학교급식 친환경농산물의 가격실태 분석과 시사점 -충남 친환경 학교급식을 중심으로- (Price Realities and their Implications of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products for School Food Service - Focused on the Chungnam-Do Case -)

  • School food services using environment-friendly agricultural products (E.F.A.E) have been promoted by school food service center (S.F.S.C) of each county in Chungnam. Since Dangjin S.F.S.C was established for the first time in 2011, 13 S.F.S.Cs have been established in 13 counties of Chungnam. 9 S.F.S.Cs of them have been managed directly by each county and 4 S.F.S.Cs of them managed by contracted cooperatives. Price deviation of 8 foodstuffs (rice, radish, spinach, cabbage, scallion, onion, garlic and potato) which are consumed much relatively was showed differently by counties. And in the average price of 8 foodstuffs, that of foodstuffs produced within the county was lower than that of produced in Chungnam and domestic. Also, the coefficient of variation of school foodstuffs was lower than that of retail market because S.F.S.C has procured school foodstuffs by contract cultivation between each S.F.S.C and producers. Contract cultivation effected on E.F.A.E price stability and producers' farm income.

위탁급식업체 종사원의 내부마케팅에 대한 인식도, 직무만족도 및 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction, Organization Immersion and Recognition on Internal Marketing of the Contract Foodservice Management Company Employees)

  • The principal objective of this study was to determine how the internal marketing of the contract foodservice management company affects job satisfaction and organization immersion, as well as the influence of the satisfaction of internal customers (employees) has on job satisfaction and organization immersion, and the function as a preceding variable that improves service quality. T-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze the hypotheses of the study. The summary of study as per the result of this corroborative study is presented as follows: It was verified that internal marketing affects organizational immersion and the job satisfaction of employees, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in organizational immersion. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher the internal marketing is, the higher the job satisfaction and organization immersion will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees. If enterprise regards employees as internal customers and constantly and efficiently conducts internal marketing activities such as internal communication, training, welfare, compensation, delegation of power, supporting the management, etc, the organizational immersion and job satisfaction of employees will be heightened, thereby enhancing loyalty and pride in the organization to provide services with better quality.

  • 최근 SOA와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 IT 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 서비스 당사자들 간에 SLA(Service Level Agreement, 서비스 수준 협약)에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 통상 SLA는 자연어로 작성된 종이 계약서이다. 상업용 SLA 관리 툴에서 사용하는 SLA는 절차적 언어를 사용하여 계약서 내용을 애플리케이션 안에 암시적으로 구현된다. 이는 SLA 자동화 작업을 어렵게 한다. 또한 계약시스템에 대한 유지관리를 어렵게 하고 새로운 계약 요구사항을 적용하기 위해서는 소스 코드에 대한 광범위한 수정 작업이 뒤따른다. SLA 유지관리 과정에서 발생하는 문제의 근본 원인은 동일한 SLA가 문서형과 실행형으로 이원화 되어 있다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 현행 SLA 관리의 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 능동형 SLA(ASLA : Active Service Level Agreement)를 기반으로 하는 능동형 SLM(ASLM : Active Service Level Management) 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서는 이원화된 SLA 처리 및 관리 과정이 능동형 SLA(ASLA)의 도입으로 일원화될 수 있음을 보였다.

Measuring a Value of Contract Flexibility in the Third-Party Warehousing

  • This paper considers the value of warehousing contract under probabilistic demands. We consider a supply chain consisting of a supplier, a retailer and its third-party warehousing partner who provides the warehousing service to the retailer through an outsourcing contract. A typical contract is specified by initial space commitment and modification schedule. The retailer decides the order quantity for the supplier and space commitment for the outsourcing contract. Since there is close relationship between order quantity and space commitment to minimize the total cost including ordering cost, inventory carrying cost, shortage cost, and warehousing cost, we develop an analytical model under probabilistic demands, where the retailer can determine the optimal order size and space commitment level jointly. We found the closed-form optimum for a single-period case and the optimal conditions for a two-period case. To evaluate the value of contract flexibility for the two-period case, we compared the total cost under two policies; one with modification, under which the base commitment can be changed at the start of each period and the other without modification. From results of our numerical analysis, we showed that the modification policy is more cost-effective as the variability of demand increases.

우리나라 호텔기업의 공항 컨세션 계약과 중재판정 사례연구 (A Case Study on Airport Concession Contract of Korean Hotels and Arbitration Award)

  • This study is focused on the cases that Korean hotels stepped into international airports, public facilities, and successfully solved the contract related disputes by using arbitration in accordance with arbitration law. This case study on arbitration derives the hotel management strategy points as follow: 1. It must be a good chance for a famed hotel to step into international airports that have big publication effect. The feasibility study focused on marketing feasibility rather than finance feasibility may, however, not be good. 2. Written contract is required in entering into a contract with government organizations. However, oral contract still exists. 3. If the contract is made to always pay the higher amount between annual minimal guarantee and sales rate in expenses of store using charge, such contract shall cause very hard sales environment from the initial stage of the contract. 4. The airports have made optional contracts for national service. Such optional contracts are, however, not free from public criticism. 5. This case study is the first case study on arbitration applied to hotels. This study shall be, therefore, frequently referred to in setting a management strategy of hotels that want to run restaurants in another facility outside themselves.

화주기업과 물류기업의 물류계약 인식차이에 관한 연구 (Perceptional Difference of Logistics Service Contract between Shipper and Logistics Service Provider)

  • 글로벌 경쟁에서 화주기업은 자사의 물류 관련 투자를 줄이고, 핵심역량 집중을 통하여 고객 서비스 향상은 물론 자사 경쟁력을 높이기 수 있는 기대를 하게 되고, 물류기업은 화주기업의 만족과 성과 향상을 위하여 차별화된 물류 서비스 제공을 하기 위해 물류아웃소싱을 하여 물류서비스를 개선하려는 기업들이 점점 증가하고 있다. 하지만 거래의 불확실과 변화를 대비하기 위한 물류계약에 대한 불공평한 인식이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구자의 선행연구에서 도출된 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 물류계약 조항에 대해 물류기업과 화주기업을 대상으로 동일한 설문을 구성하여 현재 물류계약서에 반영되고 있는 수준과 향후 반영되어지길 원하는 수준을 조사하였다. 두 개의 집단의 차이를 확인하기 위해 가설을 세우고, t-test와 IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis)를 실시하였으며, 연구결과 첫째, 현재수준의 물류계약서에 대하여 물류기업과 화주기업 간에는 인식의 차이가 확연하게 나타났으며, 둘째, 향후 물류계약서 요구수준 역시 물류 기업과 화주기업 간의 인식차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 물류기업의 현재수준과 요구수준 및 화주기업의 현재수준과 요구수준에 있어서도 차이를 보였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 물류기업과 화주기업의 물류계약서 조항의 인식에 대한 차이를 명확하게 제시하고 당사자 간 물류성과 향상을 위한 유용한 정보가 될 것이라고 사료된다.

  • 디지털산업분야 컨설팅 시장의 규모가 양적 질적으로 성장하면서 서비스를 제공하는 컨설턴트의 역량이 중요해지고 있다. 컨설턴트 역량에 대한 신뢰형성의 선행요소를 컨설턴트의 능력, 성실, 배려로 구분하였고, 컨설턴트의 역량이 전반적인 신뢰와 고객만족과 재계약의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 분석결과, 컨설팅 프로젝트 수행에 있어 컨설턴트의 역량이 신뢰의 형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 컨설팅 서비스 신뢰는 고객만족과 재계약의도 모두에게 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 더불어, 컨설팅 역량에서 컨설팅 서비스 신뢰는 고객만족과 재계약의도와의 관계에서 정(+)의 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

A study on the impact of service quality of stage performance on willingness to continuously watch based on virtual reality technology

  • 본 논문은 가상현실 기술 플랫폼에서 지속적으로 무대 공연을 관람하고자 하는 소비자의 의지와 그 안에서 심리적 계약의 매개 역할을 탐색하기 위해 서비스 품질 이론을 통합하여 지속적인 관람 모델을 구축하고 실증적 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS와 AMOS 소프트웨어 분석을 사용하였다. 가설검증을 통해 1. 상호작용의 질, 물리적 환경의 질, 결과의 질이 심리적 계약에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 2. 심리적 계약이 계속 시청하려는 의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다 3. 상호작용의 질, 신체적 환경 품질 및 결과 품질은 심리적 계약을 통해 계속 시청하려는 의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 모델은 기업이 자신의 서비스 품질에 대한 소비자의 인식을 파악하고 특정 전략을 수립하며 무대 공연 기업에 새로운 방향과 통찰력을 제공하는 데 참고할 수 있다.

급식 대상 유형과 위탁급식전문업체 규모별 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 속성의 규명 (Identifying the Effect of Service Quality Attributes on an Overall Customer Satisfaction by the Foodservice Type and the Contract Management Company(CMC) Scale)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the service quality attributes of foodservice type such as school foodservice, hospital foodservice and business & industry(B&I) foodservice, managed by contract management company(CMC), b) compare with service quality attributes by CMC scale, c) analyze overall customer satisfaction(CS) by the foodservice type and the CMC scale, and d) identify the effect of service quality attributes on an overall CS by the foodservice type and the CMC scale. The questionnaires were handed out to 6,620 customers of 207 school, 38 hospital, and 86 B&I foodservices in 108 CMCs. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, reliability analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. From an analysis on service quality attributes, 'proper arrangement of table and chair at hall distribution(3.53)', 'operation of nutrition education(3.50)' were highly perceived to student, 'correctable serving(4.08)', 'serve at fixed distribution time(4.08)', 'kindness of serving employee(4.04)' were highly perceived to patient, 'employee's kindness(3.84)' were highly perceived to customer of B&I. In comparison of service quality attributes by CMC scale, most scores of large enterprise(LE) were significantly higher than small and medium sized enterprise(SME) in school foodservice, hospital foodservice and B&I foodservice. Overall CS levels were 3.53 out of a maximum 5 on B&I, 3.46 on school, and 3.44 on hospital and were evaluated differently CS score by CMC scale. Finally, regression results for the effects of service quality attributes on overall CS by each of foodservice type were identified significantly different service quality attributes by foodservice type such as school, hospital, B&I(p<.001) and by CMC scale. For considering the goal of enterprise on profit-making through CS and the needs of customer on CS at moment of truth(MOT), the findings should be applied to the CMC and the foodservice industry.

정보시스템 통합 서비스의 품질요인 및 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors and Measurement of Quality of System Integration Service)

  • This study addresses the development of a quality measurement of information systems integration(SI) service. Several dimensions which affect on quality of systems integration service have been identified and tested. Also, a measurement tool(questionnaire) of the factors has been developed. To achieve above purpose, extensive literature review and in-depth interview with several SI managers and customers were used. We suggested the analysis framework including performance variables such as quality, customer satisfaction, intention of renewal contract, and contribution to better customer's information system and the quality factors as well. To verify the research framework, collected data from the survey was analyzed statistically. The data from 73 respondents was used for analysis. Consequently, we identified eight factors and developed a 41-item instrument with Likert 5 points to measure the quality of SI service. It was proved that the 41-item instrument suggested in this study was very useful to measure the performance of SI service such as quality and customer satisfaction. Also it was shown that the instrument measured intention of renewal contract and contribution of customer's information system well.
