노인 부모의 식생활 의존도 및 노인 급식 프로그램에 대한 의식 조사 (Study on the degree of dependence on flood environment and the perception of meal service program for elderly parents)

  • This study was designed to examine the degree of dependence on dietary environment, evaluate the perception of metal service program and investigate factors affecting the demand for meal service programs for elderly parents. The purpose of this study provided the basic information for the development and systemization of meal service program for elderly. Eight hundred twenty semen adults who have elderly parents were surveyed using pre-designed written questionnaire. According to the results on the life environments of their elderly parents, psychological factors(41.7%), living condition(14.3%) and dietary environment (13.2%) had trouble. Physical and psychological conditions significantly affected the dietary environment(p<0.05). Only 9.2% of the subjects were already aware of recognized the meal service program for elderly, and the degree of recognition differed significantly by sex and education level. Women had better perception of meal service program for elderly than men. In men, they would expect to use congregate meal service(44.1%), home-delivered meal service (23.7%), nursing home meal service(16.9%) in order. On the other hand, for women, home-delivered meal service (41.2%), congregate meat service(44.1%), and nursing home meal service (16.8%) in order. Therefore there are significant differences between men and women what type they want(p<0.001). For those who haute both of the parents or either one of them, they would use more of congregate meal service (38.8%) and home-delivered meal service (38.8%) than nursing home meal service (15.5%). The group whose parents are lower socio-economic status would have tendency to use the nursing home meal service (p=0.06). The group of whom believe the dietary environment is the problem of their parents'life environment had preference of using congregate meal service and home-delivered meal service.

학교급식 조리사대상 교육 프로그램의 필요성 평가 (Needs Assessment of Education Program for School Food Service Cook)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the needs of education program and to analyze importance of education courses for school food service cooks. The questionnaires were developed by reviewing literatures on education programs for cooks and by interviewing with cooks who are working in school food service. A total of 150 questionnaires were surveyed at Kyonggi University and 90 of them were analyzed. The cooks in school food service wanted to take continuing education program about cooking skills and school food service operation skills. They wanted to take a culinary courses for 10 days and they wanted to take a food service operation courses for a week. The school food service cooks emphasized on courses of job analysis, laws and regulation, food sanitation, standard recipe, safety, equipment, and facility and layout. And they thought not only Korean food but also western food, Chinese food and Japanese food are important.

  • From early 1999 years, the mobile telecommunication companies have introduced the mobile telecommunication membership program to attract more customers. However, the severe competition in the mobile telecommunication market has made the mobile telecommunication membership program to be faced with the matured mobile telecommunication market and the mobile number portability. Wain focus of this study is to find what are the core elements of service qualify of the mobile telecommunication membership program. To achieve research objective, we conceptualized the service quality of mobile telecommunication membership program. We also derived hypotheses regarding the relationships between service quality of the program, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty and examined it by using the empirical research methodology. We suggest new marketing strategies of the mobile telecommunication membership program which can be applied to improve the corporate competitiveness.

패션기업의 디자이너 재교육 프로그램 설계에 관한 연구 (Design of a Professional Development Program for Fashion Designers in Fashion Enterprise)

  • Fashion industry is faced with issues of raising the competitiveness of established designers recently. As well as the change of business system, the specialization of professionals in design team increases the needs of in-service training of fashion designers. But, the education programs of enterprise are generally focused on adaptability to the organization and harmony among men as an introduction level. Furthermore, there are few professional institutions that give an education to the working-level designers. Thus, this study aimed at development of specialized in-service training program that could educate established designers for more integrated thought to cope with rapid changes in the fashion field. Firstly, the theoretical study on the in-service training and changes of fashion environment had been studied through literature review. Then, the current state of in-service training of fashion enterprises and the courses for established designers in fashion institutions were analysed. Finally, a comprehensive framework of in-service training program for fashion designers has been established as a result of this study. The program was designed in accordance with the previous research which reached 4 different educational needs for in-service training: brand planning and management, understanding production, understanding practical fabrics & colors, computer program. The study went further to apply the program to each design group divided by career: new designer, junior designer, senior designer, design leader. This study also suggested evaluation process to confirm the effects.

이동통신 서비스 시장에서 로열티 프로그램의 지각된 가치와 서비스 충성도 간의 영향관계 (A study on Influencing relationship between loyalty program's perceived value and service loyalty in mobile telecommunication service market)

  • 본 연구는 관계마케팅의 촉진수단으로써 사용되는 로열티 프로그램의 역할을 중심으로 로열티 프로그램을 통해 서비스 충성도에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 로열티 프로그램의 지각된 가치인 경제적 유용성과 심리적 유용성이 높을수록 로열티 프로그램 만족도가 높아진다는 사실이 확인되었다. 또한 로열티 프로그램 만족도가 높을수록 로열티 프로그램 신뢰도가 높아지며 로열티 프로그램 신뢰도가 높을수록 로열티 프로그램 몰입도가 높아지는 긍정적인 영향관계를 확인하였다. 그리고 로열티 프로그램에 대한 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객몰입 등 각각의 요소들이 서비스 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 사실을 확인하였다. 또한 로열티 프로그램 만족도는 로열티 프로그램 신뢰도와 몰입도를 매개로 하여 서비스 충성도에 간접적으로 영향을 주었다.

  • Many companies make active use of loyalty programs to improve their customers' loyalty to the company. Loyalty programs are widely used in various industries and sectors, including oil, telecommunications, credit card, department stores, and internet shopping malls; their performance seems to be successful in building a positive relationship with customers. This study emphasizes the role of affiliate programs in creating loyalty, thereby helping companies to maintain their competitive advantage. To objectives of this study are to investigate which antecedent variables(affiliate program benefit, service company characteristic , consumer characteristic) have significant effects on consumer perceived affiliate program satisfaction and to examine whether these factors have differences between Korean and Japanese consumers. The useful results will provide marketing strategy for marketers of service companies. The results also show that affiliate program is very important in order to maintain relationship with customers in service companies.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs for managerial service for residents in multi-family housing. For the survey and statistical analysis, the questionnaires from 484 residents and 84 housing managers of multi-family housing within the Seoul metropolitan area were used. The analytical methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, t-test, and factor analysis. The results of this study are as follow : (1) Basic services within a multi-family housing included management, minimum residential self governance, basic etiquette, and community program. And additional service were categorized by the health and entertainment program, the consumer service program, the residential life services, the information and financial services program, and the children's program. (2) The favorite needs of residents' additional services were the market news and information, the programs related health, the mail services, the health diagnosis service programs etc. But, housing managers' needs were the market news and information, and the flea market. As to the results analyzing the needs for additional service fir residents, it was found there were differences between residents and housing managers.

프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램이 예비 교사의 자아효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Programming-based TPACK Educational Program on Self-efficacy of Pre-service Teachers)

  • 테크놀로지의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 교육에 테크놀로지를 통합하기 위하여 예비 교사를 위한 지식인 TPACK의 필요성이 증가하였다. 이에 따라 예비 교사의 TPACK 향상을 위하여 프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램이 개발하였지만, 개발된 프로그램은 예비 교사의 자아효능감 발달에 한계가 존재하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램을 예비 교사에게 적용하여 자아효능감 변화를 검증하였다. 검증을 위하여, 두 집단의 예비 교사에게 기존과 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 적용 결과, 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램은 예비 교사의 자아효능감 발달에 효과적이었다. 세부 영역에서는 예비 교사의 자신감, 과제난이도선호가 기존 프로그램보다 유의한 향상이 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램은 기존의 교육 프로그램보다 예비 교사가 수업에 테크놀로지를 통합을 촉진한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

가상공간을 활용한 예비교사 수업실습 프로그램 개발 (Developing a teaching practice program for pre-service teachers using a virtual space)

  • 이 연구는 가상공간과 수업실습의 특성을 반영하여 가상공간을 활용한 예비교사 수업실습 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 예비연구를 통해 가상공간에서의 수업실습 프로그램 개발 목표, 수업실습 팀 편성, 수업실습 조건이 분석되었다. 이러한 예비 연구를 기반으로 최종 개발된 실습 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 99명의 예비교사에게 이 프로그램이 적용되었으며, 이 중 46명의 예비교사가 평가에 참여하였다. 평가 결과 이 프로그램은 예비교사들의 교수효능감에 긍정적 변화를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 이 프로그램이 교사양성과정에서 효과적으로 사용되고, 학교현장에서의 실제적 수업실습에 연계되어 활용되기를 기대한다.
