본 연구는 IoT서비스제공자가 IoT 제품 및 서비스를 제공하는 전반적인 과정에서, IoT서비스주체의 개인 정보를 안전하고 체계적으로 운영할 수 있는 개인정보보호프레임워크를 개발하여 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 문헌조사를 통해 개인정보프레임워크에 관한 구성요소틀을 도출하였으며, 전문가심층면접조사를 통해 개인정보보호 프레임워크를 IoT서비스제공과정과 IoT개인정보처리과정으로 각 3개 단계 3개 분야 2개 지표로 선정했다. 이렇게 선정한 개인정보보호프레임워크의 구성요소간 중요도를 AHP기법을 이용한 관련분야 전문가들을 대상으로 전자메일조사를 실시했다. 그 결과, IoT서비스제공과정에서는 IoT제품 및 서비스의 설계·개발단계(0.5413)가 가장 중요하며, IoT개인정보처리과정에서는 개인정보의 수집·보유단계(0.5098)에서의 개인정보보호가 가장 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구를 바탕으로 IoT서비스가 확산되는 가운데, 보안위협 및 개인정보 침해사고를 예방하여 안전한 개인정보보호 프레임워크가 구현되리라 본다.

Due to the development and proliferation of internet technology, cooperation and interaction between companies have become very important. However, different heterogeneous systems have been used as information systems for companies because of various types of pressure in the business environment. Therefore, business process integration and interaction are recognized as essential elements, not optional elements. In addition, it is important to make a business process which is valuable as an intellectual property in a storable form and share. So, many business process languages for service integration and GUI type's automatic systems using the same and making business process easily have been introducing. However, to integrate previously created web service[1] workflows, or to use a web service workflow for another workflow production like an activity, that is, research to support multi integration language and system is not ongoing except for research to make and connect adapter between workflow engines.[2] Also, research for current languages and systems that integrate the BPEL[3] process into a workflow in the industrial world does not exist. This means that integration between workflows being used at companies is difficult, and becomes the biggest obstacle to service integration, which is necessary for cooperation and interaction between companies. To solve this problem, in this paper, I defined BPIL based on XML[4], which can store business processes. Also, using this, BPIL workflow system based on SOA[5] which supports multiple integration and workflow profiling was designed and prototype was embodied.

소프트웨어 개발 방법론 중 소프트웨어를 부품화한 후에 이를 조려하거나 합성하여 새로운 정보시스템을 개발하는 CBD방법론이 널리 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 CBD방법론은 잦은 요구사항의 변경과 유연한 프로세스를 가져야 하는 모바일 환경에서 한계를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 해결하기 위해 UML컴포넌트에 기반한 개선된 모바일 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안 기법은 빠른 변화가 발생하는 소규모의 모바일 시스템을 개발하기 위해 세 단계의 다이어그램으로 구성된 간소화된 프로세스를 가진다 제안된 개발 프로세스를 모바일 뱅킹 업무에 적용하여 요구사항의 변경에 빠르게 대응하고 유연한 개발이 가능함을 보인다.

The objectives of this study were 1) to review the developmental process of agricultural extension services since 1960 in Korea, and 2) to suggest new paradigm of agricultural extension education in the 21st century. The study suggested major objectives of agricultural extension service in Korea should be focused on; 1) Agricultural technology transfer for environmentally friendly food production, 2) Diffusion of energy saving and safe farming technologies and upbringing export oriented agriculture, 3) Education and training of capable farmers for competitive world, and 4) Technological support for home improvement considering harmony of human, environment and life. To achieve major objectives of extension services the following strategies should be employed; 1) National administration and financing. 2) Farmer oriented services should be performed since extension education is originally two-way communication process to help farmers in better decision making, 3) Human resource development for extension educators to meet increasing demands of target population, and policy measures should be implemented to increase morale of extension educators, and 4) Role of public extension should be strengthened to meet needs of majority farmers and public interests in the knowledge based information society in the 21st century.

1970년대 유통근대화정책에서 비롯되어 1990년대 서비스무역시대의 시작에 따른 경쟁력강화정책, 외환위기 당시의 구조조정정책, 21세기 이후의 서비스전문인력 양성과 서비스 R&D, 정책의 부침에서 최근 박근혜정부의 서비스발전정책에 이르기까지의 정책발전을 정책변동 이론의 주요 모델인 정책흐름모형과 정책내러티브의 틀 속에서 바라보았다. 지식기반의 확충에 따라 차원에서 서비스정책내러티브는 발전하여 왔으나 이명박 정부 이후 정책창의 닫힘이라는 현상이 서비스정책의 후퇴와 실패를 가져왔다고 진단한다. 정책창이 닫히는 주된 원인은 보수정당의 집권에 따라 산업화 시대의 자본-노동의 대립이라는 낡은 정책갈등이 격화되었기 때문에 탈산업화 담론인 서비스정책내러티브가 채택되기 어려워지기 때문으로 보인다. 성공적 서비스 발전 정책을 위한 정책창을 열기 위해서는 단순한 서비스내러티브의 추구를 넘어서 서비스패러다임으로의 전환을 도모해야 한다.

Generally, a system or service is verified by requirements if it has met them in transforming customer requirements into a system or service. But as the national research and development projects to develope safety systems or standards or process in railway system domain, it can be quite limiting that the product or systems verification process presented the international or industrial standards to be applied. This paper has analyzed and made up for the general verification process and presented the effective and efficient verification process about safety system, safety standard, process, and safety documents and the methods to manage the outcomes of verification process.

Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEA) is a decision-making process taking into account the environmental impact, economic and social impact of policies, plans, and programs at the higher stage prior to the project plan for promoting sustainable development. In this study, we analyzed the process and criteria for selecting appropriate alternatives when establishing development plan in SEA. First, the criteria for estimating changes in ecosystem services following the implementation of development project of industrial complex were presented. Second, alternative evaluations were conducted through an analysis of ecosystem service scenarios to explore suitable alternatives in Anseong. As a result, the environmental quality of selected area as the existing project site deteriorated according to the implementation of the project, and the dimensional reduction technique confirmed that the change in ecosystem service factors in project area was the optimal location. In addition, the results of the scenario assessment to explore suitable alternatives in Anseong City showed that the existing site had large capacity in terms of water quality control services (scenario 1), scenario 2 in terms of preconditioning services, and scenario 3 in terms of water supply services. The guidance of Ecosystem service assessment is expected to be available in decision-making of large-scale strategies (e.g., SEA) and projects by presenting more quantitative criteria for determining the adequacy and location feasibility of development plans and policy plans. This is expected to require various support, including legislation and revision of related laws, believed to be supported by advanced research.

인터넷과 인트라넷 기반의 전자적 서비스를 통해 비즈니스 거래가 전자상거래 공간에서 보다 유용하고 확장된 비즈니스 개념들을 제공하게 하였다. 특히, 컴포넌트 기반 e-비즈니스 기술은 시스템과 응용 레벨 모두에서 e-비즈니스 이슈들을 해결하는 방향이 되고 있다 컴포넌트 기반시스템은 네트워크 간의 상호동작성, 여러 네트워크 환경들간의 이동성 등의 특성을 포함한다. 따라서, 전통적인 프로세스와 개발 모델들은 빠르게 변화하는 환경에 부적절한 구조를 가지므로, e-비즈니스 응용 개발자들은 컴포넌트 기반 웹 응용을 개발하기 위한 메커니즘으로 웹서비스기술을 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 웹서비스 기반의 e-비즈니스 시스템 아키텍처에 특히 초점을 맞추고, 다양한 상황에서 e-비즈니스 도메인에 적용하기 위한 설계패턴을 식별하고 명세화한다. 또한 제안된 프로세스를 적용하여 e-비즈니스 응용을 위한 컴포넌트들을 개발하도록 프로토타입과 프레임워크를 연구하고 CAS(Customer Authentication system)을 개발하는 사례를 보여준다. 끝으로, e-비즈니스에서 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방향을 보여줄 것이다.

The advance in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services has led to the development of new types of a system in which heterogeneous service components can connect and compose to solve a complex business problem. In the SOA, even though these service components are valid in their functionality, there is a need to test their behaviors when those services are composited. In recent years, WS-BPEL has received a wide acceptance as a means of integrating distributed service components. To test the composite service, the existing testing techniques have been focused on the functional features based on the WS-BPEL process. However as SOA approach is applying to real-time software development, the performance of composite service becomes one of important issues. This paper proposes a technique to the performance testing of a composite service with WS-BPEL extension which combined with the concept of aspect. Our WS-BPEL extension has been made towards annotating aspect component which is measuring the response time of the composite service. This paper also explains the procedure of performance testing with on-line transaction system. Our technique can apply to choose an adequate component in service composition with considering the performance among several candidate web service components.

컴퓨터에 기반 한 개발환경에서 앱 개발도구의 개념은 소프트웨어의 생산성을 향상시키는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 현재까지 앱 개발도구는 효율적인 사용 환경을 만족하도록 개발되어지지 않고 있으며 지역적으로 국제적으로 초기상태로 분석할 수 있다. 따라서 개발자들은 문자기반 언어를 사용하여 앱 개발절차를 진행하는 것에 어려움을 감내하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 혁신적인 앱 개발도구에 대한 기본적 개념은 스마트폰에 대한 요구사항을 간략하게 표현하는 것으로 컴퓨터에서 워드나 엑셀을 사용하는 수준처럼 배우기 쉬운 수준의 개발 방법론이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 혁신적인 앱 개발도구는 처리 업무 서비스기반 구조를 선언하는 것만으로 합리적인 서비스 단위의 앱이 개발되어지는 개발 절차이다. 서비스 기반구조가 단위 업무의 재사용을 가능하게 처리하기 때문에 신규 앱프로그램을 개발하는 대신에 앱서비스를 대신할 수 있는 새로운 기능을 재사용으로 제공하는 것이 가능하다.
