현재 온라인 사회연결망 서비스는 인맥 관리, 고용관련 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있으나, 오프라인과 온라인의 이음매 없는 연결의 어려움, 비대면 프로파일 정보 교환에 의한 정보의 불완전성과 신뢰성 부족, 중앙집중형 통제에 의한 사용자 자율성의 제약이라는 한계점을 드러내고 있다. 이에 이 논문에서 는 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)을 기반으로 하는 실세계 공간에서 동일한 관심을 가진 사용자들간의 실시간 변대변 사회적 상호작용을 이음매 없이 가능하게 하는 유비쿼터스 사회연결망관리를 정의하고, 이에 기반하여 사회연결망관리 프레임워크를 도출하였다. 유비쿼터스 사회연결망관리의 사례로서 u-구인 구직 서비스 모델을 설계하고 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 발생 가능한 시나리오를 제시하고, 서비스 모델 참여자 역할 및 참여자 별 제공 가치와 참여자들의 잠재적 이익을 비즈니스 모델 관점에서 분석한다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제시하고자 하는 모텔의 상대적 우위를 평가하기 위해서, 관련 6개 사례를 비교한다.

While the importance of adopting cloud computing service has been emerged, comparatively little research has been conducted on examining factors of an individual user's intention to switch toward cloud computing service. Hereafter, this study presents and empirically tests users' intention to switch to cloud computing. Our model posits that the characteristics of cloud computing such as collaboration support, accessability, trust to cloud service affect perceived value, which in turn, influences intention to switch. An experimental study using student subjects provided empirical validation for our proposed model. Survey data from 106 respondents was used to test the model using partial least square analysis. According to our results, the characteristics of cloud computing were found to have significant impact on users' intention to switch that partially mediated by perceived value. Based on our research findings, we hope that this research will stimulate researchers' interest in the emerging area of cloud computing adoption.

This paper is an exploratory study aimed at finding factors that influence the penetration of cellular mobile telecommunications which have seen rapid development since 1980s. The paper tries to find economy and policy variables to influence the penetration by means of the multiple regression analysis. This paper shows a model that explain the penetration ratio of cellular service. The model is based on data from 39 upper middle income and 39 high income countries. The result shows that GDP per capita and the service period of the cellular mobile telecommunication have influenced on the penetration ratio positively, and the tariff of the service negatively. But, it is the open area to study the impact of the telecommunications policy changes on penetration, and to set a model which could explain the nation-specific characteristics.

Mobile TV refers to the service that provides live broadcasting and video-on-demand content through a mobile device. In addition to the advertisement as the early-stage revenue model, the paid subscription model has emerged as a more sustainable revenue source for mobile TV services. In this study, with the surveys of 450 free mobile TV users, we examine the motivational factors influencing their intention to adopt a paid subscription model. Results show that three extrinsic motivations, price fairness, subjective norm, and mobile TV utilization, are positively associated with free users' paid subscription intention. In contrast, intrinsic motivations, such as hedonic need, spatiotemporal convenience, and self-efficacy, have no significant influence on the intention. We also found that the expected value is positively associated with attitude toward mobile TV service, also positively influencing the paid subscription intention.

Purpose: This study was to examine whether a health care model that provides comprehensive medical services based on population groups to members of the medical cooperative is applicable as a policy alternative in terms of medical use and cost. Methods: Data were derived from National Health Insurance claim data in 2019. We compared the medical volume and expenses of patients who visited social cooperative-type medical clinics with other patients, control group who visited other clinics in a local area. Results: The average number of visit days was 25.3 days in social cooperative-type medical clinics, more than 24.2 days in the control group (p=.004). However, the average medical cost per visit was KRW 46 thousand in social cooperative-type medical clinics, which was significantly lower than KRW 51 thousand in the control group (p<.001), and the total medical cost was also KRW 16.1 billion in social cooperative-type medical clinics and KRW 16.9 billion in the control group. Conclusion: We identified that a population-based health care model might change patients' behaviors to health care services and decrease total medical cost. Further population based experiment is needed to develop alternative healthcare model.

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

The mobile communication technology would be one of the most appropriate means for achieving process innovation in the actual business area. This article performs a simulation study to examine the effect of introducing a mobile technology to the after-sales service and its logistics process. The performances of the two different systems, before and after introducing a mobile technology, are examined based on operational cost, operational efficiency, and customer service level using a discrete event simulation. The real-world data, extracted from a leading Korean electronics firm, was collected for this study. The results show that the TO-BE(after) model outperforms the AS-IS(before) model over all the performance indices. And the effects of introducing the mobile technology are more significant on the more tightly controlled inventory policy.

The vehicle travel time between the demand points in downtown area is greatly influenced by complex road condition and traffic situation that change real time to various external environments. Most of research in the vehicle routing problems compose vehicle routes only considering travel distance and average vehicle speed between the demand points, however did not consider dynamic external environments such as traffic situation by service time zones. A realistic vehicle routing problem which considers traffic situation of smooth, delaying, and stagnating by three service time zones such as going to work, afternoon, and going home was suggested in this study. A mathematical programming model was suggested and it gives an optimal solution when using ILOG CPLEX. A hybrid genetic algorithm was also suggested to chooses a vehicle route considering traffic situation to minimize the total travel time. By comparing the result considering the traffic situation, the suggested algorithm gives better solution than existing algorithms.

본 연구는 환자중심성 의료문화 변화에 따라, 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 융복합 외래 의료서비스 환자경험조사 연구를 시행하여 환자중심성 의료기관 경영전략에 도움이 될 수 구체적 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. '2018 의료서비스경험조사' 원시자료를 이용하여 외래 의료서비스 환자경험이 있는 만 15세 이상 8,843명을 분석하였다. 의사결정나무분석을 수행하였다. 외래 의료서비스 환자경험에 대한 전반적 만족도 결정요인은 의사와 환자 권리보호였으며 추천의사 결정요인은 의사와 시설의 안락함과 편안함이었다. 여성이 남성에 비해 전반적 만족도에서 경험을 긍정적으로 평가했으며 60세 이상이 전반적 만족도와 추천의사에 대한 경험을 긍정적으로 평가했다. 외래 의료서비스 환자경험 의사결정예측 모형을 제시하고 의사 영역과 환자권리보호 영역, 시설의 안락함과 편안함이 중요한 요인임을 확인한 점이 의의가 있다. '의료서비스경험조사'에 대한 종단적 연구가 필요하며 입원 의료서비스경험에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

The Insulation, which is consist of the glass wool, mineral wool or perforated SUS plate, installed on the wall or under ceiling for the protecting heat and the blocking the noise of engine room area. In our shipyard, designing the structure model of insulation is hard and difficult, Because designed the insulation model is considered of any factors which are hull model properties of panel shape, direction and thickness and service of area. In this paper, We issue the way to utilize shape and direction of the hull model information and specific character of working space in engine room.
