독립적으로 개발된 상용 컴포넌트들을 소스 코드 수정 없이 조립하여 재사용하기 위해서는 컴포넌트간 인터페이스 불일치 문제를 해결해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 컴포넌트 모델 및 조립 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 컴포넌트 모델은 각 컴포넌트가 서비스를 제공하는 하위 컴포넌트의 인터페이스에 의존하는 대신 서비스 요청에 관한 인터페이스를 독자적으로 정의하여 내장하고 이를 메타데이타로 노출한다. 조립 시에는 컴포넌트들의 요청 및 서비스 제공 인터페이스에 대한 메타데이타를 읽어 글루 컴포넌트 템플릿 코드를 자동 생성하여 인터페이스 정합에 필요한 중재 코드를 삽입하는 구조이다. 또 프레임워크에서 컴포넌트들에 대한 인스턴스를 관리하고 런타임시 의존성 주입 방식으로 조립을 수행하며, 글루 컴포넌트를 미들웨어 서비스 포인트 및 실시간 모니터링 포인트로 활용하는 방안도 제안한다. 이와 한께 본 논문은 제안한 컴포넌트 모델에 따르는 컴포넌트를 개발하고 조림하는 도구를 구현하여, 실용 가능성을 입증하였다.

One of the important components of this administrative reform is customer satisfaction. Every public enterprises introduced the Service Charter and Korean government took Customer satisfaction as the key index of public sector performance assessment. Most public enterprises introduced customer satisfaction management in an attempt to improve the quality of customer service. The government granted high incentives to excellent business innovative enterprises and developed additional indices, which are related to CS. From now on, every Korean enterprises must embody feasible customer satisfaction management and improve the quality of customer service In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the public enterprise based on the Service Quality Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the five categories within the Service Quality: responsiveness, convenience, tangibility, sympathy and reliability, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model.

This paper proposes a Ubiquitous Henhouse Monitoring System (UHMS) that can not only monitor henhouse's conditions and raising environments, but also control the henhouse remotely by using sensor network technology. The system consists of three layers. The physical layer connects sensors with facilities. The middleware layer processes and manages data collected from the physical layer. And the application layer provides the user with the user requested services. The system provides a real-time monitoring service, a facility controlling service, an expert service, a consumer safety service, and a mobile message service via interacting with components of each layer. Finally, a henhouse model is defined and the relevant system components and the application GUIs are implemented.

초고령화 사회로의 진입으로 인해 웰니스에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 인공지능 의사를 통한 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스가 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스를 위해서는 기존의 병원시스템 구성요소인 PM/PA, OCS, EMR, PACS, LIS 만으로는 정확한 의료분석 서비스를 제공하기 어려운 문제점이 발생된다. 따라서 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스에 적합한 병원시스템 모델 및 구축방안에 대한 제시가 필요한 실정이다. 현재 국내에서도 의료 클라우드 서비스, 왓슨을 도입한 인공지능 진료서비스 등이 일부 시행되고 있지만, 아직 체계적인 병원시스템 구축을 통한 사례는 많지 않다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스에 적합한 병원시스템 모델을 제안한다. 이를 위해 기존의 병원시스템 구성요소에 의료 빅데이터 구축 및 AI 의료 분석시스템을 하나로 통합한 모델을 설계하고 모듈별 구축방안을 제시한다. 제안 모델은 향후 새로운 병원시스템 도입 및 구축을 위한 포괄적인 가이드 라인을 제공하는 기반연구로서 의미를 가진다.

This paper proposes a design of a citizen advisory model under the consideration of the unique characteristics of the government, namely complex structure of goals, predominance by laws, knowledge driven organization, and the good governance objectives. The legal knowledge-based technology is explored with the aims to facilitate citizens in accessing e-government services in five phases: search, intake, decision-making, explanations, and objection and appeal phases. The design of the citizen advisory model consists of four components: specific service advice, customized form fill-in service, decision-making services, and a statement of reasons service. The prototype of the citizen advisory model is illustrated using the Thai Anti Dumping and Countervailing Act 1999 as a legal domain and e-government services example.

The standardized and open information model called common language and information exchange format should be firstly defined for the interoperable power system and two-way information exchange among the components of the power system. The information models and information exchange formats for power facilities and power system applications are being defined in power system area, but the information model and information exchange format for the consumer area are not being yet defined besides of metering information model. An architecture and open standard for the information exchange between energy service provider and consumer are required to provide various value added services through the networking with devices in consumer premise. In this paper, an architecture for the two-way communications between energy service provider and consumer is defined and psXML(power system XML) for the information exchange is designed.

This paper proposed a Web-based training service for product data management by supporting an integrated product data management system, various technical documents. and efficient communication systems. It also supports a general product development process and a consistent product data model that enable participants to experience management of consistent product information during the product development life cycle. The Web based environment of the service also provides participants with a collaborative workplace with other participants and a Web portal for all the components of the service.

Measurement uncertainty could play an important role in the assessment of test results in laboratories and industries. We investigated measurement uncertainties possibly included in determination of flubendazole, a benzimidazole anthelmintic, in pork by HPLC. The concentration of flubendazole was 62.69 ng/g in a sample of pork. Uncertainty was estimated in the analytical procedure of flubendazole. A model equation was made for determination of flubendazole in pork. The four uncertainty components such as weight of sample, volume of sample, calibration curve, and recovery were selected to estimate measurement uncertainties. Standard uncertainty was calculated for each component and all the standard uncertainties were combined. The combined standard uncertainty was expanded to a sample population as an expanded uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty was calculated using k value on Student's t-table and effective degrees of freedom from Welch-Satterthwaite formula. The expanded uncertainty was calculated as 3.45 with the combined standard uncertainty, 1.584 6 and the k value, 2.18. The final expression can be ($62.69{\pm}3.45$) ng/g (confidence level 95%, k = 2.18). The uncertainty value might be estimated differently depending on the selection of the uncertainty components. It is difficult to estimate all the uncertainty factors. Therefore, it is better to take several big effecting components instead of many small effecting components.

4D printing is a method that manufactures a programmed transformable 3d printed components that can be transformed in a pre-designed environment. We propose a service-oriented web architecture for supporting 4D printing system. Service model is classified under four kinds of functions: design, sharing, application and production. We designed RESTful web APIs for these functions. Some preliminary designs about the web API architecture and data modeling is discussed.

The reliability, that is Long-Term Quality, require an approaching different from Short-Term Quality which is used before. As the electronic components are able to be easily normalized on the reliability testing, various testing standards are used. In this study, we proposed two reliability simulator that is PoF(Physics of Failure)-based and failure rate models-based. PoF-based simulator is introduced based on CalceEP program that is created by University of Maryland. This simulator can be modified by user interface of properties and PoF models and operated on stand alone system. Failure rate models-based simulator introduced according to analyzing reliability prediction documents. Also, unified database including failure data models is built from existing MIL-HDBK-217F N2, PRISM, and Bellcore, and web-based simulator is developed. The developed reliability simulator will service of the PoF model, properties, failure rate model accumulated and its data by web and internet.
