The current research was conducted to examine the factors that affect outsourcing performances, and further investigate whether a discrepancy in performance exists between the medical institutions and hotel service institutions. The study surveyed both medical and hotel administrators for approximately two months, who managed outsourcing tasks. Total of 325 responses out of 350 distributed were collected. However, due to inadequate responses, six responses were excluded, amounting to total of 319 (155 medical institutions, 164 hotels) valid responses included in the final analysis. First, the informal outsourcing relationships between representatives of outsourcing service seekers and providers did not appear to have significant effects in terms of the levels of trust in neither medical institutions nor hotel industries. However, the relationships affected outsourcing degrees exclusively in medical institutions, showing the disparity between the two service institutions. This was explained due to the continuing long term efforts required to establish an informal relationship in medical institutions. Second, communication was shown to have positive effects on levels of trust in both medical institutions and hotel industries. This indicates a prominent outsourcing trait that emphasizes the significance of mutual cordial communication that contributes to establishing positive relationships. Third, opportunistic behavior of the outsourcing service providers appeared to negatively affect the levels of trust as well as outsourcing degrees for both medical and hotel industries. Therefore, opportunistic behaviors were found to have more tendencies to causing tension and discomfort rather than creating a relationship based on mutual credibility or conviviality. Fourth, the effect of service infrastructures on the level of trust did not appear to be significant on medical institutions, while showing positive influence on hotel industries. Additionally, service infrastructures were found to positively influence the outsourcing performance levels for both sectors. Fifth, trust between outsourcing service seekers and providers did not appear to have noticeable impact on the outsourcing degrees for either institution. On the contrary, trust appeared to have positive impacts on performance for both institutions. This further indicates that, when engaging in outsourcing, strengthening relationships through mutual partnership with outsourcing entities rather than establishing contractual relationships leads to improving the reciprocal trust, which in turn improves work results. Lastly the outsourcing degree of service seekers appeared to have positive impact on the outsourcing performance for both medical institutions and hotel industries, indicating the causal relationship between the affectability of outsourcing degrees and the following performance results.

The purpose of this research was to identify how service composition factor impact organizational performance of long-term care facilities for elderly people. The target population was the staffs who were working at long-term care facilities for elderly people in urban areas of Seoul, Inchon and cities in Kyonggi-do as of September 2012. Independent variables, main factors for organizational performances, are leadership, educational training, compensation, initiative, and service quality. Dependent variables are selected as duty satisfaction, job performance, financial aptitude and beneficiary-oriented policy. SPSS ver18.0 statistical computer program was conducted in order to analyze the multivariate statistical data. The results are examined in detail in terms of the influence of two managing systems in the senior-care service on the organizational performance and the evaluations of the relation and difference caused by the input variables in two managing systems. In one case of the influence of two managing systems in the senior-care service on the organizational performance, the findings show 1) the influence of the service managing factor is clearly related to duty satisfaction with the result of 0.001 (F=37.429) regression data, 2) the influence of the service managing factor is clearly related to job performance with the result of 0.001 (F=55.099) regression data, 3) the influence of the service managing factor is closely related to financial aptitude with the result of 0.001 (F=56.904) regression data, and 4) the influence of the service managing factor is also clearly related to beneficiary-oriented policy with the result of 0.001 (F=61.367) regression data.

The purpose of this research was to find out the state of the nursing performance of the home care nurses in Seoul in order to provide the data for the practical work guide. The data were collected from fifty home care nurses working in 22 institutions located in Seoul. The research tool used for this research was modified and tested by Song Jong-Rye(1999) which was originally modified the standard tool of American Nurses Association (1998) and was partly supplement and adjusted for this research. The reliability of this tool was Cronbach's $\alpha$=.0982. The collected data were statistically processed using SAS for t-test, ANOVA. $Scheff\'{e}$ test. Among the surveyees, 50% have been working as a home care nurse more than three years and 74.0% of them were married. And 52% have B.S degree with certification of home care nurse from the certification program for Home Care Nurses affiliated at nursing schools. Half of the home care nursing organizations were based on the general hospitals, and most(78%) of the responsible senior personnels of those organizations were nurses. The following results are drawn from this research. 1) The level of nursing performance by the task sectors General performance level of home care nurses was relatively high in grade of 3.06 from total 4.00. Among the task sectors. the ethical field scored the highest points, and the next were nursing intervention, professional training, and data gathering, and the research sector scored the lowest point. 2) The level of nursing performance by general features of home care nurses Statistically relevant correlation between performance according to the duration of working experience as a nurse(p=0.8951) and performance according to the duration of working as home care nurse(p=0.2263) did not emerge. Also, performance by marriage status(p=0.2218), education(p=0.5733), and taking the certification program for home card nurse(p =0.1560) has no statistically meaningful correlation. 3) The level of nursing performance by the type of home care nursing organizations There exists a significant difference(p=0.002) between performances by the types of organizations. Most of the responsible senior personnels of the home care nursing organization were nurses. The level of nursing performance of the home care nursing organization under nurse management was relatively higher than that of home care nursing organizations led by medical doctors or non-medical professional, but this was not proved as statistically meaningful(p =0.3617). 4) The level of nursing performance by task sectors according to the characteristic of home care nursing service organization There exists a significant difference between nursing performances by task sectors according to the characteristics of home care nursing organization(p=0.002). In case of model research center of one College of Nursing, the nursing performance in the sectors of organization, theory, and data gathering were lower than that of in hospital based home care nursing service. And in case of local home care centers, performances in sectors of organization, theory, data gathering, nursing intervention. professional training, and research sectors were significantly low. Based on the obtained results, overall performance of home care nurses can be appraised as relatively good. Especially, performances in sectors of the nursing intervention, nursing plan. and data gathering including the in direct nursing were recorded high scores. From this, it can be concluded that high quality of nursing is relatively practicing for home patients at these days. Since the high quality of nursing for patients was directly related to the level of nursing performances of home care nurses, it is required to improve practical performance level of them by making constant evaluation and running continual education program and supplementing curriculum for the sectors with low scores.
This paper analyzes an NHK's 'Performances of Reform and Revival'. As a result of analysis, it was focused on reinforcement of the management such as audit, corporate governance, compliance, and thus the accountability was insufficient. Generally speaking, public service broadcasting is the form of organization of mass media that is most directly accountable to society. Therefore, the efforts is required for public service broadcasting to figure out to endow the social roles and responsibilities to themselves differentiated from other commercial broadcasters. And it is necessary that the concrete systems and activities based on an answerability model so that public broadcasters fulfill the accountability. Answerability means that broadcasting organizations and journalists both take account of and are accountable to the public. In such a process, the positive and voluntary civic participation is indispensable.
Flexural behaviors of the two typical precast beam sections (inverted tee and rectangular) for buildings were investigated and compared. The height of web in the inverted tee beam was generally less than half of beam depth to be adapted to that of the nib in the ends of double-tee where the total building height limited considerably. The inverted-tee beams were designed for a parking live load - 500kgf/$m^2$ and a market - 1,200kgf/$m^2$ from the currently used typical shape of a domestic building site in Korea. The area and bottom dimension of rectangular beams were the same as those of inverted tee beams. These woo beams were also reinforced with a similar strength. following results were obtained from the studies above; 1) the rectangular beam is simpler in production, transportation, and erection, and more economic than the inverted tee beam in the construction test for these two beams with a same dimension and a similar strength, 2) all of the beams considered in the tests were generally failed in values close to those of the strength requirements in ACI Provisions. The ratios of test result to calculated value are averaged to 1.04. One rectangular and one inverted tee beams failed in a value only 2-3% larger than the estimated volue of the Strength Design Methool the results of the Strain Compatibility Method wire slightly more accurate than those of the Strength Design Method, 4) the maximum deflections of all of the beams under the full service loads were less than those of the allowable limit in ACI Code Provisions. The rectangular beams experienced more deflection then inverted tee in the same loading condition and failed with more deflection, and 5) the rectangular and inverted tee beams showed good performances under the condition of service and ultimate loads. However, one inverted tee beams with fm span developed an initial flexural crackings under 88% of the full service load even though they designed to satisfy the ACI tensile stress limit provisions.
This study examines the preliminary license and approval facilitation standards for improvements in quality for childcare centers focusing on the number of children, building space standards, facilities and equipment, and childcare program. Data from 48 caese was collected from childcare centers nationwide in Korea through a questionnaire and building plan. The first step for starting care licensing is to work out the ages and numbers of children within four or five age ranges. The second step is to work out the number of children as small, medium, or large considering staff to child ratios and building size. The Nnext step is to make a choice about childcare service quality classification as minimum, fair, or good, considering space requirements per child for the building, the classroom and the outdoor playground. The next step is to make a choice of space organization relating to service programs, considering the sleeping and eating area, indoor play area, toilet & washing facilities, classroom layouts such as cluster type, double zone type, single zone type, and others. Also, each room and entrance, office, kitchen, storage, laundry, teacher's area, and chilldren's area, need to be checked for space requirements and performances. The last step is to arrange the childcare program with the building and site plan. In conclusion childcare service quality will get better by upgrading of license regulation especially in minimum space requirements per child, corresponding with an increase in GNP and housing area per person. This is needed for childcare licensing in order to determine the quality level of childcare service.

Radio systems decline in the system performances when one system is interfered from the other system. System parameters, which are operating frequency, transmit power, and so on, need to be determined in order that there is no interference between radio systems. We investigate the interference from the sound broadcasting service in the band 87.5-108 MHz to the ILS localizer, one of the aeronautical services, in the band of 108-112 MHz. The results are compared with the interference criteria. And then several system parameters, which are frequency, transmit power, and location, are determined in order to avoid the interference from the FM sound broadcasting service which occupies the frequency band near the band of the aeronautical services. The results of this paper can be applied to set up system parameters of the ILS localizer so that system performance can be maximized. Besides, the result of this paper can be applied for determining spectrum management policy.

Recently, the demand of mobile communication is rapidly increasing. Also, not only the voice service but also the nonvoice services such as data, FAX, and image service are required. Therefore, in this paper, the voice/data intergraed service methods that will be utilized as a basic core technology of the PCS systems are proposed and their performances are analyzed and compared by computer simulation. According to the simulation results, it could be seen that the performance of voice/data integrated PR-CDMA method is better than that of voice/data integrated broadband CDMA method using a dedicated terminal or a voice/data integrated terminal. The reason is that the voice/data integrated PR-CDMA method can overcome the weak points of CDMA protocol, such as a limitation of the fixed CDMA logical channel number and a falling-off in channel utilization, by using PRMA protocol as a multiple access method that the terminals to which a CDMA logical channel is assigned compete.

Multimedia is a very popular service in the Internet. But, we cannot provide multimedia service at a uniform content, because networks and devices are various. Thus, an adaptive service is needed for multimedia transmission. Video Transcoding is the good solution that can service multimedia adaptively. This paper proposes the streaming system that is composed of encoder, transcoder, decoder The encoder enhanced time complexity and PSNR in case of transcoding using PP(Prediction Period). The decoder is almost same as the traditional media player. Transcoder reduced time complexity through combination of prediction period in encoder and skipping period to control frame rate in transcoder. In simulation results, the performances of proposed scheme outperform the system with traditional transcoder in time complexity and PSNR.

Due to the diversity of device performances and the possibility of providing multimedia service through many networks, media consumption environment has been changed in various ways. In recent, mobile services and broadcasting services started to provided through IP network. According to this flow changes, there was great demand for various multimedia services through heterogenous networks. To solve this problem, MMT was suggested as a standard of multimedia transport which replaces MPEG-2 TS(Transport Stream) which is used for HD(High Definition) transport. MMT can be provided various broadcasting based on IP through terrestrial, satellite, cable broadcasting networks, and also deliver multimedia through many networks at the same time. MMT was risen as a method of servicing UHD broadcasting. In this paper, we present an implementation of service architecture for hierarchical UHD broadcasting over heterogenous networks using MMT.
