) market has been dramatically enlarged under government supports for last 10 years. However ASP industry recently has been troubled for poor performance and market saturation. In this paper, firstly I derive core service groups through using BCG matrix for ASP market size and growth rate and secondly generate major critical success factors using focused group interview for selected core service groups. Finally I would like to propose a direction of ASP industry revitalization based on above critical success factors and transition strategy to SaaS (Software as a Service).
Due to the diversification of the food industry and its heightened competition, the marketing strategy to be required the most would be to improve competitiveness by enhancing customer loyalty as a resulting variable of customer satisfaction. Thus, this study, taking a food service provider as a subject, is to find factors and the scope of the perceived quality ; and to analyze how far the perceived service quality factor as such could explain customer′s overall satisfaction and customer loyalty ; finally to provide basic data for establishing a customer satisfaction marketing strategy as related to customer loyalty. The results of the study are as below. 1) 25 factors of service quality perceived by a food service provider have been categorized into 8 independent dimensions through factor analysis. Each of them are named ′Employee attitude′, ′Cleanliness′, ′Reputation′, ′Reliability′, ′Food′, ′Price′, ′Convenience′, ′Variety′, all of which explain 64.3% of the service again quality perception level. 2) After classifying customers into 3 groups according to two criteria -"will buy the service again" and "will suggest it to others" and making a pair of service providers with each customer, each customer loyalty group compared the service quality perception factor of the food service provider. The result was that the group having both the " will buy the service again" and "will suggest to others" criteria, that is, with higher loyalty, tend to have higher points than other group s in the dimension of ′Employee attitude′ and ′ Cleanliness′(p〈0.05), which means these two dimensions are closely related to customer loyalty. 3) From a regression analysis for the service quality perception level of the food service provider and overall satisfaction, it has been found that : the regression models are different for each group, that ′Employee attitude′ seems to be related more closely to the group with higher loyalty(p〈0.05); that the ′Price′dimension is found to be a meaningful factor to the group categorized not having "will buy the service again" and "will suggest to others" criteria(p〈0.05).
