플로우 경험이 휴대폰 서비스 이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Flow on the Utilization of Mobile Phone Service)

  • The purpose of this study is to segment the mobile phone users based on the flow types and to understand the differences in mobile phone usage behavior between the segmented groups. The 'flow' construct, which was introduced first in marketing by Hoffman and Novak[44], has been used as an important keyword for understanding consumer behavior on the World Wide Web. In this paper, we will try to use the flow aspect for the mobile market segmentation, which is one of the most fundamental tools for developing a successful marketing strategy on the mobile phone service market. We collected survey data from consumers and analyzed the data with the SPSS 12.0 package where we did ${\chi}^2$-test, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and cluster analysis. Main results of this study are as follow. First, the flow types of the mobile phone users were classified into five types, which are named as the 'Flow' type, 'Apathy' type, 'Anxiety' type, 'Boredom' type, 'Control' type. Second, most of the results related to the usage of mobile phone service showed statistically significant differences between flow types. These findings suggest that the mobile phone service marketers should consider the various flow types of users and work out effective market segmentation strategies based on these consumer flow types.

소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스에서 소셜 어포던스의 영향 (The Effect of Social Affordances in Social Live Streaming Service)

  • During the last decade, social live streaming service like Periscope, Ustream, and YouNow has developed from a niche market into a mainstream activity. In this media environment, social live streaming service has a tremendous impact on the social behaviors of users. Despite the rapid development, there are a lack of studies to make better understand the media environment changes through social live streaming service. This study adopted an affordances approach that leads us to identify six distinctive social affordances (visibility, accessibility, information sharing, social interaction, role-taking, interactive revenue) for user engagement in social live streaming service. Specifically, this study explores the impact of social affordances on perceived flow, followed by user engagement including passive and active engagement. Empirical data analysis with 258 questionnaires suggests that social affordances affected users' flow perception, and flow has an effect on active as well as passive engagement. Contrary to the expectation in a hypothesized research model, only the impact of accessibility on flow was rejected.

공공도서관의 서비스스케이프가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Public Library Service Scape on Customer Loyalty)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the structural relationship between public library service-scape, flow, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty for adults who use public libraries for academic purposes in a changing public library environment. To this end, this study reviewed the concepts of public library service-scape, immersion, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty with existing literature, proposed a research model based on this, and empirically verified them. Methods: This study collected and statistically analyzed data for adults using public libraries for the purpose of reading books or studying. The collected data were checked using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the results using the structural equation modeling technique. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, spatiality, aesthetics, and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on flow. Second, spatiality and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Third, Flow has a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fourth, Flow and user satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it suggests a strategic direction to enhance the service competitiveness of public libraries by strengthening the service-scape.

패션 커스터마이징 e-서비스 품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 플로우의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Impact of the Fashion Customizing e-Service Quality on Customer Loyalty: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Flow)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of flow in the quality of customizing e-services and customer loyalty, with a view to providing a realistic strategy for the development of fashion customizing services. For this study, a total of 489 adult women in their 20s and older participated in a survey, and the responses were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 . The findings of the analysis were as follows. First, the ease of use, privacy, individual designs, order status, and accuracy of orders, which were the factors of fashion customizing e-service quality, had a significant and positive impact on flow. Second, the ease of use, order status, and order accuracy, which were the factors of fashion customizing e-service quality, had a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. Third, the flow of the fashion customizing service had a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. Fourth, in the relationship between fashion customizing e-service quality and customer loyalty, flow had a significant mediating effect. The findings of this study are expected to be useful data for the fashion industry providing a set of criteria for optimized customizing e-services for customers.

Linking Omnichannel Integration Quality and Customer Loyalty in Vietnamese Banks

  • Purpose: This study investigates the complex dynamics of consumer behavior in Vietnamese banking omnichannel environments, focusing on the roles of service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention. Research design, data and methodology: Using a sample of 422 Vietnamese bank customers, data analysis revealed significant relationships among the variables under investigation. Results: Firstly, service consistency was found to positively influence flow experiences and negatively impact perceived privacy risk, highlighting the importance of uniform service quality across channels in enhancing consumer engagement while mitigating privacy concerns. Similarly, service transparency was positively associated with flow experiences and negatively associated with perceived privacy risk, underscoring the importance of transparent information dissemination in fostering immersive consumer experiences while alleviating privacy apprehensions. Furthermore, both flow experiences and perceived privacy risk significantly influenced loyalty intentions, indicating the pivotal roles of engaging experiences and data security in driving consumer loyalty. Additionally, mediated relationships were observed, demonstrating the interplay between service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention in shaping consumer behavior in omnichannel contexts. Conclusions: These findings provide valuable insights for retailers and marketers seeking to optimize consumer experiences and cultivate loyalty in omnichannel environments by prioritizing consistency, transparency, and data privacy protection.

OTT 서비스의 특성이 MZ세대 이용자의 몰입 및 만족도와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 국내 넷플릭스 이용자를 중심으로 (The Effect of OTT Service Characteristics on Flow, Satisfaction, and Brand Loyalty of MZ Generation Users : Focusing on Netflix Users in South Korea )

  • 최근 COVID-19로 인한 언택트 시대로의 전환이 가속화되고 사람들이 실내에 머무는 시간이 증가함에 따라 개방된 인터넷을 통해서 영화, 방송 프로그램 등 미디어콘텐츠를 제공하는 OTT(Over-The-Top) 서비스 시장이 크게 확대되었으며 이는 디지털 환경과 기기에 익숙한 MZ세대에게 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 OTT 서비스의 특성이 국내 MZ세대 이용자의 몰입 및 만족도와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 대표적인 OTT 서비스 브랜드 중 하나인 넷플릭스 국내 이용자를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 총 216명의 넷플릭스 OTT 서비스를 이용해본 경험이 있는 사람들의 설문 조사 자료를 분석에 활용하여 수립한 가설을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, OTT 서비스의 특성 중 콘텐츠 다양성, 편의성, 신뢰성은 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 몰입은 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 만족도는 브랜드 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 OTT 서비스의 특성 중 추천 서비스는 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았으며 몰입은 브랜드 충성도에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 못하고 만족도를 통해서 브랜드 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 OTT 서비스 관련 산업의 시장 활성화 및 점점 증가하고 있는 OTT 서비스 브랜드들의 MZ세대 소비자들을 위한 마케팅 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것을 기대하며 포스트 코로나 시대에 대비한 실무적인 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

  • COVID-19로 인한 오프라인 활동에 대한 제약으로 비대면 상거래인 온라인 쇼핑 거래에 관한 관심과 함께 모바일 애플리케이션의 활용이 더욱 높아지면서 모바일 애플리케이션과 다양한 산업의 결합이 이루어지고 있으며 패션 산업에서도 모바일 애플리케이션을 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 패션 모바일 애플리케이션의 e-서비스 품질이 국내 사용자의 몰입 및 사용자 만족과 서비스 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관해 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해서 274명의 에이블리 패션 모바일 애플리케이션을 사용해본 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 분석에 활용하여 제시한 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 패션 모바일 애플리케이션의 e-서비스 품질 중 정보성, 반응성은 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정보성, 신뢰성, 반응성은 사용자 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것인 확인 되었다. 또 몰입은 사용자 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 사용자 만족은 서비스 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 패션 모바일 애플리케이션의 e-서비스 품질 중 신뢰성은 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 이용 용이성은 몰입과 사용자 만족에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 몰입은 서비스 충성도에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치지는 않는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 모바일 기술의 발전과 함께 점점 증가하고 있는 패션 모바일 애플리케이션 사용자들을 위한 관련 기업의 마케팅 전략 수립에 기여할 것을 기대하며 포스트 코로나 시대를 겨냥한 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Efficient Flow Table Management Scheme in SDN-Based Cloud Computing Networks

  • With the rapid advancement of Internet services, there has been a dramatic increase in services that dynamically provide Internet resources on demand, such as cloud computing. In a cloud computing service, because the number of users in the cloud is changing dynamically, it is more efficient to utilize a flexible network technology such as software-defined networking (SDN). However, to efficiently support the SDN-based cloud computing service with limited resources, it is important to effectively manage the flow table at the SDN switch. Therefore, in this paper, a new flow management scheme is proposed that is able to, through efficient management, speed up the flow-entry search speed and simultaneously maximize the number of flow entries. The proposed scheme maximizes the capacity of the flow table by efficiently storing flow entry information while quickly executing the operation of flow-entry search by employing a hash index. In this paper, the proposed scheme is implemented by modifying the actual software SDN switch and then, its performance is analyzed. The results of the analysis show that the proposed scheme, by managing the flow tables efficiently, can support more flow entries.

문화유산 관광에서 서비스품질(HISTOQAUL)과 체험 몰입·관광 만족·충성도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality (HISTOQAUL) and Experience Flow, Tourism Satisfaction and Loyalty in Cultural Heritage Tourism)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present the success of cultural tourism service as visitor loyalty to service and to present the cultural attribute evaluation attribute (HISTOQUAL), experiential flow and tourism satisfaction as determinants effecting loyalty through literature review. Based on this, this study aims to suggest academic and practical implications for revitalizing cultural tourism services and enhancing competitiveness. Methods: This study collects data from visitors to cultural heritage tourist sites and analyzes them empirically. This study conducted a small preliminary sample survey to improve the reliability and validity of the measurement tool, and revised and supplemented the measurement tool on the basis of it. The data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and the hypothesis was verified through the analysis. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, the service quality of cultural heritage tourism has a positive effect on the experience flow. Second, the service quality of cultural heritage tourism partially effects tourism satisfaction. Third, it was shown that the experience flow of tourists have a positive effect on tourism satisfaction. Fourth, the experience flow of tourists and tourism satisfaction have a positive effect on loyalty to tourist destination. Conclusion: According to this study, it is the meaning of this study that the cultural tourism service is understood as a attractive factor and based on this, the strategic direction for the activation of cultural tourism service is suggested.

모바일러닝에서 실재감, 서비스의 질, 학습몰입 및 학습만족도 간의 구조적 관계 규명 (Identification of the Structural Relationship between Presence, Service Quality, Flow and Learning Satisfaction in Mobile Learning)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 모바일 학습환경에서 교수실재감, 인지적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 서비스 질, 학습몰입과 학습 만족도 간의 구조적인 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 설문조사는 국내 W 디지털대학교에서 모바일서비스를 사용하는 학습자 255명을 대상으로 구조방정식 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 인지적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 서비스 질은 학습 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 인지적 실재감, 서비스 질, 학습몰입은 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 연구결과를 토대로 모바일러닝 환경에서 학습몰입과 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 전략을 제시하였다.
