국제 물적유통의 기업적 가치 고찰 (Studies on Corporate Value of International Physical Distribution)

  • Purpose - The purpose of paper is to examine into corporate value of international physical distribution, which is closely related with company that is running business based on competitive power. It is good for company to gain a competitiveness throughout activities from international physical distribution, then it increases corporate value after all. Then it will be looked at how international physical distribution can influence competitiveness of company in terms of corporate value. Research design, data, and methodology - The research method to be described is first to identify concept of international physical distribution theoretically, including characteristics and structure, and then to review corporate value of international physical distribution to make company be competitive. As far as general landscape of international logistics is concerned, it is investigated into function and role of service provider, user and market situations. However, it is well proved that current market of international physical distribution is stable and bright, which means it is possible to take foreseeable future as well. Then company can share with corporate value of international physical distribution provided from logistics service provider. Results - To achieve corporate value throughout process of international physical distribution is strongly connected with competitive status of logistics service providers, those are carriers and infrastructures, and third party logistics providers. Especially in order to inquire into competitive aspects of international physical distribution in this paper, it is focused on trade volumes and overcapacity of global shipping market. Unlike it is used to be, more optimistic and positive situation has been shown since 5 years ago from the year of 2018, which means carriers make a business well, leading company to be more competitive. Conclusions - Corporate value of company in terms of international physical distribution is closely involved with competitive situations in the physically distribution, especially shipping market, which service providers can paly a key role in this regards. It can be estimated that the more market of international physical distribution works, the more competitiveness of companies increases. Ocean carriers in shipping market of international physical distribution are doing actively business well, and the corporate value can be materialized in favor of company.

한방의료에 대한 인식 및 만족도 조사 (The Research about Recognition and Satisfaction on Korean Medicine)

  • Object: Recently, demend for Korean Medicine have been rapidly increasing in Korea. However, there are still a few studies for recognition, satisfaction and satisfaction factors of Korean Medicine to increase competitiveness of Korean-Medical service. Thus, the purpose of this study is to grope ways to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean-Medical service by investigating recognition and satisfaction factors on Korean medicine. Method: People who have been experienced Korean Medicine were targets of investigation. Questionnaire was consisted of questions about awareness for the Korean Medicine, awareness of Korean-Medical treatment, satisfaction level for Korean Medicine, satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors. This questionnaires were conducted through personal interviews. Result: Total 315 members responded to the survey and the results of the analysis were as follows. 1. Korean Medicine treatment was recognized as the scientific medical act to protect human body wellness. 2. Korean-Medical service can be represented by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, physical therapy, Korean medicine. And care for diseases such as pain disorders, chronic fatigue, anti-aging, and geriatric disease were wanted. 3. The factors that influence on satisfaction of the Medical Services was the perception that Korean Medicine is scientific and safe. Conclusion: To strengthen the competitiveness of Korean-Medical service, first, efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the basic treatment such as acupuncture and moxibustion, herbal medicine are required. Second, scientific development of Korean Medicine is necessary. Finally, the effort to offer various services of Korean Medicine are needed.

  • 비영리조직의 자원동원에 관한 기존의 연구들은 조직리더의 역할 및 환경에 대한 인식 등을 주요한 요인으로 제시하며, 점차 이러한 요인이외에 조직의 체계적인 관리노력으로서 시장지향성의 중요성을 제시하기도 한다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 자원동원성과를 설명하는데 있어서 조직리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식 그리고 기부자에 대한 시장지향성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국에 위치한 장애인직업재활시설로 연구표본을 구성하고, 설문조사에 응답한 115개 조직을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자원동원성과는 조직리더의 전문성이나 환경에 대한 인식에 의해 직접적으로 영향을 받지 않으며, 기부자에 대한 시장지향성을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 일반화의 한계에도 불구하고, 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 구조적 관계를 보여주고, 자원동원성과를 설명하는 간명한 경로를 제시하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의를 지니며, 실천적인 측면에서 사회복지조직의 자원동원에 있어서 기부자를 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

  • 사이버 쇼핑몰은IT 기술발전에 힘입어 다양하고 급속하게 성장하면서 온라인 쇼핑 업체들 사이에 경쟁은 더욱 가열되고 있다. 이로 인하여 온 오프라인에서 업체들의 차별화된 마케팅 전략과 특징이 절실하게 요구되며, 자체 경쟁력 확보를 위한 분석과 투자에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 꽃시장의 경우에 오프라인에서 온라인이 병행되고, 전국시장 네트워크가 형성됨으로써 소규모 업체들의 시장진입과 경쟁력 확보가 매우 어려워지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 꽃시장 활성화와 꽃 배달 서비스 강화 방안을 위해 시장에서 상위에 랭크된 사이트 분석과 시장 현황 분석 및 서비스 전략 방안을 제시하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 사이트 구축에 관하여 기술하였다. 이를 통해 꽃 배달 서비스 강화를 통한 꽃 시장 마케팅 활성화와 경쟁력을 통해 시장에서의 입지 강화를 기대해 볼 수 있다.

AHP를 이용한 외식프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 지원서비스의 중요도 및 경쟁력 분석 (Analysis on the Importance and Competitiveness of Support Services of the Food Service Franchise Headquarters AHP Technique)

  • Purpose: This study identifies the relative importance of the sub - factors of initial services and continuous services using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and calculates the competitive index for the detailed factors. The purpose of this paper is to propose the establishment of long - term and short - term management strategy for expansion of business of food service franchise, franchisors, long - term and win - win relationship with franchisees, and rationalization of operating system. Research design, data, and methodology: The population for the survey is 92 franchisees in 46 foreign brands and 46 domestic brands in the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul / Gyeonggi / Incheon). The survey was conducted from July 1 to August 31, 2018 through the survey agency with a telephone interview and a surveyor's direct visit. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected, but a total of 92 parts were used for analysis except 8 parts that were considered to contain false information. Using the AHP method, relative importance and competitiveness index were calculated for the details of initial services and continuous services. Results: The results shows continuous services were significantly higher for both foreign brand franchises, domestic brand franchises, and overall than initial services, This suggests that the continuous services of the affiliated franchisors has a higher relative importance than the initial services. Among the continuous services, brand reinforcement and promotion were significantly higher for both foreign brand merchants and domestic brand franchises. This can be regarded as the most important factor in brand reinforcement and promotion when selecting a food service franchisors. Conclusions: In the Standard Terms and Conditions governed by the Fair Trade Commission, the franchisors should increase the fairness by creating manuals for supporting services, especially after opening, and regularly checking whether the supporting services have been carried out like manuals since the establishment of franchisees. In addition, the Brand Strengthening and Public Relations Committee (tentative name) jointly participated by the franchisors and franchisees for the purpose of strengthening and promoting the brand, suggesting a system for transparent and efficient execution of the brand reinforcement and promotion budget and monitoring afterwards.

서비스본질기반 조직의 직무만족 및 몰입에 관한 연구 : 치과병원에서 노사관계와 참여적 작업조직의 매개를 중심으로 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Commitment of Service Nature Based Organizations: Centering on Labor Relations and Mediation of High-Involvement Work Organizations in Dental Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관인 치과병원의 서비스본질이 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 최근 치과 병원이 의료에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하면서 신설과 확장을 통해 다양한 경쟁상황에 직면하고 있어 치과병원의 직무만족과 직무몰입의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있는 실정이다. 치과병원의 서비스본질은 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 이 두 요인은 치과 병원의 생존과 발전을 위해 요구되는 병원 본연의 기능뿐만 아니라 치과 병원의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 핵심 요인으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치과 병원의 서비스본질에 영향을 주는 조직만족과 조직몰입에 관한 요인들에 대하여 노사관계와 참여적 작업조직을 매개변수로 효과 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 서비스본질기반 조직에서는 직무만족이 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 과정에서 노사관계와 참여적 작업조직 없이는 성립되지 않는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인센티브나 외적 보상에만 집중하여 직원들의 직무만족을 높이려는 기존연구 결과와 달리, 본 연구에서는 서비스본질 요소들이 반영된 내적 지원체계를 강화할 필요가 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 투입된 변수인 직무만족과 직무몰입은 치과병원의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 기초가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 향후 본 연구를 중소 치과병원이나 치과 의원들을 대상으로 범위를 확장할 필요가 있다. 또한 관계성이나 쌍방향성과 같은 서비스본질을 조직차원에서 강화하는 것이 서비스조직의 경쟁력을 강화하는 효과적인 방법임에 대해 다양한 조직을 대상으로 입증하는 연구가 필요하다.

컨테이너 항만경쟁력 결정요인 분석 (The Analysis on the Determinations Factors of Container Port Competitiveness)

  • The aim of this study is to analysis factors that determine the competitiveness of container ports using the KJ and AHP methods. For this, 54 detailed attributing factors were identified both by previous studies and port users. 24 attributing factors were identified by a group of port experts. also, These were grouped 18 detailed attributing factors into 6 attributing factors by a group of port experts using the KJ method. These were made into a model of hierarchical structure with 3 levels, taking 1 goal factor, 6 evaluation factors and 18 detailed evaluation factors. The collected date of questionnaires were analyzed by a group of port experts using the AHP method. The analysis result of the evaluation factors in container port shows that port cargo volume is the most important factor, followed by port location, port cost, port service, port facility and port management. The analysis results of detailed evaluation factors in container port shows that import and export cargo volume is the most important factor, followed by transshipment cargo volume, distance from main trunk, cargo handling cost, distance from the point of importing and exporting, speediness of cargo handling, stability of cargo handling, vessel/cargo cost in port entry and leaving, punctuality in port entry and leaving, number and length of berth, collateral service cost, terminal area, hinterland accessibility, ability of terminal operation company, front depth of berth, etc.

클라우드 성공참조모델 발굴을 통한 중소기업 IT경쟁력 강화 연구 (A Study of IT competitiveness of SMEs by Cloud Services)

  • 클라우드 서비스(아마존 웹서비스 등)를 활용하여 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 중소업체의 온라인 서비스(예. Zynga, 파프리카랩)가 등장하거나 금융시장 분석서비스가 클라우드를 활용하는 등 클라우드의 활용도가 높아지고 있으나, 국내 중소기업의 클라우드 이용은 아직 낮은 수준에 머물고 있다. 특히, PaaS(플랫폼 클라우드)가 성장하면서 모듈화된 인터넷 도구를 손쉽게 활용하여 비즈니스를 개발하는 행태가 증가할 것으로 전망되는 만큼, 국내기업의 IT부문 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 국내외 도입 성공사례를 연구하였다.

  • Software and Systems Product Line(SSPL) is a paradigm that has been developed and applied by European Union(EU) to achieve the productivity and competitiveness of EU industries on the world market. It is not just a simple system or software development methodology, but a sophisticated technology requiring capabilities for a high level of mass customization, platforms, processes and convergence of software and systems. EU has applied SSPL for the five selected industrial sectors including aerospace, automobile, medical equipment, consumer electronics and telecommunication equipment since 1990s and led the way to other industry sectors to stimulate the application of SSPL from 2006. In order for Korea to secure competitiveness in the manufacturing and service industries in the competitive borderless market, it is essential to gain the high level of capabilities for software development and convergence of software and systems. SSPL can be a powerful means to achieve this end. This paper discusses the paradigmatic concept of SSPL, how EU's major industries and companies have secured competitiveness through SSPL, key capabilities that are necessary for successful institutionalization of SSPL in Korea, and finally suggestions on core strategies to materialize the benefits of SSPL for Korea.

Studies on Change of Logistics Concept and Introduction of 4PL

  • Purpose - According to the actual change of the logistics concept, the outsourcing activities of companies are actively progressing, and this is proceeding to third-party logistics and fourth-party logistics. This change in logistics situation raises the need for an in-depth understanding of four-party logistics. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, first of all, the theoretical aspects of changes in the logistics concept are identified, along with the outsourcing and third-party logistics. Finally, the concept of four-party logistics, the background of its introduction, and future prospects will be explored. Result - The meaning of physical distribution is now passing through the existing three-party logistics and entering the era of four-way logistics. In addition, cost reduction and improvement of customer service through advanced logistics strategy can be said to be the company's competitiveness. Through this study, it can be seen that the conceptual change of logistics and the introduction of four-party logistics are closely related to the survival of the company's deficit in the market. Conclusion - In modern society, logistical competitiveness is the competitiveness of a company, and logistical activities of a company can be achieved through the process of entering the four-party logistics from the existing third-party logistics based on outsourcing. Then more customer-oriented service can be provided.
