대학도서관 서비스 질의 구성요인 분석 (The Factor Analyses of Service Quality Components in University Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하고, 도서관 서비스의 구성요소 중 어떤 요인과 요소들이 도서관 서비스에 만족요인으로 작용하고 있는가를 파악하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스에 대한 만족도를 구성하는 요인은, 정보의 접근, 직원자질, 장서의 적절성, 민원처리, 학습시설 및 부대시설, 신속성(적시성), 이용시간, 정보기술이용, 도서관이용교육, 참고봉사, 홍보 및 개인을 위한 서비스 등의 12가지 요인이 추출되었다. 둘째, 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요인은, 장서의 적절성이 일반적인 고객만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 민원처리, 정보의 접근, 시설, 신속성, 홍보, 참고봉사, 이용시간, 직원의 자질 등의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요소는, 정보의 상시적인 구득이 일반적인 고객만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 도서와 잡지수, 냉난방시설, 도서관의 변화내용 공시, 검색시스템의 용이성, 인터넷이용의 대기시간, 자료실의 개관시간, 장비수리 속도, 민원접수, 비 인쇄자료의 이용장비 등의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

Effects of Medical O2O Platform Quality Components on Continuous Use Intention to Information Distribution

  • Purpose: The digital healthcare business is rapidly growing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the medical service platform business based on smartphone apps is globally expanding. This study targeted medical information online to offline (O2O) platform users in the medical service field. It verified the effect relationship revealed in the continuous use intention of the platform with the mediation of platform quality components, namely perceived benefits, flow experience, and use satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: Based on previous studies, three medical information O2O platform quality components, namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, were defined. And the questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 359 leading medical information O2O platform users in Korea. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that system quality and service quality had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction and continuous use intention with the mediation of perceived benefits and flow experience. Meanwhile, information quality had a negative effect (-) on perceived benefits and flow experience and did not affect use satisfaction and continuous use intention. Conclusions: Consequently, it was ascertained that the system quality and service quality affecting user behavior and experience were more significant factors than information quality to medical information O2O platform users from the medical service aspect.

Wireless MAN에서 Best Effort 서비스를 위한 MAC 방식의 지연 공평성 (Delay Fairness of MAC Schemes for Best Effort Service in Wireless MAN)

  • IEEE 802.16 Wireless MAN standard specifies the air interface of fixed point-to-multipoint broadband wireless access systems providing multiple services. Among the service classes supported by the wireless MAN, the best effort service class is ranked on the lowest position in priority and is assisted by a MAC scheme based on reservation ALOHL Such MAC scheme must include a number of components, while many of them are not specified in the standard. In this paper, we thus reveal main components of a MAC scheme supporting the best effort service and present candidate schemes implementing such components. Combining schemes for implementing components, we then construct distinctive MAC schemes supporting best effort service. In designing a MAC scheme, the delay performance induced by the scheme should be considered since scarce resource may be available for the best effort service after the preemptive resource occupation by other service classes. In this paper, we focus on the delay fairness among the subscriber stations using the best effort service. For evaluating a MAC scheme in delay fairness, we present two definitions of delay fairness and provide a criterion for optimal MAC scheme according to each definition of delay fairness. Using a simulation method we investigate the mean delay performance exhibited by each MAC scheme arid find an optimal scheme in delay fairness. From numerical examples, we observe that SR/ED/PG+P scheme has strong delay fairness compared with MR/ED/PG+P and SR/ED/PG+D schemes according to a definition of delay fairness. However, other schemes are rather shown to have better delay fairness when the other definition is adopted.

Pre-service teachers' perceptions of Mathematics as a language

  • The article deals with the perceptions of Mathematics as a language of pre-service teachers of Mathematics in a College of Education in Israel. The formal language of studying in the College of Education is Hebrew. The goals of the study were to examine the perceptions of pre-service teachers on the following issues: the language components involved in learning Mathematics, the basic cognitive skills required for learning Mathematics, and the perception of Mathematics as a language (PML). Findings indicated that due to new attitudes in mathematical training, pre-service teachers of Mathematics perceived Mathematics as a language regarding all language components.

중등수학 예비교사의 전문성 발달을 위한 포트폴리오 활용 (Using portfolio for professional development of pre-service mathematics teachers)

  • The purpose of this article is to suggest using portfolio for professional development of secondary pre-service mathematics teachers based on actual application case. To achieve this goal, 28 pre-service mathematics teachers developed their own portfolios in the regular study course for one semester under the pre-planned components of portfolio. Then they participated in the survey of their beliefs in mathematics and mathematics education and in the structured interview for drawing implications of using a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio. According to the collected data, developing a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio made a significant difference in beliefs of mathematics teachers' roles and showed the potential to improve the professional development of pre-service mathematics teachers as well as their learning. Continued investigation for more effective components of a pre-service mathematics teacher portfolio would be needed.

온톨로지 기반 데이터 가변성 처리 기법 (An Ontology-based Data Variability Processing Method)

  • 다계층 구조를 갖는 현대의 기업용 분산 애플리케이션에서 비즈니스 엔티티는 로직을 구현한 각 계층의 서비스 컴포넌트들을 관통하는 일종의 횡단관심사이다. 비즈니스 엔티티가 변화하면 이와 관련된 서비스 컴포넌트들은 비록 구현된 기능이 바뀔 필요가 없을지라도 새로운 타입의 비즈니스 엔티티를 다룰 수 있도록 수정되어야 한다. 본 연구팀은 이전 연구에서 서비스 컴포넌트로부터 외부화된 데이터인 비즈니스 엔티티에 대한 가변성을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 DTT 컴포넌트 모델(Data Type-Tolerant Component Model)을 제안하였다. DTT 컴포넌트 모델은 서비스 컴포넌트들과 비즈니스 엔티티들 간의 직접적인 결합을 없앰으로써 서비스 컴포넌트들이 수정되지 않고도 새로운 비즈니스 엔티티들을 처리할 수 있게 된 반면, 이들을 중재하는 데이터 타입 컨버터를 개발해야 하는 부담이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 서비스 컴포넌트의 SCDT(Self-Contained Data Type)와 비즈니스 엔티티의 각 속성에 대한 메타데이터로 온톨로지를 사용하는 방법과, 이를 이용하여 데이터 타입 컨버터 코드를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 온톨로지 기반 DTT 컴포넌트 모델은 컴퓨터가 에러 없이 데이터 타입 컨버터를 자동으로 생성할 수 있게 함으로써, 서비스 컴포넌트들의 재사용성과 데이터 가변성 처리 효율을 크게 향상시킨다.

Formalizing the Design, Evaluation, and Analysis of Quality of Protection in Wireless Networks

  • A diversity of wireless networks, with rapidly evolving wireless technology, are currently in service. Due to their innate physical layer vulnerability, wireless networks require enhanced security components. WLAN, WiBro, and UMTS have defined proper security components that meet standard security requirements. Extensive research has been conducted to enhance the security of individual wireless platforms, and we now have meaningful results at hand. However, with the advent of ubiquitous service, new horizontal platform service models with vertical crosslayer security are expected to be proposed. Research on synchronized security service and interoperability in a heterogeneous environment must be conducted. In heterogeneous environments, to design the balanced security components, quantitative evaluation model of security policy in wireless networks is required. To design appropriate evaluation method of security policies in heterogeneous wireless networks, we formalize the security properties in wireless networks. As the benefit of security protocols is indicated by the quality of protection (QoP), we improve the QoP model and evaluate hybrid security policy in heterogeneous wireless networks by applying to the QoP model. Deriving relative indicators from the positive impact of security points, and using these indicators to quantify a total reward function, this paper will help to assure the appropriate benchmark for combined security components in wireless networks.

점포이미지와 충성도 관계에서 인지적 만족과 감정적 만족의 역할 (The Role of Cognitive Satisfaction and Emotionally Based Satisfaction in Explaining Relationships between Store Image and Loyalty)

  • 본 연구에서는 백화점을 대상으로 상품이미지, 점포환경이미지, 판매원서비스이미지, 촉진활동이미지, 물리적시설이미지, 사후서비스이미지 등 점포이미지 구성요인과 인지적만족, 감정적만족 및 충성도 간의 경로상의 관계를 검증하고 만족의 역할을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구에서 점포이미지가 충성도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치거나 혹은 만족을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다고 하였지만 본 연구에서는 점포이미지 구성요인에 따라서 인지적만족, 감정적만족, 충성도에 각기 다르게 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 즉 상품이미지와 물리적시설이미지는 인지적만족에, 판매원서비스이미지와 사후서비스이미지는 감정적만족에 그리고 촉진활동이미지는 두 변수 모두에게 영향을 주었으며, 점포환경이미지는 직접적으로 충성도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 판매원서비스이미지, 촉진활동이미지 및 사후서비스이미지 등 서비스와 관련된 점포이미지는 감정적만족를 매개하여 충성도를 구축하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 고객에게 점포이미지를 형성하여 충성도를 가져오기 위해서는 점포이미지 구성요소를 기능적속성과 심리적속성으로 분리하여 만족을 유도하여야 하며 궁극적으로 충성도를 형성하는 변수들을 중심으로 점포이미지를 형성해야 할 것이다.

돼지고기 중 플루벤다졸 잔류분석의 불확도 추정 (Estimation of uncertainty for the determination of residual flubendazole in pork)

  • Measurement uncertainty could play an important role in the assessment of test results in laboratories and industries. We investigated measurement uncertainties possibly included in determination of flubendazole, a benzimidazole anthelmintic, in pork by HPLC. The concentration of flubendazole was 62.69 ng/g in a sample of pork. Uncertainty was estimated in the analytical procedure of flubendazole. A model equation was made for determination of flubendazole in pork. The four uncertainty components such as weight of sample, volume of sample, calibration curve, and recovery were selected to estimate measurement uncertainties. Standard uncertainty was calculated for each component and all the standard uncertainties were combined. The combined standard uncertainty was expanded to a sample population as an expanded uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty was calculated using k value on Student's t-table and effective degrees of freedom from Welch-Satterthwaite formula. The expanded uncertainty was calculated as 3.45 with the combined standard uncertainty, 1.584 6 and the k value, 2.18. The final expression can be ($62.69{\pm}3.45$) ng/g (confidence level 95%, k = 2.18). The uncertainty value might be estimated differently depending on the selection of the uncertainty components. It is difficult to estimate all the uncertainty factors. Therefore, it is better to take several big effecting components instead of many small effecting components.

차세대 이동통신 컨버젼스 서비스를 위한 비즈니스 모델 개발 (Design of Next Generation Mobile Convergence Service Business Model)

  • In this paper, we proposed the next generation mobile convergence service business model creation methodology. In order to establish such a business model creation methodology framework, we first introduce the service model based on our previous research results on next generation mobile convergence services. The service model contains several components such as infrastructures, operations, and provision of services that are indispensible for providing the next generation mobile services. Finally, by adding service and value flows to the developed service model, we propose the next generation mobile services business model creation methodology. To achieve this objective, we first derive necessary components of business model including actors, their relationships, and roles. In addition, we propose service composition methodology for creating new mobile services and its corresponding business models.
