The virus isolated from patients with severe pneumonia of unknown etiology in Wuhan City, Hubei province in China was termed SARS-CoV-2 and the World Health Organization (WHO) named the disease caused by this virus as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The COVID-19 infection has spread rapidly and become a pandemic. In July 2020, there were 13.25 million infected patients and over 570,000 deaths worldwide, and 13,711 infected patients and 294 deaths were reported in South Korea. Since the primary mode of transmission of COVID-19 is through respiratory droplets, the importance of preventive measures, including social distancing, has become important in daily life. In response to the continuous spread of COVID-19, this study developed three guidelines for preventing COVID-19 for the food service industry including childcare centers, institutional foodservices and restaurants by the integration of the manual of controlling foodborne illness. These are included the COVID-19 prevention action methods for food deliverers, for food service administrator, for foodservice works and for customers. All guidelines were designed for easy understanding using illustrations and have been systematically explained subject wise. Thus, these COVID-19 prevention guidelines can be appropriately applied depending on the specific situation and workplace. In addition, they are worthy as educational materials that contribute to the food safety.

이기종의 분산시스템들을 통합하여 기업 환경에 적용할 수 있도록 여러 다양한 연구들과 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 웹서비스가 갖는 특별한 구조 즉, 서비스 제공자, 서비스 요청자, 그리고 서비스 저장소의 세 역할을 갖기 때문에, 웹서비스 기술에 기존의 시스템 개발 방법론을 직접 적용하기는 어렵다. M4WSD(Method for Wes Services Development)는 웹서비스 개발 프로세스 모델로서, 요구사항 분석 단계에서 유도되는 유스케이스 모델을 기반으로 하는 웹 서비스 개발 절차 및 가이드라인을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 서비스를 구현하기 위하여 주요 구현 전략을 어떻게 결정하는지에 초점을 맞춘다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 평가 가이드라인은 구현 전략을 결정하는 문제를 구조화할 수 있도록 한다.

대학도서관의 참고정보서비스는 정보통신기술과 인터넷의 발전으로 온라인상에서 이용자와 사서의 질문답변과정이 가능한 디지털 참고정보서비스로 발전되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 디지털 환경에서 국내 대학도서관의 디지털 참고정보서비스가 효율적이며 체계적으로 운영될 수 있도록 필요한 조건 중 가장 근본이 되는 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 디지털 참고정보서비스 가이드라인은 계획, 운영, 평가 단계로 구분된다. 계획 단계는 운영/관리, 협력, 서비스정책, 디자인의 4개 범주로 구성되어 있으며, 운영 단계는 질문/답변, 정보원, 근무시간, 홍보, 교육과 같은 5개 범주로 구성되어 있다. 마지막으로 평가 단계는 서비스평가와 평가방법으로 2개의 범주로 구성되어 있다.

CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a service standard which specifies guidelines which are required for the fulfillment of a contract between a purchaser and a supplier. It was initiated as a military standard and is now becoming a commercial standard. In this paper, we propose how the guidelines, which were usually developed by Client/Server methods in previous works, can be implemented in WWW environments, and show a prototype which can be used for the confirmation of CAD drawings between contractors(purchaser and provider). We have a hope our study can provide a small foundation for the building of CITIS references.

Twenty sodium-cooled fast reactors (SFRs) have provided valuable experience in design, licensing, and operation. This paper summarizes the important safety criteria and safety guidelines of intermediate sodium systems, steam generators, decay heat removal systems and associated construction materials and in-service inspection. The safety criteria and guidelines provide a sufficient framework for design and licensing, in particular by new entrants in SFRs.

SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) can be a technique to make compassable software from mapping business service to software component. To support effective SOA, it is important that services have to be defined or classified more independently for dynamic and reusable composition. Several methods have been issued but no ways to defined service granularities, service type or service unit. In this paper we introduce 3 level views, service level, service granularity to reuse effectively. And, we suggest service definition guidelines using them.

An economic evaluation is required in order to apply to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) for a listing in the national drug formulary. To assist companies in preparing the necessary documents, HIRA published guidelines for the economic evaluation of pharmaceuticals in 2006. The guidelines are composed of two parts: guidance and explanatory notes. Each guideline reflects the best practice which meets both the theoretical consensus within the academic community and local situations, like data availability. To enhance the transparency of evaluation, guidelines emphasize the reproducibility of data and analysis result. That is, all evaluation processes are required to be described in enough detail to be replicated by reviewers. With growing experience and theoretical development in this area, HIRA guidelines will be revised periodically.

We analyzed the HACCP prerequisite of National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) and the Food Establishment Inspection Report of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to recommend contents and ranges to be complemented and used for preparation of guidelines for more effective application of HACCP prerequisites. We used the HACCP inspection reports implemented by Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service from 2007 to 2009, FDA Food Code 2009 Guide 3-B Instructions for Marking the Food Establishment Inspection Report, and Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements of 410 Indiana Administrative Code. Major non-compliance items were open doors and windows, insanitary cleaning of in-use utensil, inadequate record of warehousing, and improper storage, transportation, and labelling. Hot water supply, personal hygiene, and regular product testing were additional week points which should be more strongly controlled by detailed operating guidelines. Also, current prerequisite items were required revision into more precise contents to enhanced the effective evaluation and practical application in meat markets.

이 연구는 국내외의 어린이서비스 가이드라인을 탐색하여 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에서 지향하는 핵심 가치와 서비스의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다. 우리나라의 도서관기준에 포함되어 있는 어린이 서비스 관련 내용을 비롯하여 국제도서관연맹의 어린이 서비스 가이드라인을 살펴보았으며, 영국, 미국, 캐나다. 호주 등의 다양한 어린이 서비스 가이드라인의 형식과 내용을 면밀히 검토하였다. 이를 통해 우리나라 공공도서관 어린이 서비스에 반영되어야 하는 핵심적인 가치와 운영의 기본 원칙을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of pre-service elementary teachers' metaphors on mathematics textbooks. Their metaphors describe individual and collective patterns of thinking and action on mathematics teaching and learning. To analyze their metaphors, qualitative analysis method based on Lakoff and Johnson's theory of metaphor (1980) was adopted. Metaphors on mathematics textbooks were elicited from 161 pre-service elementary school teachers through writing prompts. The writing prompt responses revealed three types and thirteen categories: As Type I, there were (1) 'Principles', (2) 'Summary', (3) 'Manual', (4) 'Encyclopedia', (5) 'Code', (6) 'Guidelines', and (7) 'Example'. As TypeII, there were (9) 'Assistant', (10) 'Friend', (11) 'Scale', and (12) 'Ongoing'. As TypeIII, there was (13) 'Trap'. Among these categories, 'Guidelines', 'Assistant', and 'Ongoing' were the most frequently revealed. These results indicate that the relations of mathematics curriculum, textbooks, and classrooms are not a unilateral way but should communicate with each other.
