속성기반 암호화를 이용한 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템 (Remote Healthcare Monitoring System Using Attribute based Encryption)

  • 원격 헬스케어(e-Healthcare) 서비스에서 취급되는 의료정보는 개인의 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있으므로 암호화 등의 보안기술 도입이 필수적이다. 민감한 의료정보를 보호하기 위해서 접근 권한을 위임받은 사용자만 데이터에 접근 가능하며 또한, 위임된 접근 권한을 철회하는 기능이 필요하다. 이러한 요구사항에 근거하여 속성기반 암호화가 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 원격 헬스케어 서비스를 위해서 의료데이터의 접근 권한에 대한 위임 및 철회기능을 수행할 수 있는 속성기반 암호화를 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템에 적용한다. 그리고 속성기반 암호화를 이용하여 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템을 구성한다. 마지막으로 시스템 이용에 장애가 될 수 있는 사용자간의 공모 공격에 대해서 분석한다.

침지시간을 달리한 건식 쌀가루 막편의 품질특성 (A Study on Quality Characteristics of Makpyeon made of Dry Milled Rice Powder according to Soaking Time)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics of makpyeon made of dry milled rice powder according to soaking time. Makpyeon samples made of dry milled rice powder were analyzied with various soacking time, the moisture content, pH, Hunter's color value texture characteristics, attribute difference test and acceptance test. The moisture content of makpyeon did not indicate difference among samples. pH resulted in MS90 showed the lowest moisture content. The L-value (lightness) and a-value (greenness) result in that MS0 showed the highest and decreased according to soaking time. The b-value (yellowness) increased according to soaking time, MS90 showed the highest. TPA resulted in that MS90 indicated the highest hardness, chewiness, gumminess and the lowest adhesiveness. Hardness of makpyeon samples was higher than sulgitteok samples, adhesiveness was lower than those of sulgitteok in each soaking time. Based on attribute difference test, the score of brightness, moistness, glossy, particle size were decreased and firmness were increased according to soaking times. Flavor, taste and mouth feel attribute was stronger in makpyeon samples with the longer soaking time. Acceptance results showed that MS0 and MS30 (soaking for 30 min) were preferred the most. Also limitations and future research directions of this study were discussed.

The Effects of HMR Selection Attributes on Repurchase Intention by Shopping Channels

  • Purpose - This study examined the effect of the importance of selective attribute of HMR(Home Meal Replacement) on customers' satisfaction and repurchase intention which is rapidly increasing with the changes of demographic, social and cultural trends as well as the influence of on and offline shopping channel moderating role. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the research of previous studies, it assumed the selection attributes of HMR products were price, convenience, menu, freshness. With 231 surveyed questionnaires, this study was conducted by AMOS 21.0 and the SEM(structural equation model) was used as statistical method for examining the hypotheses in this study. Results - The analysis showed that price, convenience, and freshness had a significant effect on satisfaction, whereas menu did not affect satisfaction and the effect of satisfaction on repurchase intention was statistically significant. However, the results were different depending on the on and offline shopping channel for customers to buy HMR products. Price, menu and freshness are affected by online shopping, meanwhile convenience is more influenced by offline. Conclusions - This study analyzed the effect of selection attribute of HMR products on the satisfaction, repurchase intention, and the influence of each shopping channel, and provided practical implications.

혜택세분화와 인식도에 의한 인터넷쇼핑몰 이미지 연구 (Analysis of Internet Shopping-Mall Images Through Benefit Segmentation and Perceptual Mapping)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to find out the benefits sought factors and segment the customers of internet shopping mall, 2) to find out the store image factors of internet shopping mall, and 3) to analyze the internet shopping mall market using perceptual map of segmented groups. The questionnaires dealing with attribute dimension of internet shopping mall image, benefits sought, and demographic variables were selected from the previous studies or were developed for this study. The data from 319 respondents which were collected through the internet survey site was analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and $X^2$-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Benefit sought by consumer in internet shopping malls was found to include six different factors: assortments of products, search efficiency, brand/fashionability, delivery convenience, promotion service and informativeness. 2. As a result of subdividing the consumers, four distinctive groups were formed on the basis of benefit factors: multi-benefit oriented group, convenience oriented group, brand oriented group and low-benefit oriented group. Demographic traits such as education and income level were proven to significantly differentiate the benefit segments. 3. In the structural components of internet shopping-malls image, product/information, service/convenience and economy were drawn from attribute dimensions. 4. 12 perceptual maps of internet shopping mall image were constructed and each ideal vector were drawn.

The Relationship between scuba diving participant's selective attribute, emotional response, and empirical value

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between resort selection attributes, emotional responses, and empirical values of scuba diving participants. The general population who enjoys scuba diving in Korea was selected as the population. Using the convenience sampling method, 553 of the 600 questionnaire samples were extracted as the final valid sample. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and Cronbach's α test were performed using SPSS 23, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed with AMOS 18. The results are as follows: First, among the sub-factors of selection attributes, equipment, facility environment, and diving point showed a positive effect on emotional response, but staff service did not have any significant effect. Second, the emotional response positively affected by the selection attribute showed a positive effect on all factors of service excellence, consumer utility, fun value, and aesthetic value of empirical value. Therefore, scuba diving resort managers must recognize the importance of equipment, facility environment, and diving point among these selection attributes of customers. And to satisfy the customer needs the resort must accurately identify the needs for diving equipment, facility environment and diving point. Various methods for this should be explored through the needs of the identified customers, and efforts should be made to provide safe equipment, comfortable facilities, and various diving points.

축제 서비스 평가속성이 방문객 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -충북진천문화축제를 중심으로- (Association between Festival Service Evaluation Attribute and Behavior Intention of Visitors -For Chungbuk Jincheon Cultural Festival-)

  • 본 연구 목적은 축제서비스 평가속성이 방문객 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 축제의 만족도 재방문 추천의도에 관한 연구를 통해서 시장전략수립 위한 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구를 위해 2011년10월14일부터 10월16일까지 총360부를 배포하고 335부를 수집하여 그중 사용하지 않은 15부를 제외한 320부를 사용하였다. 둘째, 서비스평가요인 중에서 프로그램, 시설, 공연평가요인은 만족도와 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 추천의도에 있어서도 축제평가 모든 요인에서 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 셋째, 인구통계학적 특성이 만족도, 재방문의도, 추천의도에 미치는 영향관계에 있어서, 만족도는 친구동반에 있어 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 학력, 소득에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 거주지, 직업이 재방문에 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면, 소득, 가족동반, 처음방문은 재방문에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 연령, 학력, 소득, 가족동반 또한 추천의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다.

서비스제공자의 특성이 신뢰와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Some Characteristics of Service Provider on Trust and Loyalty in Services Setting)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 탐색속성의 의류서비스, 경험속성의 미용서비스, 신뢰속성의 치과서비스 등을 대상으로 서비스제공자의 서비스제공과 관련된 서비스역량, 반응성, 신뢰성 특성이 소비자의 인지적 신뢰에 미치는 영향과 서비스제공자의 개별고객화 특성이 소비자의 감정적 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 설명하는 것입니다. 또한 인지적신뢰가 감정적신뢰 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향과 감정적신뢰가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 설명하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 설문은 의류서비스, 미용서비스, 치과서비스의 이용 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18과 SPSS win 19.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 제기된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과로는 첫째, 의류서비스에서 서비스제공자의 반응성 특성은 소비자의 인지적신뢰에 영향을 주었고, 이는 다시 감정적신뢰에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 고객충성도에는 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 미용서비스에서 서비스제공자의 서비스역량 특성과 신뢰성 특성은 소비자의 인지적신뢰에 영향을 주었고, 개별고객화 특성은 소비자의 감정적신뢰에 영향을 주었으며, 인지적신뢰 및 감정적신뢰 모두 고객충성도에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 치과서비스에서 서비스제공자의 신뢰성 특성은 소비자의 인지적신뢰에 영향을 준 반면, 개별고객화 특성은 소비자의 감정적신뢰에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 소비자의 인지적신뢰는 고객충성도에 영향을 준 반면, 감정적신뢰는 고객충성도에 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다.

Effect of Food Neophobia on the Relationships among Perceived Service Attributes, Brand Trust, Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention of Franchise Snack Bar

  • This study performed to test the effect of food neophobia on the formulated model on the relationships among perceived service attributes(food, employee, and physical attributes), brand trust, satisfaction and behavioral intention as perceived by franchise snack bar consumers. Total 299 respondents were used for statistical analysis and SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program were employed. The findings of current study verified that food attribute among perceived service attributes has positively influence on brand trust and satisfaction, and the employee attribute has only effect on the brand trust. Additionally, the brand trust was critical predictor of satisfaction, but it was not significant antecedent of behavioral intention in context of franchise snack bar restaurant. Furthermore, this study found the moderating effect according to level of food neophobia on the designed hypothesizes, so it has been identified the importance of people's propensity about food neophobia can significantly effect on brand trust and satisfaction in franchise snack bar restaurant. These findings will contribute to provide meaningful suggestion to develop marketing strategic in franchise snack bar business as well as provide the theoretical evidence in the new segmentation.

에스닉 레스토랑의 품질속성이 소비자의 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Quality Attributes on Customers' Satisfaction and Revisit Intention in the Ethnic Restaurant)

  • Purpose: This study examined the influence of restaurant quality attributes on customers' satisfaction and their intention to revisit by investigating the moderating effects of customers' electronic word of mouth evaluation about ethnic restaurants. The study was based on a total of 215 samples obtained from social networking service users in a metropolitan area from July 10 to 25, 2015. The major findings are as follows. Methods: The data were analysed using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: According to the results of factor analysis, quality attributes were separated into three factors: food, service, and atmosphere. According to the results, food attributes, service attributes and atmosphere attributes had an affect on customers' satisfaction, between quality attributes and revisit intention, only food attribute had an affect on revisit intention. It showed also that customers' satisfaction had an affect on revisit intention. Customers' electronic word of mouth (eWOM) evaluation was found to moderate the relationships between service quality attributes and satisfaction. Conclusion: Implications and future research were also discussed.

액티브 시니어의 미용서비스 선택속성이 만족도에 미치는 영향 -매장 친숙도의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of the beauty service selection attribute of active seniors on satisfaction. -Focusing on the effect of controlling store familiarity-)

  • 본 연구는 액티브 시니어의 미용서비스 선택속성이 서비스 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 미용서비스 선택속성과 서비스 만족도 사이에서 매장 친숙도의 조절 효과가 있는지 확인하고 관련 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구를 위한 설문조사는 2021년 10월 10일부터 10월 15일까지 직접 조사 및 온라인 조사를 병행하였으며, 총 188부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 액티브 시니어의 미용서비스 선택속성은 전문성, 이미지, 서비스 시설 4개 요인으로 구분되었고, 모든 요인들은 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 친숙도는 미용서비스 선택속성과 만족도 간의 영향관계에서 조절효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 액티브 시니어와의 높은 친숙도를 유지하면서 미용서비스의 서비스, 시설, 이미지를 적절하게 관리하는 것이 중요하리라 생각된다.
